I and my wife bought a home in Pryor. It was an older home and needed some repair work. The house needed to be leveled. We were told that because the house was plaster and lathe that they could not level it because it was too heavy. So we had them install Sheetrock and insulation. It was a big mistake they argued about doing the trim but it was in the contract. So they did the trim but they did a horrible job. They told me that I needed a sub pump to drain the water out from under the house so we paid to have the sub pump put in only to find out today they never connected it to power, so I have standing water all under my house they did not support the floors so I now have areas of the floor that sag and sink when you walk on them. My advise is to stay away from Shaffer homes for anything

They went above and beyond to assist us with a roof leak, driving a far distance, coming after hours and before a large rain, and giving us a fair assessment. Bought a house from them about a year ago. They renovated my house. Still cleaning up materials and have had plumbing issues since we moved in. They came back out to fix it and just dead ended half of my sewer into the ground. I also have to replace the subfloor in my bathroom due to the hole for my toilet being far too large and busted out instead of cut. They're not the worst but whoever does their plumbing work is pretty close to it.

Ben did a wonderful job on our custom home. He was really great to work with and we've enjoyed the experience. We love everything about our new house. Highly recommend Shaffer Homes!

Ben built a shop for me and I am totally pleased. Ben is very thorough from start to finish and his crews are top notch.

Ben and his crew have been amazing, they are currently building our forever home and we couldn’t be more pleased with the progress so far. He is a Jack of all trades, and if he doesn’t know how he knows someone who can! Will definitely hire him for future projects and definitely recommend him to family, friends, and strangers alike!

Very glad I was able to finally find a builder who was willing to do a smaller home most builders just overpriced me cause obviously they just want to build big fancy homes. Ben took my project on an he's been nothing but good has worked with me on every little change I've wanted an always keeps me in the loop easy to get ahold of txt or call. The crews he uses have all be respectful an very nice to deal with. Highly recommend for your build.

Floor was sinking and rotten. They came in and raised and repaired the floors, and laid new flooring. Did a great job. Totally reccomend them

Contacted him on September 5 and sent them the pdf plans of the house we were wanting built. Checked back on September 9th and had to resend the pdf again because he couldn't find the original ones I had sent. Said he would go over them the first of the week and get back with me to get together and go over what we wanted. Never heard back from him so I contacted him on September 27 to see if he'd had a chance to go over plans. His response "I completely forgot ". He said to call him and when I tried he didn't answer and I couldn't leave a voice mail because it was full of already unanswered calls. I should have walked away then!!! I sent him a message that called and was unable to leave a message. He did call me and promised to immediately take a look at the plans and please give him a couple weeks to get the bids back from the subs....NOTHING!!!! I sent him a message on October 27th and said that it had been 2 months since I had originally contacted him and we were just pulling out of the whole thing. He showed absolutely no consideration for my time.

They have done several jobs for me. Drywall, plumbing (new and repair work), roofing repairs, and built me a new multi use barn. Good,friendly people. I would use them again for sure!
