The most pleasant family owned business I’ve ever worked with! Totally rebuilt our flooring under our kitchen and bathroom where we had leaks! Repainted the entire house! High quality workmanship in everything! Highly recommend them!

They did a fabulous job with our half bath - we had a leak in the ceiling from the storm and they handled the problem quickly and finished on schedule. You can't tell there was ever a problem! They did a great job with protecting the space during their work and cleaned up everything. I'd recommend them!

Tried to hire Kamanski Construction to do a smallish kitchen job to install a kitchen hood and run exhaust vents.

Communication was pretty bad, with messages and emails going a week unanswered.
Eventually I got a quote that I agreed on. It took a week to get a contract sent but once I did get the contract, I waited 2 days before signing to get the hood delivered to make sure I could get it and so I had time to read and understand it. The contract specified a 30% deposit, progress payments (probably not applicable on a small job like mine) and the remainder due on job completion.

At the same time the contract was sent out, an invoice was sent out that was "due" about 4 days later for the full job amount.

This is where things get shady because he essentially asked me to breach the contract I just signed by paying up front before they even start work.

I tried emailing him for clarification on the invoice - maybe the deposit was being waived and I would just pay the full amount at the end?

Well that was more than 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard back. I guess I'm going to have to find another contractor or learn to do it myself.

There are not enough words to describe this Epic professional Company I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any assistance with their home or business!

Kamanski Builders is a well run, reliable, and honest firm. Their work ethic and workmanship is a solid 10 out of 10. They keep the job site safe and clean. They show up every day and perform quality work.
I had them do a coffered ceiling, painting, drywall, plumbing,electrical, and tile work.
We also redid our master and guest bathrooms.
As I mentioned before I’m a contractor. There wasn’t anything they did that needed my intervention. These guys are pros and take pride in their work. Also very fair price points.

Kamanski Construction replaced our kitchen countertops, sink and installed a tile backsplash. I had received quotes from other companies to do the work but with them any plumbing, leveling and moving outlets would be my responsibility to find people to complete and schedule these task. With Kamanski they contracted and coordinated all work needed. I had 1 person to contact and 1 person to handle any issues. It was a great experience. We plan to use them again soon to replace our kitchen floor.

This company is a family business, with extremely skilled craftsmen. Their work ethic is very professional and considerate. They came to our home and replaced the decking and structural posts to our existing second story deck that has a roof. Removed all existing old wood decking and rails. Also built new stairs and platform landing beyond our expectations. There was an issue with the deck structure that could have been over looked or or just ignored that we would not have even known. However, the guys just corrected the issue without question. Above and beyond! They matched our accent colors to the existing trim on our home perfectly with out us having to go to the store and choose the color. As far as clean up you would not have even known they were here, not a trace of any thing left for us to pick up! Old fashioned quality service and workmanship that is unheard of these days! The entire team were so good to work with on our remodel. Each team member was so respectful and worked so hard to put our vision into place. They are a family business and we loved that; a group of brothers and their dad who work so well together.
They remodeled 2 upstairs bathrooms, worked on our foundation, and put new decking and railing on our back deck. They installed a beautiful ramp on the back deck. The tile work is beautiful.

I had a complete master bathroom and closet remodel. They were very professional throughout the entire process and the workmanship is excellent. The tile work for my shower and floor look beautiful and the closet is fantastic with it's shelves and drawers that were added. I intend to use them in the future for more things that I wish to update and redo. I highly recommend them for any work you might want done to your home.

The Kamanski Construction Company designed and created the most beautiful backyard for my husband and me. It is truly our dream space. First Kamanski extended the driveway and built a corral for the new generator and trash cans on a large, new concrete pad. They built a brand new fence around the entire backyard and incorporated the new fence as the walls of the corral. Most importantly Kamanski created and installed an extensive drainage system to run the perimeter of the yard. They graded the backyard so any rain water would flow away from the house and into two French drains that flow to the curb outside of the new fencing.
New pavers were installed again with the slope going away from the house and into the drains. The rotted wood on the back porch was removed completely along with soffits and replaced with beautiful cedar beams along with a T&G ceiling where can lights and a beautiful ceiling fan / light have been installed. Two other outdoor lights and a security light are installed as well. New electrical outlets have been installed.
Kamanski stained the fence in two coats of Benjamin Moore’s Arbor Coat high end stain. Two new support posts in cedar were installed on the remodeled porch and the base of each post was covered in natural stone to coordinate with the new pavers.
To finish off the new backyard Kamanski and I chose trees , bushes and perennials and 700 flowering bulbs to run along the inside fence line. They brought in truckloads of top soil for the new plantings and the new top quality sod. Then they put landscape liner down around the bushes, and the black gold potting soil for all the flowers. New edging was installed. New gutters were installed and two gorgeous rain chains will be installed when they arrive.
Kamanski was professional from day one throughout the entire project. Delays due to lots of rain and supply issues due to COVID were met with nothing but understanding. Kamanski was excellent with communication throughout the project. Our questions were always met with immediate phone calls or a quick text.
The Kamanski team was always friendly, respectful and they showed up! They worked hard and took great pride in their work.

Andray and his workers were thorough, prompt and cleaned up so well when they remodeled our bathroom. The tile work was amazing and Andray came by to inspect the work to make sure they were delivering nothing short of perfection.

I used Kamanski Construction to basically renovate an entire home which had been previously rented for 10 years. I live out of town and found it very hard to find different contractors to handle different home renovation jobs for my property. I contacted Andray from Kamanski Construction, to get a quote on a couple things in need of repair. After meeting with Andray and doing a home walk through, I learned his company would be able to take care of all my home renovation needs. Andray was very professional and easy to work with, even from long distance. Kamanski Construction replaced all flooring, kitchen backsplash, windows, drywall, bath tub, vanity/countertops and fixtures. Installed French and Bi-Fold doors. Painted the entire inside of the house including ceiling and doors and installed ceiling fans. There was more, but I think you get the picture of what they can handle.The day after Kamanski Construction completed my home renovation, the house was listed on the market and received 12 offers in two days and is know under contract. Thank you Andray for the great job by Kamanski Construction.

Andray and his team from Kamanski Construction, Inc. did a fantastic job repairing some fairly serious dry rot on the front porch of our home. Andray was extremely conscientious about the quality of the job that was done. He was very responsive, patient with all of my questions (smile) and provided great follow-up with details and photos of the entire process -- from "discovery" to final repair.

We were extremely pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work. Everyone involved was meticulous in their level of detail. The finished product actually looks much better than the original!

We will definitely use Kamanski Construction, Inc. in the future when we have home repair needs. The photos provided do not show the full extent of the rot or repair, but hopefully will show enough to represent the beautiful job they did. A HUGE "Thank You" to Kamanski Construction, Inc.!!! And, for those who may be wondering, from the photos . . . they were going to install new gutters, but we are having all of the gutters replaced on the home, so Kamanski Construction did not end up installing them as part of their repair.

They have remodeled our kitchen and bathroom which turned out to be a great experience. Recent events resulted in emergency repairs and they were at the home within a day to assess damage and what it would take to repair. Plumber was available within 3 days.

My parents had our house remodeled and the job was amazing. About 3 months later we had a leak in one of the pipes in the laundry room which leaked in the walls, flooring and into the family room and bedroom that I live in. My mom shut off the water and called the Kamanski’s. They were there in about 30 minutes to access the situation. Andrey talked to the insurance agent and took care of all of that so my parents didn’t have to. It was a very smooth deal. Everything is beautiful again. If anyone needs a remodel however big or small Kamanski remodel is the only way to go

Really excellent work on a fairly large remodel/water damage job at my house. We could not be happier with the result. Kamanski construction kept the job on track and finished by the deadline, even though the job presented a few unexpected curve balls. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish Andray and the whole team at Kamanski construction took care of our needs. As anyone thinking about a complete home remodel knows, it is stressful and nerve racking to choose a contractor. We met with several contractors before we chose Kamanski. When other contractors came to look at our house, it seemed like they where telling us what we should do, when Andray came, he listened to what we wanted to do, and then explained how he could make our dream home a reality. There is a big difference between being told what you should do and being told how we can do what you want. ON top of that, the team at Kamanski construction did every thing that Andray said they would do and we now live in our dream home.
Another thing that makes Kamanski construction stand out above the rest is there responsiveness to the smallest problem or discrepancy. When we noticed something we did not like, they fixed it with out a complaint, if we did not like something, they made it right. As an example, some of our doors came from the factory with runs in the paint, they sanded them down and repainted. Every detail was attended to though out the remodel process. They kept the house and the yard clean. When ever I was at the house, you could tell that every member of the Kamanski Team took great pride in doing great work.

These guys built our house, and we absolutely love it! The home is incredibly well-built, and has so much more character than any of the other new construction we saw in Portland. They made our 1400 sq ft house feel like a huge space with beautiful vaulted ceilings and a massive wall of windows into the back yard. We will 100% come to them first for any additional building projects down the line because we have no doubt they will produce the highest quality available.

The previous owner hired them to build this place, so technically we weren't even their client. We wanted our house painted. When Andray and his crew power washed it they found dry rot in some places and that the decks needed replacing. They worked with us to cut costs and still do an excellent job. They are all very friendly and professional.

Kamanski construction just completed our home remodel. They were responsive and easy to work with. We felt they had our best interests in mind and wanted us to be happy with their work. We are beyond thrilled with our new flooring, master bathroom (gorgeous) and new full bath. With the problems (with any old house) that we did run into, Kamanski worked diligently to fix and resolve them. We would definitely hire Kamanski again in the future.
