Matt Snyder, Project Manager at Servpro was absolutely phenomenal to work with! He explained and supervised the cleanup process after I had an electrical fire in my living room. Matt was honest, fair, sympathetic and very communicative! I honestly can’t say enough good things about the gentleman and the cleanup went smoothly! Five stars plus for Matt and his team of exceptional ladies! Btw, loved that it was women on the job!

Sadly, another project manager named Tim was going to deal with reconstruction but his demeanor and attitude were the opposite of Matt’s. That led me to look up Servpro reconstruction on BBB and yelp etc. not good at all!

Couldn’t recommend Servpro enough. This was my first time dealing with water damage, and Aaron guided me through everything in great detail and helped shed light on the path forward in terms of mitigation, repairs and even the administrative side of these types of issues. Additionally, Ben and his crew did about the most efficient and tidiest demo I’ve seen (had to hop on a work call for an an hour or two, and by the time I came back downstairs, the ceiling was removed and the debris already bagged up). These folks turns the absolute lemons of water damage into lemonade, so I’d definitely suggest Servpro if you’ve got water damage.

Very efficient and thorough. My mitigation and dwellings contractors, Nancy and Lenzy, were the absolute best and Lenzy walked me through the entire process. This was my first time having property damage and Servpro was an absolute blessing.

Katie and Anthony came today to complete a mitigation job. Smiling faces met me at the door along with their professionalism and quality of work. They answered my questions, reviewed the job to be completed, and got to work. Then Katie called me to inspect the completed job. My response was "Wow, what a difference!" This team along with this company has been everything I could ask for in response to an unexpected situation. I highly recommend ServPro and all of those who are part of their teams!

Water mitigation went fine but the bathroom rebuild was a horrible experience headed by a project leader who did not understand communication. He had no idea what was being done and showed that he did not care. Poor customer service and time between completing water removal and rebuild was way too long. No concern for customer.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this HVAC company. The service was terrible from start to finish. There was a complete lack of communication; they never returned my calls or updated me on the status of my service request. To make matters worse, the technician cancelled my ticket when I called him 3 min after I missed their call . I cannot recommend this company to anyone...
And to the owner. NO. I won't remove

The worst company I've ever dealt with thay are con artist they give you a quote because they got you between rock and a hard place say they stick it to you think of the insurance company is going to pay well I paid this myself it was 5,200 roughly they were here for a total of 2 hours drop off the equipment and picking up the equipment and that was it and we put all the equipment outside the driver driving a truck couldn't back up he didn't know how to drive these people are idiots and all they do is suck people's money from your insurance company and individuals the worst worst out of 50 years of doing business they're the worst company I've ever dealt with and I used to do over 400 million dollars with 1200 employees and I've never seen a company this bad

Overall, great service. I had a rebuilt kitchen. The installation was done within 3 weeks. The communication was superb until I received my bill. I was charged for additional cabinets, that was never discussed with me prior to the installation. Also I mentioned during my installation that the food disposal wasn't installed, and I was informed it was not included in the initial quote. When I reviewed my final bill, I realized I was charged for a food disposal that was never installed and also additional cabinets.

The communication seemed to be streamlined until the work was completed. I was firm prior to starting the project that I wanted the kitchen to be completed within my budget, which was communicated text and email. The contractor also sent me a thorough plan with A,,B and C, all within budget. So I was very disappointed that the bill was not as I expected. It took a lot of my time to get the bill corrected, with phone calls, emails, and texts, even when I submitted the proof that the billing was incorrect.

The craftsman was very good and I appreciate the finished work. Everything is working and looks stylish.

The mitigation team was responsive and prompt in competing their work. The construction lead is taking way too long to deliver the cost of the flooring. Meanwhile my 84 yr old stroke victim handicap Mother needs daily caregiving to deal with being in a small hotel room. That care of costing me $150 per day and that is NOT reimbursable by the insurance company.

This isn’t the business for contractors, seem like it had never been
It’s not where you set up many clients for restoration, when Buffy, doesn’t know what a customer is or who sends his office confirmed work orders be it from the insurance agency or the contractors.
That was a great display of “doing things differently, from one person to the next”displayed , at its finest.
Sunni, who also spelt her name out for me too, seems to think it’s her home and doesn’t understand being in a place of business has nothing to do with how she feels personally.
This place, and my experience gives better insight of who we send business to and what they are about. You showed that well today.
I would’ve otherwise address this through your district manager, but why would I?
People should be careful in business, you show who you are and who you value.
Contractors send plenty of customers to local restoration companies and do plenty of work through the insurance companies.

Technicians arrived in the time frame given. Technicians were very personable and nice. Explained exactly what they would be doing. They vacuumed up everything for the most part. We did find some rags laying around that they forgot and also the cardboard coverings that they put over top of the vents when they took the vents down, were left here in various places throughout the house that we found. They did wash all the vents before they put them back up. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service.

A team of two ServPro professionals were at my house soon after that to begin the water mitigation work that afternoon/evening. I had water damage due to a storm and ServPro performed the "mitigation" or drying out process. They also removed the drywall/plaster and floors that were wet. The project manager (Matt) was responsive, professional and kind. He kept me informed with everything that was happening and overall they did a fantastic job. ServPro was to perform the repairs as well which would be a different team and project manager. I DO NOT recommend this department as the repair team project manager had not finished the estimate over a month after seeing the home and I had to switch to a different contractor due his lack of responsiveness and dismissive demeanor.

I had a water leak and a backwash fiasco in my crawl space. It's semi conditioned - has a layer of blue vinyl on floors and walls, but I was still concerned about the mess. I and another helper cleaned up for 2 days before Servpro came out, but I still wanted an inspection. The thecnician who came out was friendly, professional, and told me we had done such a good job - he wouldn't recommend doing anything more. THIS is the type of honesty and professionalism I look for in a company! Thank you Servpro!!!

Customer service was horrendous. I have water damage from the rains in mid-May and called the day the damage was done 5/17/2018. I was told (not surprisingly) that they would not be able to come out to estimate damages until the following week. I called repeatedly and was told Wednesday or Thursday someone would come out, no one showed up. I received a call asking if I still needed an estimator the day AFTER someone was supposed to show up, to which I responded "Yes- of course." At this point- I was told it would be a minimum of 2 MORE WEEKS before they would send someone out. The woman on the phone made absurd excuses about drive time and was just plain rude. This is unacceptable business, 3 weeks to get someone to my house for emergency water damage, just to get an estimate is absolutely pathetic and compounds the damage- potentially making my house a bio-hazard! How on Earth did this company build a name with such poor business acumen??
