I worked with ServPro in response to flooding in our building. Jose and Josh were prompt, thorough, explanatory, and professional throughout the process. The demolition and cleanup of the damaged areas of our facility were completed in one week, much quicker and painless compared to what I imagined. I highly recommend their services.

I would not hesitate one moment to highly recommend Josh and Darwin of San Marcos Servpro. They came to my house the same day called to begin cleanup process of ceiling collapse from water in attic from a/c. They arrived daily to check on drying progression sometimes having to cut out more ceiling and cleaning up insulation. They were always friendly, working quickly to get in and get out in a timely manner. They covered my furniture for protection. Again, these two men are friendly, professional and know their business. Top marks to them.

Adrian and Ernest (Erenest?), from ServPro San Marcos, came to mitigate water in the basement. They were polite and friendly, explained it all, and patiently answered all my questions in a way that helped me feel comfortable with them and the process….The equipment seems up to date and worked well…
I would ask for them again if needed, and knowing our basement, we will probably need it.

The Servpro team had excellent communication throughout the entire project. There were a few hiccups which is to be expected when dealing with remediation and restoration. When these were encountered the team listened to our concerns and took action quickly to address any issues. In addition, they were very friendly and helpful.

John Thompson and his crew took perfect care of removing cabinetry and then reinstalling everything including new sheetrock. When a pipe burst in our walls, four rooms received serious water damage. ServPro of San Marcos Remediation Services and Reconstruction Services came to our rescue--even moving all of our furniture back exactly where it belongs when all walls and flooring had been restored or replaced. We had an issue with a washer leak and it flooding the washroom and the spare bedroom next to it. Will was the inspector to come out and survey the damage. He was amazing. He was very understanding and helpful. My girlfriend was home by herself at the time, he was able to help us get what we needed quickly and make the process very easy. Thank you Will!!!!!

Jeric Flores came out this afternoon to assess the damage to our home after a broken pipe in our wall caused considerable damage to several rooms, including the master bedroom, bathroom and living room.
Needless to say, this kind of thing is not fun. In fact it is downright stressful! The people you deal with from the various companies (Insurance Agent, Pack Out , Demolition, Engineers, Plumbers, etc) play a very big part in your stress level at the end of the day.
Jeric Flores was nothing short of amazing! He showed professionalism and knowledge, yes, but his positive, friendly and outgoing attitude added to that to leave us confident that our home would be taken care of by people who really cared about making all of this as easy and hassle-free as possible. How can words really describe the feeling you get when the person who comes to your house relates to you and seems to emphasize with your situation, has an upbeat and positive attitude and they leave you feeling like it is all going to be just fine!
Since Servpro clearly hires excellent people, based on our visit today, we do highly recommend them to anyone seeking a restoration/construction company.
It is our hope that those in upper management at Servpro can see what an asset Jeric Flores is to their company and make sure he has a very long career at Servpro!

This SERVPRO oversaw the mitigation process after our house flood. The workers were all respectful of my property and seem to have packed it well. Josh S oversaw the work and he took time to explain things to me and do a walk through each day before they left. When I had to leave town and wasn't there for the final couple of days, Josh sent me some update photos and a short report message. He and his superior, Jose G, were quick to answer text messages, polite, and kind during our difficult circumstances. Jose did a final walk through with my husband and I today and again took time to talk with us.

The only thing I would improve is that the storage pods with our belongings are not navigable. They took photos and had barcodes for the boxes of belongings, but we cannot get to the boxes now that the storage pods are filled so we cannot retrieve anything.

They salvaged some of the items that were not damaged (countertops of sink cabinets, for instance). Our insurance adjuster said it looked like a great job and we think so, too.

ServPro workers had great customer service. They worked with us through some hiccups with my insurance company and did a great job with their installation of my floors.

We had a hose break under the kitchen sink while we were out for a several hours that flooded part of the kitchen, the dining room, the master bedroom, and master bath. A friend recommended ServePro so I called them. They were there within an hour. Will, the project manager, assessed the situation very quickly and professionally in accordance with insurance norms. They removed the baseboards and flooring in the affected areas. We had only been living in the brand new, custom home for a couple of weeks. They were sensitive to our pain to see it demo’s
The fans and dehumidifiers that they left behind dried out all the wall board areas over a long weekend. The fan noise was a bit of trouble, so I recommend not staying in your house if you have an option to go elsewhere, which we did not, because of a situation with our pets. The super polite young technician, Greg, was especially sensitive to my wife’s anxiety over drilling and cutting air holes into the custom kitchen cabinets. He called his boss for an alternative, and used his wetness meter to check them instead, which worked.
I am happy with the team of guys who worked on our disaster. They are all well trained, empathetic, customer focused, and polite. I highly recommend ServePro for your water catastrophe needs.

Servpro's water mitigation team was excellent! From the moment, Will came out for the initial evaluation through getting the water out of the house, the team was professional, prompt and kind. Chris and Will dud an excellent job. They came out immediately on Friday afternoon and stayed until things were in shape. They set up all the equipment to prevent mold and get things properly dried. Throughout demolition and clean up of the water damage, Chris and Carlos were careful to protect my home and respectful of our property. Always cheerful and polite. I would definitely recommend them.

I am currently using Servpro for a loss drew perry is assigned to my issue. I have found him to be first of all concerned and he carried that concern into being efficient and thoroughly explained process as well, and I felt he did an outstanding job in restoring my confidence in the fact the job would be well handled and he has to this point not failed to do an outstanding job. Erik his technician went above and beyond and fixed some things that had failed. Such as making sure my front door closed tightly. Other crews were wonderful did there job thoroughly and quickly. Travis was helpful explaining the problems and the solution made me feel from the start that I was in good hands.

I just wanted to share the Drew the technician that came to clean up the our filters but Drew and Eric along with Bubba was very friendly and neat I really appreciated the service they provided One Main was very pleased.

Met a representative for the initial inspection on the 4th of March for pricing a cleaning job for a ~1300 sqft house my ma just bought. While the representative was professional about the whole thing, the estimated job cost is easily overpriced. A ~1300 sqft home was priced at $1,700 minus walls and ceilings. Add those two to the package costs an additional $10,000! I don't think this business is for small, residential homes as that outrageous price tag sounds like it's more for a large commercial business.

Darrell and Will were great and highly recommended. I received recommendations/quotes from several water, restoration services and SERVPRO was by far the best, Especially if you’re making an insurance claim. They handled it all and didn’t take any chances.

A sink in our home was left running while we were out running errands and overflowed, leaving pretty significant water damage in the back half of the house.
