Worked with Bryce Brown with getting my roof replaced was one of the easiest things I’ve had done with the help of Bryce. He took care of everything for me and gave me a lot of information on what was going to be done. It was very fast and they did a great job with everything. Would highly recommend!

I submitting a Review for roofing contractor Kevin Lyon, a contractor with Shamrock Roofing & Constrution. I found Mr. Lyon to be a dedicated professional with a concern for the client\customer.

Mr. Lyon walked me through the entire roof reconstruction process. Kevin helped me with me communications with my insurance company to ensure that I was properly compensated for my loss claim. Kevin also assisted me in obtaining the neccessary financing for my roof reconstruction project.

While the reconstruction was occurring Kevin also kept abreast of the work being done and what I could expect once the job was completed. Despite of the extensive damage to the roof, Kevin completed the project in a seemingly short amount of time..

I had been burned by another fraudulent contractor who essential stole my downpayment for my roof reconstruction. After living over 6 months with my roof leaking from the damage it had incurred, Kevin patiently and expertly explained what was needed repaired the damage and completed those repair in timely fashion.

Caleb was responsive, pleasant and a pleasure to work with. He was a great go-between with our insurance company -- handling all the little details with the adjusters. He was a tremendous advocate on our behalf when the insurance carrier was either slow to respond or offering a sub-par settlement. The workers completed their tasks as scheduled, on time, cleaned up afterwards, and applied high quality roofing and guttering products. And Caleb returned more than once to make sure the work was done to our complete satisfaction. While I hope we never need to use them again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact the folks at Shamrock.

I called about a water leak coming from my ceiling that I thought was due to the deck built on top of part of the roof. Shamrock representative came out and said he would get with my insurance to try to get them to cover it. A week later the insurance adjuster came out and so did the shamrock representative. Shamrock guy left without saying anything and the adjuster let me know it wasn’t covered by my insurance. Never heard back from the shamrock representative and this happened July 25th.

Sean Golden at Shamrock Roofing was amazing. He a hard worker and make sure you get what you need. The first time our insurance rep come to our house they said we didn't need a new roof. Sean said no he wrong. My husband had the insurance rep come back to our house and Sean was here and made sure he was seeing what need to be repaired. He was great about commutations with us at all time. Sean made sure if we had any question he would answer them. The roof crew was amazing and clean up the yard nice. As first-time homeowners, we were grateful to have Shamrock Roofing help us with replacement of our roof and gutters. After discovering a leak in our home, we were walked through the process of replacement through insurance by Gage, he was extremely knowledgeable. We got a quick response any time we had questions (which we had plenty of). Our experience with Shamrock was great. Our representative Caleb was very accommodating and informative about the process of getting our roof replaced after a hail storm. From inspection to meeting with our insurance adjuster Caleb handled everything on his end and made all of the steps seamless. I can't imagine the whole thing being easier for us.

Wanted an estimate & they would not give me one. All they wanted to do is try to get a claim put in & any nail pops they tried to tell me it was hail damage. They called a lot and kept pressuring to do the roof. Did not like this approach to a customer. Got a different estimate from a competitor and got a lot better results and they would listen to what I wanted.

I had 3 different salesman come up to my door and bother me about checking out my roof in a 6 hour period.
If you can’t even coordinate to your sales people correctly on their area they should be knocking on to do door to door sales and have overlap of houses why would I want to deal with a company that can’t communicate correctly to just make a simple sale? Garbage business. Tired of salesman coming to my door multiple times a day.

Bryce Brown was very friendly, polite and accommodating. They worked with me on the short amount of time I had to do things, kept in touch constantly to make sure I knew what was going on, helped explain how everything would go and worked with my insurance and billing. Everything looks fantastic.

They are swindlers. They order far too much material for the job and then claim that all unused material is theirs. Trying to contact them is next to impossible and when one can get a hold of them they have lame excuses for their lack of business ethics and immoral business practices. Nor does the company stand behind the warranty!!

Started off good, was in good contact with Cullin had him come out and take pictures and he left saying he’ll have an estimate worked up by the following Monday. So as it started to reach a week later of no response or even just a “hey we are to busy right now we appreciate you choosing us blah blah blah” but nope I had you reach out to him and he said oh yeah I will get it to you by end of day. Nope, reached out a few days later and nothing, a week later reached out and got a reply saying he needs someone to come out again for an estimate even though it was the first think done. And has since to respond. This company is very unprofessional and has very poor communication. It is not worth anybody’s time, go somewhere else!!!

Our home suffered significant hail damage to the roof and gutters. Two representatives of the company stopped by to see if they could assess the damage and present us with an option for repair. I want to thank Caleb for stopping by our place and offering a free roof inspection a few weeks ago. A recent storm showed we had hail damage, and he helped me file a claim with my insurance company. I would have never known that we might have damage. Shamrock did a great job, was completed in a day, very timely and it looks great! Caleb was very knowledgeable about the claims process and very responsive to all my questions.

They did a great job on the roof. They did it in one day as promised. My only issue was they left the dumpster over night on our driveway preventing us from moving the cars back in the garage. Fortunately we did not have any storms that night. We also had to clean up a lot of nails after they moved the dumpster. But the work on the roof was outstanding and we are happy with our new roof.

Cullin is an amazing employee and cares about his customers. Communication is great. Repaired a couple of blown out shingles and I wish it was my whole roof. I will definitely go with Shamrock only and will refer them to all my friends who need roofing repairs. Keep up the good work and Thank You!

Cullin, Jared, and everyone else I worked with were great. They handled all the insurance interactions and got me a new roof. They left more of a mess than I would've preferred especially in my neighbor's yard, but I feel like I got a quality roof for minimal effort.

Staff is exceptionally personable and professional. High quality work and time from starting roof repair to completion was much faster than expected. Only issue was that more debris was left on site then expected, but after contacting Shamrock they returned and re-swept the property for within a few hours.

John and Jered here in Lincoln were an awesome team to work with throughout our roof replacement and insurance claim. They made the entire process easy on our part, got the insurance claim and replaced our roof and gutters. Our house looks so much better!

I would give this company 5 stars , first the person that set up the job and kept me informed about what insurance would cover, how it would all go down was excellent, he was professional, thorough, and are lucky to have him but would give the rest of the company a lot lower score if it wasn't for him. I asked 2 things, check the area in the roof that had a noticeable dip in it and see if it could be shimmed to make it less noticeable, wasn't done. 2nd I wish they would of told me to move my vehicle out of old garage they roofed, it rained nails and roofing material on my car I just had painted, entire inside of my garage was nothing but nails and roofing material, they had to know, had a black newly painted car that was damaged, also didn't spend enough time cleaning out nails out of gutters, first big rain it dumped nails out of gutters and had a flat on yes my newly installed tires on my truck, other than that they did a nice job,.

I am a retired insurance adjustor myself, but had not been on my own roof for about four years due to knee injuries. John Vera Cruz checked the roof and showed me the photos of the hail damage. We contacted my homeowner's insurance and had everything taken care of with new shingles and gutters complete in under ten days from the day he inspected the roof.
The roofing crew was quick and cleaned up after themselves to the point that I found only two nails and they were in flower pots where they had apparently bounced.
The gutters were done the next day by an equally professional husband/wife team along with their son and daughter.
All in all, about as painless a procedure as it could be.

John Jered came out for an inspection and determined there was hail damage. Made arrangements with my insurance adjuster who confirmed the damage. Shamrock did the work in one day. They had a very competent crew and foreman. John followed up and inspected the work himself. We were very pleased with their work and would recommend them.

I highly recommend Shamrock roofing in Omaha. We were referred by our neighbor who also had a great experience with Shamrock. We needed a new roof and Shamrock worked directly with our insurance company and took care of everything start to finish! The process could not have been easier and our new roof looks great! Jered was very professional and responsive throughout the process and the roofing crew was extremely clean and efficient. Shamrock even took care of submitting for the recoverable depreciation from our insurance company for the deck, fence, and playset that I stained myself and discovered an extra $250 in coverage that my insurance company had missed. Shamrock also was able to complete the combing of my air conditioner which was damaged by the hail. We will definitely use Shamrock roofing again should we ever need to!
