Sexton Roofing & Siding has ben GREAT to work with! I called for help with leaks around our chimney, and Sexton responded quickly and was very helpful in getting the leak fixed. In particular, Mike came to our house and knew exactly what needed to be done, showed me photos, and did the work quickly and at a fare price. On the day they replace the roof they reported time with a large crew and worked efficiently, taking care to not harm my bushes and lawn. They left my property amazingly clean !!! From Ray the estimator who was always reachable for questions, to Tim the foreperson who dealt extraordinarily promptly with some debris that I discovered fell into the range fan, but especially to the amazing roofers who worked so hard and so late into the day. First, it's so difficult to find a contractor who answers the phone. Sexton does. Second, their price and warranty and promptness were great. The work was done fast, thoroughly and perfectly. I am very very satisfied with our experience with Sexton Roofing. I had watched as they repaired a roof at a neighbor's house, and when I saw what a neat, speedy, and profession job they were doing I walked over and asked them to give me an estimate on some long overdue repairs at our place. They obliged, got back to me in person the next day (a Saturday!) and were very clear about the process. And since our roof was modest in size they could fit us on their schedule in short order!
When work commenced it became obvious that the repairs would be more extensive than originally planned for (not really a surprise for us) but we'd been prepared for that, and the hardworking crew took it in stride. The entire job was completed in one day and completely cleaned up, and I live in a neighborhood where the houses are close together and everyone has an opinion, and there were nothing but compliments for the people and their workmanship. No loud music or foul language or trash left around. The house looks a hundred times better, and we have peace of mind whenever it rains.
I am happy we happened to cross paths with the folks at Sexton Roofing and would recommend them whole heartedly.

I recommend Sexton for siding and roofing. They transformed my 150 year old house all while keeping the old country home charm. The transformation was nothing short of amazing. I've received many complements from neighbors. Sexton replaced my shingled roof. They removed the clap board siding and replaced with beautiful vinyl siding. They replaced my wooden gutters with metal gutters. When tree branches fell on the metal porch roof, they replace it with modern metal roofing. The work crews were great. The siding took multiple days, and the work areas were kept clean every day. Scott was the project manager for the siding and kept in regular contact and was very responsive. Everyone involved was great. The price for the work was very competitive. Thanks goes to the Sexton team!

Sexton Roofing did a wonderful job replacing the roof on the back of our house. It was not a totally typical situation but they handled it professionally and with ease, including replacing a skylight. The crew was highly skilled, hard-working, quiet, respectful and thorough. Clean-up upon completion was excellent. The entire job was completed in one day.
Scott was terrific in his management of the job, from initial inspection and estimate until completion and clean-up. His demonstrated knowledge of all aspects of roofing was very evident. Scott always responded quickly, courteously, and knowledgeably to all my calls, emails and texts. It was a pleasure to work with him and with the entire Sexton team.

I enjoyed working with Tim Wilde, Megan Schipper, and the whole team at Sexton Roofing. Tim explained all the details, answered a ton of questions before, during, and after with kindness and in a timely manner. Megan coordinated the schedule, kept track of my paperwork, and was unfailingly wonderful.
Because I had asbestos tiles on my roof, Sexton worked with Baystate Contracting Services to remove and dispose of the tiles safely and effectively.
I bought an old house, and the roof needed attention first, but the siding will need replacement in a couple years, and I fully intend to return to Sexton for that project, as well.

Sexton Roofing and Siding replaced the roof of our home in March of 2024. Throughout the estimate and execution of the job, they were timely and communicative. Whenever I had questions, they were responsive and cordial. The work was completed within one day, which required the replacement of several sheets of plywood.

Unprofessional behavior all around from them. I called them for a quote, and the salesperson arrived several hours late without giving any notice or apology. Without even looking at the roof, he told me that they needed to replace my entire roof for $9k even though the roof only had about 10 years on it. I called another vendor, and they identified a couple of spots that had caused problems and patched it for $20. A few months later, I started receiving marketing emails from Sexton that had no opt-out and leaked the emails of every Sexton customer. When I pointed out that this was illegal, they ignored my message.

Couldn’t be happier. I went with Sexton based on the recommendation of a neighbor. Cost was reasonable and Everett, the one who provided the estimate, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in his advice. Sexton showed up with a large crew such that they could complete a large/complicated roof project in under two days. Roof looks great, and they left the perimeter of the house much cleaner than when they arrived.

When it comes to big home improvement projects, it’s such a relief to find someone that you can fully trust to do quality work at a good price and on schedule. I can’t recommend Sexton Roofing more highly.

We promptly set up an appointment to get an estimate. We decided to use Sexton for our roof replacement. They came in a reasonable amount of time to start our project. The workers were very professional and polite. They did a great job and their cleanup was great. We would definitely reccommend them and use their services again.

This is our second time using Sexton Roofing. I can't say enough about how excellent everyone associated with the company ios at their job. From office staff to project manager to the amazing crew. They were here for 11 hours. Our house and yard was a cluttered work site throughout the day. The next morning it was as if they had never been here. Everything was cleaned up and put into the dumpster. And the roof looks terrific! Thanks Sexton.

After our experience, which was not only incredibly fast, but followed by particularly thorough clean up, I enthusiastically endorse Sexton.

Sexton replaced the sheet roofing on my porch and small back addition with new sheet material. They visited to review the project and provided an estimate that was very fair, about half of what another local roofer was going to charge. The other roofer's price seemed very high for the size of the project. Sexton completed the work less than a week from the time that they provided the estimate. I inspected both roof surfaces and determined that they did an excellent job, to a high professional standard.

Our solar company was giving us some real problems and Sexton was able to work with us at multiple stages in the process to help get around it all. Great owner, always got back to us quickly, and was very straight forward on cost. The crew that showed up was professional, kind, and really hustled on our very steep roof. Best part is that they were CLEAN. I’ve had a roof done before that left nails and tar everywhere. I didn’t find anything this time, even the gutters were clean.

Sexton roofing came and did a minor roof repair for us. Excellent communication and provided an assessment of our roof. Courteous, experienced and fair priced.

I based my choice of this company on the positive reviews here, which is why it feels important to share my experience. I had cap shingles replaced on a low hip roof. I had asked that they be removed and then new ones laid. I was told that was not how it should be done. I only got pictures of the work a few weeks after it had been completed. The shingles were laid over the old ones, a new shingle that was torn or cracked was left and nailed down and also with silicone. I was told it should be roofer's tar and there should be no exposed nails. I'm not an expert so there is clearly a difference of opinion here. But my own contractor on a large renovation said the work was shoddy and so did another roofer I showed the work to (in another state so not competition) who basically said he would be angry if his workers did a job like this. I spoke to the owner who was dismissive of others' opinions and my concern (I"I don't care what anyone else said") and said there was no problem with the roof (that the shingle is purposely torn at the corners and nailed --okay but only on one side?) so I've left the photos here so people can make their own decision. At one point he offered to give my money back and then took that back. The conversation was unpleasant enough I wouldn't return on that alone.

Repair done quickly, precisely and professionally. They also did our insulation. Great group very detail oriented and professional. Very fair prices. Very responsive, good communication.

Quick, efficient and clean. Most impressively a co-ed crew. My 11 yr old daughter was impressed. Wrapped it up in a day. No nails anywhere to be seen. I will speak highly of Sexton roofing for a long time and I'm in the trades.

I just had a new roof put on by Sexton and the entire process was great. On a split level hip roof: one day to completely strip, replace nearly 2 dozen square of roof deck, install new roof, and clean up like they were never there. Heck of a crew Everett! If you need a roof, or roof repairs you will not regret getting a quote from or hiring Sexton Roofing.

If you want roofing done professionally, timely, and competently at a good price, sexton roofing is the only name I would recommend. I thought it would be a pain coordinate the work, but from the start they were easy to work with and beat all other quotes I got on my project. 6/5 stars.

The work done by Sexton Roofing was outstanding and far exceeded our expectations. Everett’s professionalism and expertise were determining factors in selecting his company. The workers were friendly and hard working. They worked very fast due of the impending rain and completed the job in one day. Following completion, you would never know they were here. The supply delivery, dumpster delivery and pick up were seamless. I highly recommend Sexton Roofing without any hesitation.

Their quote included more base work than the other quote I got from another local reputable roofer. The other quote was promoting a “sealer” on the already-ancient flat roof (my multi family has 2/3 pitched roof and 1/3 flat). The other folks seemed less than thrilled to do the flat work. They came with a small army or workers and worked about 13 1/2 hours or so, complete strip and even reflashing the two remaining chimneys (they took a 3rd chimney down below the roofline per my request). I’m a trades man- I hopped up on the roof and moved an ancient clunky cast iron vent stack a little further up the pitched roof with new ABS (planned this out 10 years ago), the lead man helped me extract the multi-generation flanges. Two women where busting chops on the ground, cleaning up. I’m very happy with my first roofer experience.

My husband and I would highly recommend Sexton Roofing to anyone looking to have a roof replaced. Awesome crew!!! Job was completed in one day. They prepped our yard for the roof replacement so our landscaping would not be damaged. They did an incredible job. All the roofing debris was cleaned and property was left as found when they arrived. Also, the price quoted was $7,000 less then a previous estimate from another roofing company.

I recently had Sexton Roofing replace my roof. Every part of process was professional. The materials and dumpster were delivered when expected. We did have to work around the rains schedule. But I have never seen a harder working crew. My house is a two story with a steep pitch. An older home that needed plywood. As such I expected the replacement to take much longer than it did. Needless to say I am very impressed.
I started this process asking friends and family for recommended roofers. Some never called me back, others never provided an estimate. When I asked my father , he and a friend both recommended Sexton. They both highly complemented Sexton roofing hard working crew, along with their clean up afterwards.
