SERVPRO of Suffolk/Smithfield/Franklin

Every time I have dealt with SERVPRO in Suffolk, they have been extremely responsive, professional and efficient. When we had a water leak in our house 2 years ago, they were there in 30mins and had all the water removed, fans running within an hour. Recently, my Mother had mold growing mysteriously in her closet, and upon inspection, Justin Shomaker (Manager with SERVPRO) noticed and measured high humidity in the house but no water damage or leak. He made a small correction on her thermostat which began to correct the humidity problem immediately. Not only did he refuse I pay him for a service call but he scheduled another technician to return this week for a free follow-up to make sure the small correction worked. Highly recommended.

This company was very professional. The project went smoothly and was well- managed with no issues to delay progress. The entire staff was friendly, respectful and worked hard. Justin and Shane are very good managers of their teams and the project as a whole! We were happy an unpleasant and inconvenient project was run so well making the completion of work much easier to handle. The contractor JAC Inc. that did some of the project on behalf of ServPro did a fine job and their team was very friendly, hard-working and always on time. The moving company 1-800- Packouts did a great job also! Thank you so much for your professionalism and organization to complete our project!

Wasn't what I thought...they used a whip hose in in my flex duct...said my duct was soft..didn't take the grills of till I said something.. came up the stairs with hose and ladder at the same time not worried about banging my walls. Was not at all impressed. One vent slid back in the knee wall...fixed myself

I had some water damage restoration work completed in my basement. The work was completed, but not totally to what I asked/paid for. Instead of sealing the cleaned areas with a white coating of sealant, they used a clear coat product, leaving the area looking like nothing had been done. I had to go reseal the entire area myself, increasing my costs and time spent doing work I felt I had already paid for.
The company is reputable, and I would probably use them again, but would make sure that all the specifics were in writing to ensure satisfaction for the cost of the work requested.

Had SERVPRO of Suffolk come out for a dishwasher leak that had gone on for a while causing quite a bit of damage to my rental property. Their guys were out and had the situation under control within hours. Appreciate the timeliness and professionalism of your team.

We have used Servpro several times, and they were always on time, professional and courteous. They did two large jobs while we went on vacation. I had no problem trusting them to be in our house alone. We came back and everything was in place, including a large island and new flooring. Everything looked good as new. Special thanks to Justin, who was in charge of the projects. We could not be more pleased.

Servpro came out for a busted pipe and I can’t say enough about how professional and nice the guys were! They were there when they said they would be and kept us informed about everything. Thanks so much for all your help and a great job!

We had a pipe burst in our home. Once insurance was called we were told ServPro would be there within a 4 hour window. They were there in less than that. They immediately got started, wasting no time. We live in another state at the moment and they were very informative and helpful with us and our tenants. Definitely would recommend them should you need this service.

Had a busted pipe that flooded the house while we were in town, called Servpro and they were there in 1 hour with all the proper equipment to start the drying process and mitigate the damage. Justin Shomaker was my Field representative and did a awesome job working with insurance adjuster and over seeing contractor support that completed all the work on the house from top to bottom. All I had to do was pick colors and sign the insurance checks... it was one of the smoothest operations I've seen in a long time with respect to a disastrous situation. I would recommend having SERVPRO's number in your phone just in case.. Very impressed with their professionalism!! outstanding job!!!

I went online to set an appointment to check for a possible mold issue, and the follow up from Servpro of Suffolk/Smithfield/Franklin responded promptly, came quickly and could not have been more professional. I was left with the impression that this is a very honest, competent company, which is not always the case in this industry. Highly Recommended
