After a second water disaster in my house in less than a month, I called Servpro out because I knew I could rely on their prompt response. I was literally crying most of the time they were here for the initial service set up. Cole, Ethan and Sergio were all kind, professional and diligent in pulling out the damage, setting up equipment and informing me of what it was looking like. Thank you, Servpro for helping out with the first step of drying out 3 rooms so I can start putting my home back together.

On Sunday, 6/1/25, I left the bathroom sink water running and it overflowed onto the floor and down the hall to the bedroom carpet. I immediately thought I should call "ServPro" for help. Thankfully, you are on call 7 days a week and Chris came and was so nice! He had the fans and dehumidifier brought over and a section of the carpet pad was removed. Everyone involved in this water remediation was so professional and courteous (Brittany, Sergio, Cassie, Chris and the others). Thank you!

I greatly appreciate Servpro of Greater St Augustine for providing two young specialists, so well prepared, to accomplish the water remediation tasks required to overcome the challenges of the water leak occurring
from the Condo unit above us.

From the moment they entered my condo they handled themselves as experienced specialists. They performed their work tasks as professionals. During the entire period of remediation, they kept the work environment as uncluttered as possible. They provided the work areas with a protective overlay to keep areas clean and contain the debris. They were able to accomplish this while detaching base boards, drilling the aeration/access holes along the floor board line, and spraying for any microbial growth. And yes, they did a fine job in carefully positioning all the fans, dehumidifying systems, power cords, water hoses, etc!

For only being in the USA for 1-1/2yrs, I congratulate “Sergio” for his surprisingly high level of English and ability of easily directing his assistants in performing their tasks. I was also, very impressed with the working habits and professionalism displayed by Sergio’s brother, “Gabriel”. It was very apparent that “Gabriel” displayed the same fine work ethics and professional abilities that his brother had the day before.

It was a pleasure to observe how well these two young men, relatively new to the USA, performed their tasks, while having selected the challenging work which ServPro has committed to perform.

They did an amazing job at fixing my bathroom after a bathroom leak. David and Diego were extremely professional and always making sure that I knew what was going on. Thank you for the amazing work you did.

Servpro responded to our call within 2 hours and quickly extracted water from our rugs, and set up 28 fans and 5 dehumidifiers. For 11 days the kept the drying process going. Today the mitigation phase ended and I couldn’t be more pleased with what they did.

I called ServPro to come to my home in April 2025 and it was a disaster. They flooded my home four days into the job and tried to say that the damage caused by their employees was original damage. Their employee did not document the flood or the damage, even after I called in to their supervisor Thomas. Needless to say they tried to say it was original damage. This is the most dishonest company/employee’s I’ve ever worked. Never again!!

Water leak from our fridge, we didn’t even know about. Servepro was quick to come out and help guide us in the steps needed since we also had mold. David and Andrii were absolutely amazing!! This company is not to be trusted as they use classic bait and switch tactics and they over charge for work that was not done. I was charged over $200 for HEPA filters that looked like that hadn’t been changed in YEARS. Strongly advise looking elsewhere for your mitigation needs.

Servpro has helped me and several of my clients over the years. David and his team has always been prompt and efficient. They communicate well and are very transparent throughout the process. In an emergency situation like a hurricane they have done whatever it takes to mitigate damages.

Hired SERVPRO to tread a small fire we had. Had nothing but outstanding experience with the location – they went above and beyond walking us through the process, worked directly with the insurance carrier to assist with the settlement of our claim and most importantly did an amazing job restoring our building.

We had water intrusion at our condo in Daytona Beach. SERVPRO were very responsive out of the vendors we called. There were out right away to give us and estimate, which ended up much lower than several other companies we had out. Everyone at SERVPRO were responsive, friendly, and courteous. They were also so very accommodating. Not to mention that this Is a family owned business. Supporting local business while getting great service! Highly recommend SERVPRO for any water intrusion or water damages you may be experiencing.

ServPro came to my house following Hurricane Milton to check my subfloor for moisture. While I am usually fortunate enough that water doesnt fill my house during major storms, It has seeped above the foundation into the subfloor in the past. Jensen, came to the house and professionally went through the affected space, patiently answering our questions, and giving us full explanations. In the end we were blessed that our house did not need mitigation.

It is such a relief to deal with honest and competent people during stressful times following a major storm in FL.I dealt with a different company after Ian and it was not as positive as our experience with the St Aug based ServPro. Thank you Jensen for helping us confirm what further action was needed.

Servpro has been prompt and efficient and most kind and empathetic helping us start on recovery from Hurricane Helene. Seth returns my calls quickly and answers all my questions. Chris and his crew are very hard workers but still take the time to answer questions. My brother said Servpro is the best and I’m glad I followed his advice

ServPro St. Augustine (Old City) sucks. Abruptly cancelled remediation/dry out services for water intrusion, because I DARED to ask for either a scope of services or an estimate when they demanded I personally guaranty the charges owed by another unit owner for INSURED water damage to my unit.... Came and picked up their equipment.... The contract edits (limiting my liability in a similar circumstance) were perfectly acceptable to them last year --but this year they were a nonstarter. SO I asked for information on what they anticipated for the cost of the dry-out part of the job. Apparently, one is not permitted to ASK questions about the scope or estimate of the job because instead of responding, they showed up and picked up the equipment.

Sorry folks, I am not in the habit of signing blank checks for unknown services..... especially when the last time (last year) your "service" was slow, unprofessional, and incompetent.

Boy, are the other impacted owners going to be surprised (and unhappy) when they realize that they personally guarantied an unlimited and undisclosed cost by signing your docu-sign contracts.

Bullies. Predatory business practice. If you have a light job then do it yourself. DO NOT CALL SERVPRO.

I called for emergency service on a Saturday because our washing machine flooded the 2nd floor. When I called I asked for an estimated cost and the dispatcher said “I cannot provide any prices. The technicians will have a better idea of cost when they get on-site.”

When the techs arrived they said I had a “very light job.” I asked if they could provide an estimate before they started work and they told me they had no ability to give an estimate. Despite this, I asked if they had a ballpark idea of the cost. The tech said “I think it’s about $70 per unit per day plus a $90 emergency service fee.” My last question before they started work was “will this be over $3000?” The tech laughed as he said “For this light of job it won’t even be close to that amount.” They proceeded to get to work and I only had equipment on-site for 3 of the 5 days they prescribed.

My final bill? $5500. After calling for an itemized bill and explaining that the tech said it wouldn’t be so expensive, they got the bill down to $3300. I’m furious. It makes no sense that of the 3 people I spoke with they couldn’t give me a reliable estimate.

I’ll never call them again.

These guys restored my dead grandmother‘s rug to nearly perfect. I thought there was no hope for it. It has been peed and pooped on about 50 to maybe even 1 million times there are no words in the human language they can describe how great of a job they did anything I would say would be fruitlessand pale in comparison to how good they really are, my dear sweet grandmother. Lily is smiling down from heaven right now.

The 3 guys that have been doing the work this week have been fantastic!! Very attentive to detail, keeping me informed and listened to my questions with complete answers to my satisfaction. Happy with them and Serv Pro.

The Servpro team arrived quickly, and on a holiday weekend. They were very knowledgeable and had us set up in no time. They communicated and kept us informed about what they were doing. They came back and checked in each day until the place was dry again. I appreciated having their mobile phone number to call, if needed. I would definitely recommend using Servpro. Of course, I hope I don't have the need in the future. :-)

SERPRO was at my house very quickly after I sustained water damage. Called Servepro today and Chris And Edwin were here within a half an hour. I had flooding in my living room and my master bedroom. They were excellent, very conscientious and polite. I could not have asked for two better service technicians.

Servpro technicians have been great! They work very hard, are thoughtful about your house, and are accommodating, professional, and respectful. It has been such a relief to work with such great service during a stressful time.

Chris and Donald not only showed up at the given time, but gave me a text half an hour before to let me know they were in route. They were very professional when explaining the process and chemicals used for the service. When they were finished I swear I thought they replaced the carpet instead of cleaning it because it came out so nice. Rec’d these guys ALL DAY. Not sure if they can be requested, but if they can be, do it!!!

If you are reading this, please look at any other company. DO NOT USE Servpro. They will price gouge you to the max! Any other company will be more inexpensive and hopefully easier to work with. Both my neighbor and I had water damage and I am self insured and my neighbor has insurance. My neighbors insurance would only pay a certain amount to Servpro so that is what they got. I asked them about this and Servpro offered a 10% discount to me, but I am literally losing thousands of dollars for what the insurance company may have only paid hundreds of dollars for. You would think they would be looking out for consumers and sticking it to the insurance companies, but it's the opposite, they don't care about their customers. Please learn from my bad experience and use any company other than Servpro.

Chris and Eric did a fantastic job. On time, described what needed to be done in easy to understand terms, professional in all aspects.

Chris and his crew were outstanding. They were friendly, good communication, cooperative, compassionate, and thorough. The crew was exceptional. Exceptional crews can only be held back by the management level above calling their shots. Servpro is fortunate to have employees like Chris, Edwin and Eric.

I recently used Servpro for fire restoration in our office and was very disappointed. They initially impressed us by responding quickly and arriving the next day to start the process. However, despite our urgent need to get back to work, they delayed the reconstruction phase by two days, waiting to send us the construction contract. This delay was due to their lack of available subcontractors. Their lack of communication and transparency was frustrating. I can only give them 1 star. If you need timely service, look elsewhere.

Serve Pro was called by my insurance company after a flood in my house. This happened at 2am. They were there by 11am and sucked water out of my carpets and installed fans 22 fans to help dry out the walls. They checked in every couple days to see how the fans were doing and stopped by to check personally using their meters on the walls to determine if there were dry. They were professional stayed in touch with me constantly. I had their cell phone numbers that I could reach them at any time. I would highly recommend them and their services and would call them again.

Responded quickly, took moisture measurements and placed equipment strategically. Kind and thorough. Explained process well. Very happy how we were treated.

While at Extra Space Storage today in Palm Coast, we observed 3 gentleman loading a Servpro truck next to us.
Eric, Romero and Trent were loading beautiful pieces of furniture into thier truck. They did a great job packing it for transport and took great care while loading it. It was nice to see a team be so cohesive and caring with someone else's items. In addition, they were very nice, professional and helpful. Great team!

Serve pro answered within their 60-90 min range. Brandon and Eric were super and immediately took action. In a few days we will see how we fared.

Romeo and Xavier were punctural, polite and answered all my questions and concerns.They worked efficiently, setup an containment barrier, removed the damage, installed fans to dry the area. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. They made sure we were satisfied with the work they did before leaving putting my mind at ease.

Brandon, Christian, Donald are exceptional in doing their required task. They keep us updated on the arrival time and exiting time every day. They were the unpacking team and cleaning team for all item that were stored in the Pods. They took very good care of our items while they were unpacking and cleaning and watched for any damaged items and reported it as requested. They are very respectful and well mannered while talking to us and each other. They handle our items as if it was there on items. Mr Kenny a program manager was great when he stopped by to see how things were progressing in this part of the project and I want to thank him for all his help. Thank y’all very much

Everyone at this company has been excellent! From Joey, the project manager to all the workers, especially Kent, Gil and Tammy, all were professional, polite and attentive to our concerns. Their attention to detail was impeccable! Even Jensen in the office staff was super polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this group to anyone!

The crew responded within 2 hours of my call and did an amazing job drying out my home. Mark communicated promptly & clearly & answered all my questions. Elias also was helpful. All the crew members were respectful & professional!

One extra star for responding very quickly to our initial call: Marc, Israel, and Christian from Servpro were at our facility within a couple hours of contacting them. Note: We only had ServPro remove the water but did not have them do the drying which we handled ourselves with portable dehumidifiers and fans.

Based on our $10K+ bill for 5 hours of three men in two small trucks with generators running commercial strength wet-vacs, be prepared to pay about $2,000 per hour for the water removal. I cannot comment on the cost of drying services. The bill was three times what we expected, but in our desperate hour of need we didn't think to drill them down on the cost. We assumed maybe three thousand dollars observing the work done so were a bit in shock to get the bill.

We've sent repeated questions via email regarding the bill to the following people at ServPro and no one has answered in 7 days now: Brittany, Kenny, Svetlana, David, Jensen, Joey, Tammy, and Marc. Not even a “we received your message”.

In summary, ServPro will respond quickly to your call and be on site to start water remediation. But as you sign many forms in a panic, realize you will pay a very high price. And once they've handed you the bill the customer service appears to completely stop there.

Jim, Elias, Chris and Gill were professional and explained each step of the process. They were comforting and appeared to care about my family and I.

Would like to give a big Thank You to the team at SERVPRO! Guys went above and beyond in assisting us with a long term water intrusion problem. We have had several companies attempt to resolve, we had our insurance company out - all was a waste, until we got the SERVPRO guys out. Everyone from production managers to office staff was super helpful throughout the process. They found the issue, suggested mitigation process, assisted us in getting our claim approved (which was originally declined by our insurance company), and remodeled our bathroom, as this SERVPRO location also offers reconstruction services. Can’t say enough good things about our experience with them…everyone went above and beyond and we definitely recommend SERVPRO for everyone in a similar situation, they clearly stand above the rest!

Professional and responsive team! They focus on putting the customer first and proactive communication. We’ve been involved in both water and fire claims with the team here and they’ve helped us take great care of the customer and put them at ease during stressful situations.

Servpro was as a God send miracle after a kitchen fire did a lot of damage in our beautiful home. They acted promptly and efficiently to bring all back to normal. The kitchen had to be totally re-done, walls painted, floors polished... The house is now rented and we are back in business. Thank you Servpro !

We called SERVPRO to clean up after our washer overflowed. Work included emptying washer tub, removal of baseboards, removal of carpet padding/carpet and drying out bottom of walls and floors. SERVPRO was prompt in coming to handle our emergency, but unfortunately, their work was below par. The main problem was that while removing the baseboards, they failed to protect the drywall from the pressure applied by the prybar. Since some of the drywall was damp/wet, this caused holes to be made in the drywall. This resulted in significant additional repairs being needed. When we showed the foreman the damage, he originally admitted that it was SERVPRO's fault and they would be responsible for fixing it. After nothing was done, however, I called SERVPRO and was told that it was not their responsibility - it gets fixed as part of the repair process. Repairing this unnecessary damage ended up costing more money.
SERVPRO does this for a living every day. They should be more skilled/careful at it.

This company did a fantastic job for a family with four children under 10 years old and the unfortunate situation of an upstairs plumbing leak. They came in the middle of night and saw the job through for four days until all moisture was remediated. Such professional caring is refreshing.

Cleaned out my sister's condo and did a fantastic job. Thorough, professional, on time. My thanks to Steve and the folks at ServPro.

My review was removed previously. I am a verified customer. Not a happy customer because they stole some of our goods. We had a house fire and needed remediation cleanup. We are missing a box of watches, a large rolling tool chest full of tools, many personal items. I definitely do not recommend this place. Difficult to get an answer and has not responded to this issue. Kenny was the lead. Did great at first then the team went down hill and stopped showing up. Dragged our job out more than 9 weeks and was told 2-3. Never cleaned our couches and actually put more fire soot on them with hand and feet prints. They actually brought dirty items with soot back into our home. Including dirty soot dishes. Terrible work and very untrustworthy. We are still trying to get the job finished and our items back.
