Right from my first phone call to ServPro, I was impressed with the assistance I received. Trent and Claire came out on Sunday night to get started mitigating the water. Throughout the process, they answered any questions I had and responded to any text in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

This company is the best commercial business I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with and at 75, I've dealt with a lot of companies. From day one, I knew we had the most competent hurricane recovery company. Joshua and Trent, left their families & homes in Minnesota to help out the victims in Florida following hurricane Milton. Our home ended up with water intrusion throughout our entire home. Joshua & Trent had to remove every floor in our home which is 1,800 Sq. Ft., which included wall to wall carpeting, beautiful hardwood floors and laminate. After that back breaking job, they brought in about 22 industrial fans & moisture removal machines. They came to our home everyday for at least a week or longer and continually checked the moisture levels. They did an outstanding job. They were honest, trustworthy, and had the work ethics I haven't seen in 25 years. They stayed in contact with us constantly and showed up promptly on time for every appointment. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs removal, recovery,etc., from storms,floods, fires, etc. If I could I'd give them 10 stars!

Sherrae and team did an excellent job for us after a faulty plumbing valve sprayed hot water into the bathroom for many days while we were away. The water had seeped under the floor tiles down the hall, into the bedroom, and into the kitchen. Servpro assessed and documented everything for our insurance claim and took care of the drying and demolition of floors and walls, then the replacement or resetting of all the bathroom fixtures, bedroom carpet, washer-dryer, water softener, water heater, new tile floors and new bedroom carpeting. Everything was handled with care and put back the way it was. What a relief to have such a caring, professional and efficient partner to work with on this. I would not hesitate to recommend or to work with them again.

The entire crew were so kind, did great work, and guided me through our house fire cleanup process and more. I would recommend them to anyone!!! They were incredible and I cannot thank them enough!!

On Christmas Day, we had a ton of rain in the area, and some of it found its way into our basement, causing a bunch of water damage to the Sheetrock, insulation, flooring. ServPro was out here THE NEXT DAY, removed all the damaged materials, and dried out the area fast with industrial fans. Josh and his crew then did a PHENOMENAL job on the restoration. They were incredibly thorough, had a crazy attention to detail, and they treated the project as if it was part of their own home. It's like it never even happened!
Everyone on the team was incredibly kind and helpful. 5 Stars all around, I would definitely give them a call again.

I made an epic mistake in my home and had to find a restoration company asap. I found ServPro of Sandstone and called for help. They were at my home within an hour of my initial cry for help !

Sherrae and Josh were wonderful to work with, even during the more stressful portions of the process when I needed a little bit of "talking me off the ledge". Sherrae was very knowledgeable of all that needed to be done, quoted, farmed out,etc. She PM'd the entire job beautifully. She has excellent people skills! She took care of all of the insurance processes directly with the insurance company for me so I had no worries there either. Josh and crew addressed any concerns I had on site and were very careful with home and belongings. They treat you as if you are great friends of theirs! - Thank you!
