Dan did a great job on a really old house. The home was over 100 years old. He was intuitive to call out some basement issues without being an alarmist. Great professionalism.

Dan is an absolutely stellar professional. Prompt on timing, and quickly established great rapport with us. You always hope to work with folks with great attitudes who also know what they’re doing, and that’s a wild understatement of what Dan brings to the table.

He got right down to business doing his thing, and would check back with us every few minutes to either explain his thought process after reviewing items or bring our attention to specifics that he wanted to talk through in the moment. Incredibly thorough on his findings, explaining things in layman’s terms (super helpful for our first time), and giving his two cents on scenarios/options for us to consider in the future with various aspects of the property.

Easy, reassuring scheduling. Thanks to Ann for confirming our inspector and appointment time. Dan was wonderful, on time and even in the freezing temperatures did a great and thorough job inspecting the roof and all outside aspects.
