Had an issue with a water leak spike to Greg the owner who was very professional very polite sent a gentleman named Chris out to my house right away Chris showed and explained to me in detail what happened and why and the best way to take care of my problem. The work was done quickly very pleased about their service would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with the Servpro WOW team. Chris and his guys were very prompt, professional, and friendly. My home is fairly newer but had some moisture barrier issues in the basement causing some mold growth. Bill made sure to explain the estimate in detail prior to starting the job. The team did a fantastic job remediating all areas and cleaning up. Also, super helpful in providing a contact for spray foam insulation to help reduce the chance of the problem reoccurring. I would highly recommend Servpro of Western O'Fallon/Wentzville to friends and family.

Joanne and her team at Servpro responded rapidly to my daughter’s home after their outside faucet pipe busted in their basement ceiling due to cold weather. My daughter and son-in-law had just purchased a new house and were super stressed out and were not sure how they would get everything fixed and cleaned up. Joanne dispatched her team to the home and they literally jumped into action right away and began getting the water cleaned up and removed flooring and anything else that was wet. I can’t say enough about Servpro WOW. I highly recommend to call ServPro WOW if you have any water damage or need cleanup. They are very professional and will take care of you.

My daughter and her husband recently purchased thier first home and were completely overwhelmed when a pipe burst and flooded their basement. I called our local Servpro for direction and spoke to the owner Joanne who immediately took action by sending her crew to assess and address the damage. Joanne was not only extremely knowledgable and resourceful, she was also incredibly calming.I am so grateful to Joanne and her team at Servpro for taking a very stressful situation out of my daughters hands.

Joanne and her team were so incredibly helpful and quick! I was totally panicked when my basement flooded and she was so kind and reassuring and made sure we got the help we needed. They removed all the flooring and set up all the fans in less than an hour and a half and continued to answer my questions and make sure we were comfortable. They also handle reconstruction afterwards which is such a relief to not have to call around and get even more quotes. Grateful for her and the crew she sent!

We had a water emergency from a supply line breaking on a basement toilet. Within an hour Chris and Charlie showed up and began remediation. First they vacuumed up all the water possible from our finished lower level carpet that had been saturated. After that they set up numerous fans and dehumidifiers . Chris called and returned every morning to take readings on humidity levels and to check moisture still remaining in the carpet. Finally after 4 days Charlie returned and his readings were positive and he removed the equipment and helped move a few furniture pieces to their original positions. I highly recommend Servpro of Western O’Fallon/Wentzville. When you have this type of emergency you want a professional response and we feel that that’s exactly what we received

We recently had a small fire in our front room. I called Servpro of western Ofallon Wentzville and they told me what I would need to do to get rid of the smoke smell all through the house. They showed up quickly and got everything taken care of. They even did the negotiation with my insurance company so I didn’t have to deal with any of that. The owners are very polite and extremely knowledgeable about water and fire damage remediation. I would recommend 100%.

Servpro did an excellent job cleaning up at my mom's house when water came through her ceiling, causing it to collapse. The team has excellent communication skills and are super friendly! I highly recommend them :)

Unfortunately had significant water damage in the upstairs bathroom that moved into the lower level. 1st call was insurance company, 2nd was Servpro Wentzville. They answered all my questions. Lindsey was on the scene quickly. Accessed the damage and then got things moving promptly to limit further damage. She followed the process throughout and keep me updated until completion. The clean up crew was dispatched the next day. Cody the crew leader was a on point and completed the cleanup and removal of damage in a timely manner and great to work with.
Our home is our biggest investment, Lindsay, Cody and Servpro of Wentzville treated it accordingly and gave me piece of mind we can move forward with the reconstruction with confidence!

Lindsay and her team did an amazing job, had a main drain back up and flood downstairs and bathroom and laundry room area and called them and servpro came out immediately and looked at everything got what needed to be taken out and ripped up and made sure to check in daily while it was drying out top notch team highly recommend them to anyone they did a great job

Servpro was hired to do a very expensive hazard cleaning over multiple days. They broke several things, painted on tv cords and tossed their rollers outside on the steps with paint permanently on them now. There were cigarette butts and black rubber gloves and soda cans left outside. They lit one of our personal candles and left it burning overnight! They then proceeded to deny it was them, but it was a hazard cleaning so no one was allowed to be in there but them until it was safe from their ozone treatment. They left a bathroom window open during a thunderstorm and left bags of potentially hazardous waste and cleaning rags in the middle of the living room in black trash bags that weren’t sealed or labeled. Their service was also incomplete for over a week until asked twice to come back and finish the job. Overall, the job was done as basic as it could be and lots of mess and stress was left behind. I do not recommend this team. Sweet as pie to get your business, but afterwards very unprofessional.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Servpro of O’Fallon and specifically Lindsay L!! As a single mom it was awesome to work with her! I was devastated when I had a leak on my upper level that damaged 3 floors! Lindsay came fast and worked so hard but mostly she helped calm me down since I was a total wreck! I was about to put my house on the market and I felt like my dreams were being crushed. Lindsay kept me calm, explained everything, worked fast and got all my drying and repairs done ASAP! You can tell she honestly cares and wants to help you as much as possible! It was such a breath of fresh air to meet someone so efficient at their job and who really cares about their customers. My water damage was dried, fixed beautifully, and my home sold for top price! Thank you Lindsay from the bottom of my heart!

We had a hidden water pipe leak that damaged our master bath, bedroom and downstairs. We called Servpro at a recommendation of a family member. Lindsey was our rep. Lindsey and her team did a quick demo and their team rebuilt everything back better than before the leak. I would recommend them to anyone in need. They are top notch and handled everything including dealing with our insurance and that really took a lot of stress off of us. You can Lindsey really cares about people and doing a great job. Just a couple months back we had a terrible Monday morning sight! Water from our sump pump was literally fountaining in our basement. We urgently needed someone to come remediate the water damage. Greg and his team came out quickly and promptly got to work.

Our basement had just been finished the prior fall so seeing 70% of the freshly laid flooring being ripped up was traumatic. Greg and team were professional and compassionate to our situation. They worked with us and often around us (we both work from home, from the basement, the grossly water damaged basement). They left no board unturned to ensure they found the full extent of the damage so there would be no surprises later.

Afterwards, they worked with me to ensure full compensation from my insurance company and were flexible while I awaited my insurance checks to come in so I could, in turn, pay ServPro for the wonderful work they did.

For reconstruction, they recommended a phenomenal team that did a 5 day day in just two days, again professional and flexible.

I now type this from my basement office. I can't recommend them highly enough because, looking around, ServPro truly lived up to their promise: Like it never even happened.

Servpro, Greg and his staff were amazing. I called at 1130 on a Friday night and they were out within 12 hours. They did a great job on the water clean up and ensuring my basement was dry and cleaned up. They followed up everyday and were consistently in contact. They worked seamlessly with my insurance carrier and I had no worries. I was truly impressed with their professionalism and concern on restoring my flooded basement. I would recommend them and will use them again if my sump pump goes out.

Had a great experience with the guys from Servpro after our kitchen flooded. They were at our house within a couple hours and started the remediation on our hard wood floors and in the drywall in the basement. Very professional and friendly staff. Got the job done quickly and dried everything out. The water damage was very minimal due to their prompt service. Would definitely recommend!

We woke up to a partially flooded basement due to an issue with our sump pump. We called Woodard first who stated it would be a few days before they could come out. We called ServPro next and they were out within the hour. They were professional and got the job done. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I had an appointment for 10 am and no one showed even after having a conversation with the gentleman after making the appointment and getting his cell phone number. I called at 25 after and he had no recollection of an appointment. Then when trying to reschedule he just wanted me to send a picture of the issue so he could diagnose the issue from a picture that several other companies had concerns about the complexity of the issue. I'd give them no stars but that wasn't an option. I took off work so I could meet with ServPro and they failed me epicall. Now I'm out money and my time. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Have never had to use Servrpo before. Had a horrible experience with Sears service technician this morning and after he left, I was forced to call another company to figure out why my dryer wouldnt dry clothes. Within 5 minutes, Chris not only diagnosed the problem but also had it fixed. So not only do they clean up your house after a fire or flood, but they are also masters at cleaning up after inept service companies who take their money and run without fixing a thing! Cannot thank Chris and Servpro enough and will recommend them to everyone who is ever looking for their services! 5 Star Service!!!

Had an unusual odor issue at our home, could not figure it out. I called Greg and explained the situation and he came over within 30 mins and checked it out at no cost to me. Hopefully I do not need him for any issues in the future but would call him right away if I did.

We had a oven that (embarrassed to admit) had not been cleaned in a VERY long time. I thought it was ruined. Joanne and her team were able to handle it with no problem.
