Critter Authority

Recently we had an uninvited guess come into our training facility. A large black snake and even though they are not dangerous I am not a good person to be around snakes of any kind.
I called Critter Authority explaining this was a dog training facility and that classes were to be held. The young lady on the phone was very helpful and patient with me in getting all the information as our guess came out of hiding and was crossing the training floor. She contacted one of the technicians and got him to our facility with in a half hour.
In comes Joseph, a young polite and composed young man. He captured our guess and then proceeded to inspect the rest of the building from top to bottom to ensure our guess had not brought anymore friends.
He was Awesome!

Carl from critter authority is very professional.
I had groundhogs that were living in my neighbors backyard and coming to mine to
eat my flowers, vegetables and climbing my fruit trees to eat the fruits. They were such a nuisance for many years . I was able to catch and release the 4 offspring but the 2 adults are very intelligent and I could not trap them. Critter authority was able to capture the 2 adult groundhogs and remove them from my property.
Hopefully next growing season I will be rewarded the fruits of my labor.

Shout out to Critter Authority for freeing our vents of the remnants of the bird family that recently nested and had babies in the kids’ upstairs bathroom vent. This company was super responsive, informative, and punctual. The office girls were the sweetest and the bro combo of Tim and Carl were nothing but professional!!! We had the best experience with Critter Authority. We had a raccoon in our attic and Tim and Carl were fantastic. It took a lot of patience from both of them as well and my husband and I because our raccoon was difficult to catch but we finally got him. We learned so much in the process too as Tim and Carl are extremely knowledgeable about all things wildlife. We cannot thank you guys enough!!

We had a racoon in our attic, these guys came out, trapped it, repaired the area he came in through and sanitized the attic. These guys are awesome and do things the right way. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else if I had it happen again.

Honestly I had a very good experience with this company as I was having a bad experience with wildlife in my crawlspace. We thought that there was just a dead animal in our crawl causing a VERY nasty odor, but Critter Authority determined that there wasn't actually a dead animal, one had gotten into our crawl, messed up our insulation, urinated everywhere which caused this god-awful smell, and that there were entry points in a couple spots letting them in. Critter Authority responded immediately during business hours, got someone out there right away to look, then they got a crew in place the following morning to deoderize, rehang the insulation, and install metal in gaps allowing pest entry into the crawl. The smell difference was very obvious, still wasn't 100% better but much more liveable and the next morning it had improved even more. All the folks I talked with were very friendly and professional.

Tim W. arrived at the time they had told me and took the time to explain what he found, what it meant and the plan going forward. I have been very happy with my interactions with Critter Authority.

Matt was sent to investigate and treat our chipmunk and mice invasion. He has been attentive and has made sure to answer every text and phone call. He has come by as necessary to dispose of the captured critters. A1 service.

Tim and his brother did a great job on removing bats from our chimney. Last year, we spent weeks trying to get another company out here, only for them to no-show, forget to call us to reschedule... Critter Authority was easy to schedule with over the phone, gave us 3 hour windows for when to expect them, called when they were on the way, and always showed up on time. The only rescheduling was due to weather, and you can't blame a company for not going on the roof when it's raining! I hope to never need critters removed again. However, they would be my first call. Most reliable company for any home work we've had since moving here 3 yrs ago.

The people were very nice but it took my roofer to get up and all over the roof to find where the squirrels were getting in and I feel I was totally taken advantage of with the $2600 price tag. Unless you have that kind of money lying around (which I did not but was at their mercy) I would not recommend.

Greatly appreciate the quick response to my phone call for assistance with removing bird nest from exhaust fan vents. They provided an estimate the next day and came out to remove the nest and add guards to the vents to prevent any future intrusion from birds. Everyone I dealt with from administration, sales to the technician provided answers to questions and friendly service. Very appreciative of the service they provided in such a timely and quick manner.

I called Critter Authority about the birds in our dryer vents on a Saturday. On Monday I had a consultation and by Tuesday, Chris was removing the birds, disinfecting, and replacing the vent hoods and guard. He was quick, professional and answered all of my questions throughout the process. I would highly recommend Chris and the team at Critter Authority.

Critter Authority was able to remove squirrels from with my walls and ensure that they won't get in again for a long time. I strongly recommend Critter Authority and Summit Environmental Solutions. With a house in Arlington across from a park with a creek and storm drains and under many old trees, I have had continual issues with critters getting into the insulation in a crawl space as well as in the attic. I really liked the fact that this company has experts in handling these joint challenges. I worked primarily with Chris Hornberger who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in determining how best to mitigate the issues. He was always responsive and kept me informed about the different kinds of work being done. Several teams put in the insulation. This was not easy work. But they did a fabulous job. This will be the first time that I have used spray-in foam in the attic and in the crawl space. It has already made a big difference in the house being able to retain heat. There is nothing like warmth and a critter-free house thanks to Chris and the whole team!

Chris was an excellent technician! He came out to our house for an estimate for insulation under the house. He had tons of great information for us to consider. The company themselves were very fast at getting back to me and sending someone out for a free estimate. :)
