Staff is friendly and helpful. The manager is not. In fact, he's downright rude and unaccommodating. When their bolts aisle had no ink pens to use to fill out item numbers on plastic bags for my selected nuts and bolts, he would not lend me a pen when I asked to borrow one, bellowing out at me "Sorry, I can't help you with that!" (despite having a pen in his shirt pocket and others on the counter), leaving me unable to write down the necessary info to check out and leave. He finally let me use a pen when I and another associate convinced him that there were no pens on the aisle. I will not set foot back into that store as long as he's working there. And the cirporate office takes a hands-off approach to the unacceptable behavior of their rogue managers, so they're just as bad, as far as I am concerned.

Beats big box stores on a lot of their pricing. Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable staff. Like shopping there very much.

Staff is and has always been extremely helpful, as well as knowledgeable. They offer a large selection outdoor decorations such as: flags, rugs, wimdchimes, hanging wall art, stepping stones, shepherd's hooks, crosses, bird feeders, flag poles and more. I am continuously in awe and mesmerized at their wide array of paint colors, in addition to the individual custom spray paint selections they have in stock. While they are eager and ready to assist every patron, they are content in allowing me to read, stare, imagine, plan, touch and pick up every can until my heart's content. True Value is my go-to store for all of our home improvement needs, inside or outside the home. They have you what you need along with items you were unaware you needed. A huge thanks to the entire staff, you are appreciated!!!
