I can't speak for the service but for the unprofessionalism, I experienced with one of the drivers. A couple of teens were going 90 on the freeway, flashing their brights at me. When I let them pass, they were mouthing something as if they were trying to fight me?! The whole thing was a potentially dangerous situation. These are the kind of people you want representing your company?

I am not trying to be a Karen here. This is a fine example of a lack of integrity.

My mother was selling her rental house and found that they had some standing water under the house so she called out serve pro. Derek came out and was professional courteous and did not take advantage of her for being a senior citizen. he found that the only standing water was in the wheel well to enter under the house. he quickly took care of that. he was amazing this company should be recommended for the people they hire

Went to a class. Was informative as usual. Jose made the class interesting and involved the clients. The staff are knowledgeable and experienced.

HOLD OFF BEFORE YOU HIRE SERVPRO OF RENO SOUTHWEST, IT COULD COST YOU THOUSAND OF DOLLARS!! My deficient and inadequate estimate from Servpro of Reno Southwest was $1,050.00 MORE than Coit's. Additionally, I figured the amount I saved by going with Coint, just on the water portion of the incident, was in the neighborhood of $3,000.00 to $4,000.00. Coit followed the guidelines for this type of water leak. Coit put this indecent as a Category 3 event; which dramatically altered what the insurance would pay and what I would pay. The change was to my benefit and there was no finagling to achieve this, Coit simply went by the regulations or industry guidelines and standards. At one point I told my insurance adjuster that it really appeared that someone is getting a kickback for keeping your cost down, however, she assured me that no such inappropriate business practices were being used. I would not hire Servpro of Reno Southwest to mop up a coffee spill. In the end these people were never hired to do anything and I thank God for that. The amount of problems that resulted from their lack of concern and inattentiveness concerning the estimates and work to be done is nothing compared to the damage they probably would have done had I hired them to do the work. If I could have given them 1/10 of a star I would have.
