From start to finish Serv Pro was to notch! Jacob came out and evaluated our job and he patiently answered all of our questions. The professional and courteous staff of Mike, Mason and Nikko came out and meticulously completed our job! They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them!

When our hardwood floor buckled from water saturation caused by a faulty hose bib, things were looking pretty bleak. The mitigation work was done by Nikko. He did a fantastic job of communicating, everything from work progress to phone calls before his visits. The mitigation is now complete - waiting for the restoration aspects - and Nikko's thoroughness is appreciated.

My experiences with Servpro and especially with Nikko are all positive and I highly recommend them.

The first time I used servpro was 3 years ago. We had a water intrusion that the inspector did not find. I became very sick.
I had 2 other companies come out and they found nothing.
When Joe came he found mold that 2 other companies didn't. The crew came, and i particularly want to mention Ismael, even though they were all great people. Ismael figured out the source . You could actually almost see the smoke from the wheels turning. Our siding was installed incorrectly and water was getting in to the crawl space from the irrigation water.
So thankful for Ismael and his wisdom, kindness and diligence to get to the bottom of this. I am horribly allergic to mold and he was a Godsend.

Fast forward 3 years. I bought another property. Guess what?? Mold!
I didn't hesitate to call servpro.
I told Joe how much Ismael was the source of figuring out my old home.
I was gifted Ismael a second time. He does an honest days work. He Is courteous, respectful and gets the job done.

I am so impressed with Serv Pro! They were friendly, courteous, and professional. Excellent work done on my crawlspace that had flooded. They removed all my belongings in the crawl space so I could check on what was worth saving or not. Ismael, Mike, Temo and Junior can come back to my home anytime! These guys were A+! And Dave was just the best with keeping me informed and contacting the appropriate persons to get the job done! Will hire again if needed!

Mike Martinez did an excellent job preparing master bath for reconstruction from failed shower pan. Mike communicated several times daily exactly what was being done and what to expect next. Highly recommended!

Niko, Chris and Joe are amazing! We had a terrible mess. Niko and Chris came after hours in a snow storm to take care of us. Joe followed up the next day with a visit. If your in Ketchum, don't use anyone else.

We had a water/fire problem at our cabin in Stanley just as winter was setting in. David with Serpro was very responsive and helpful!! He got up there to evaluate the situation quickly and has his crew in there cleaning up though the weather and roads were horrible! We look forward to having them help us with repairs in the spring!

After a long and heartbreaking restoration, our kitchen looks better than ever! David and his team were insurmountably helpful in their communication and knowledge. They always took the time to discuss multiple ways of tackling our restoration and answering the many, MANY questions I had for them. I couldn't recommend them more!

David, Michael, Ismael, Filli, and Chris communicated well, were very efficient, were timely, and did good work. They had good equipment to work with. I would recommend them highly.

Servpro Twin Falls responded immediately when we had water damage from two water heaters. Leaks under tile floors were extensive, and the leaks from the tile also damaged under kitchen counters, walls, and part of our crawl space.

David Ahrens told us the scope of work and made sure we got alternative housing during the worst of tile removal and drying out subfloor and moldy walls. David kept us fully informed day by day of progress. When we could come back in house he cleaned up the terrible dust and laid down protective sheet so we could walk without more dust coming up.

He got his great plumber out to fit the new water heaters into the house better, and was very careful about water hookups, gas hookups and all that needed to be moved to pull up the tile and address the mold.

Water damage was in the washer dryer closet, but also affected our crawl space, which he helped us reconfigure to have proper access to washer/dryer and crawl space.

At the same time he lined up an amazing tile setter so that the floors could be replaced before Christmas: a scheduling feat during COVID and lots of other water damage claims going in.

He and his staff and professionals are extremely courteous, attentive and very aware of how disturbing the damage and repair was to us, keeping us very well informed. They always followed through on their commitments. And, when delays occurred because of shipping problems, David always told us. The communication was first rate: bad news and good.

We would use ServPro again and recommend them.

Great customer service, extremely detailed in documenting the process of cleaning up and reinsulating my crawl space. Joe & Kailey were extremely easy to work with.

Horrible! They demand total payment up front and then don’t finish the job! They list my 4 x 5
carpet and never finished replacing the baseboard in bedroom, hall, and part of another room. If you can find anyone else to service you, I would. It was a terrible and frustrating experience!

Two thumbs up, and five gold stars, for the amazing team that completed work on a project in my apartment this afternoon. Two weeks post major surgery at a time when the last thing anyone wants are strangers traipsing through their home, the upstairs unit bathtub flooded through the ceiling fan down into my bathroom. The result, a ceiling that had to be torn apart and needed to dried thoroughly with the aid of a hurricane strength fan and a large dehumidifier (imagine sitting on the toilet trying to do your business while your hair is blowing as though you are participating in some crazy photo shoot while the internal temperature of the bathroom leaves you imagining you are in a Saharan desert) followed be subsequent repairs and repainting. This crew was phenomenal. I interacted with three individuals during this process, project managers Jason and Clayton in addition to Brandyn who completed the repairs and painting. I have never met service professionals as gifted at customer service as these three. The showed both myself and my visiting mother nothing but respect and patience (my mother asked no end of questions which Jason patiently answered). They were extremely knowledgeable, highly communicative, punctual and thorough. The work Brandyn completed on the bathroom ceiling was flawless. I also never hesitated to leave keys for them under the mat and entrust them to be in my space without my being there. Most appreciated throughout the process was the sense of humor and the ability to joke with them which made the entire experience as delightful as one could hope for under the circumstances. It would be very nice if Eric would return phone calls and text messages! It’s been almost a year that our house was burnt and we trusted the company! All we get are lies of when the house will be finished! I want answers now!! I understand that covid hit but I’ve seen you working around town at other house! We paid get your job done! I don’t care if your doing this because we are females and mexican! Answer the calls and text messages! WE WANT THE HOUSE FINISHED!

We hired Serve Pro to do a small crawlspace remediation project at our condo in Ketchum. Jason was the project manager and was super professional, on time and communicated well throughout the process. The crew, Robert, Brandon and Jon, were skilled, professional and worked hard in uncomfortable conditions. We had a hot water pipe burst in our crawl space 2 days before Christmas. ServPro staff, particularly Eric and Luke, arrived virtually immediately, accurately and fully assessed the damage, and then began mediation and repairs. Throughout the holidays, they and other professionals arrived to continue their work to get us dry and mold free. They succeeded. I'm going to preface this review with the fact that I have used and been highly dissatisfied with two other local companies. If you are shopping for a water/mold mitigation company, don't mess around, hire these guys!

An icedam during the ridiculous Sun Valley winter of 18-19 led us to hire ServPro. I'm not going to lie, I must have PTSD from previous experiences. As water dripped down my ceiling and walls, I felt hopeless. Time passed and I knew I needed to figure it out. Dr. Google surprised me with ServPro's contact info and within hours, the owner, Luke arrived at my house to begin the process of saving my home and my sanity.

Luke, Eric (manager), and the entire crew were professional, timely, and helpful. The extensive water/mold mitigation work they did on my home, with my contractor, and with my PITA insurance company was completely unmatched. Additionally, I'm an over-communicator of sorts, and each phone call was met with incredible customer service!

At the end of the process, I'm happy to say that my home is water-damage free (you guys...it looks amazing!) and my sanity has been restored.

Jason at SERVPRO was incredible in getting our house back in shape after a hot water heater leak. Jason communicated daily if not twice daily where they stood on project progress as well as where they were making good progress and where there were barriers. The rest of the team including Erik Cody, Brandyn and Kailey we polite and efficient and also communicated how long each day's work would take as well as when they would return next. I felt they took care of my house as if was their own.

Recently I assisted a friend who was out of town when a pipe burst at his Townhouse in Ketchum, ID. He knew to call Servpro. The emergency occurred on the weekend and Servpro responded in minutes.
