During an unthinkable tragedy, we needed help cleaning up a horrific area that we could not do ourselves. ServePro did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to others who are going through a time where you don’t want to have to worry about a biohazard clean up. Mandy and Tonya were kind to us through our loss and efficient in their work. Thank you to each member of the team I’ve spoken with and for taking care of us!

I am totally satisfied with servpro services. The gentleman they sent, Richard Fyfe had the best personality. He explained each and every procedure he conducted. He explained it so the costumer could understand what was going on. They are also prompt. I called on Wednesday and they came on Thursday. Will use servpro again if the need arises.

We contacted Servpro for an emergency burst pipe and they had a team here within an hour. While restoration was going on, we had an additional pipe burst in a different area and the team responded as soon as they were alerted. The team of Jacob, Ravin, Cameron and Ethan were here late making sure everything was cleaned up and the restoration process in the works. They communicated well and were very professional! Great job team! We definitely recommend you call them for your restoration needs!

After finding our basement flooded, I contacted Servpro and received quality customer service from the initial phone call through the final inspection. The entire staff is responsive and courteous. If I could leave NO STAR, I would!!! This company is nothing but a scam artist with no morals.
My parent's home burned. Initially, the staff was very caring about the situation, but eventually it all turned into a nightmare! They were paid $19,000 to clean and return any items that were deemed as salvageable. The items were returned but wrapped in plastic or bubble wrap. When the time came to unpack the items, nothing had been cleaned, EVERYTHING was covered in soot, ashes or sheetrock, furniture was missing legs or just broken up to the point of trash. The manager, Nat, refuses to give me any photos taken prior to the beginning of clean-up, as I believe that there are items that were "stolen". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Had them to do a job for me and later was informed by one of the other reps that the 1st half of the job should have only taken three days in which it took two weeks. They completely tore my house up but in the process of them tearing it up they assured me that everything would be replaced and to have no worries only for them to be paid and then pretty much go ghost on me when asking about repairs…Two weeks later get a call saying that it would be six months before they could get to the repairs…

Mandy, Jackie and Olivia did a deep cleaning job at our family home. They did a superb job! They truly made this house shine again! We are so grateful and thankful for their work ethic and professionalism.

ServPro showed up at my house on Christmas Day to evaluate the damage of a burst water pipe. They oversaw the remediation and then the reconstruction for us. They were there from the soggy beginning to the final negotiations with the insurance company. They communicated well with us over the months about next steps and obstacles. I can’t say enough good things about them or recommend them enough.

I just could not wait to boast about the service that my mom and i recieved from Serv-pro. My guy Austin is the best. So professional, so polite and ciurteous. Somebody has trained him well. Keep up the good work Austin.

I used ServPro this time for a vent cleaning at a rental property. Richard was very responsible with organizing when we could get it completed. The techs, Tias and Kalvin, were prompt, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend this branch.

I have utilized ServPro of Oxford for a few projects and have been impressed with the quality work I have received from them. Mandy and Jackie did a phenomenal job cleaning at the Ford Center here on campus and I would not hesitate to use their services again and would recommend them to anyone.

I regret to report that my experience with Servpro Oxford, MS was nothing short of a nightmare. I hoped for professional, reliable service in the wake of property damage, but was instead met with a litany of disappointments.

First and foremost, honesty and transparency are vital in the restoration business. Unfortunately, it seems these values were lacking during my interaction with Servpro Oxford, MS. I felt consistently misled about the progress and timeline of the work being carried out. This lack of transparency added an extra layer of stress to an already taxing situation.

The work performed was subpar at best, and, frankly, unprofessional at worst. This lack of quality indicates a careless attitude towards their duties. As clients, we trust restoration services to give us peace of mind and help restore normalcy. However, in this case, the quality of work not only undermined that trust but added more burdens. When it came to money, they were quick at it.

Furthermore, the project suffered from unreasonable delays. Delays in the restoration process can exacerbate the effects of the initial damage, potentially leading to more serious problems down the line. However, it seemed that this company was not concerned about this possibility.

Lastly, the overall attitude of the staff was far from satisfactory. It was disheartening to witness a lack of respect and care towards me as a customer, which in turn made the entire process more difficult.

In conclusion, Servpro Oxford, MS left much to be desired in terms of their service. I would advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering this company for their restoration needs. There are many other providers out there who might be more suitable in terms of quality, customer service, honesty, and pricing.

I don’t know if it’s possible to praise this business enough! We woke up to our upstairs and kitchen (downstairs) fully flooded. We called Servpro and they immediately deployed a team to our home to evaluate the damage. After evaluation, a team of four very professional workers were sent out. They removed the carpet, flooring and ceiling in the same day and deployed the drying and dehumidification equipment. This could have been a much bigger disaster had it not been for the quick and professional assistance of Servpro! I want to thank the owner (Steve Jones) and his entire team for their responsiveness and professionalism. I highly recommend Servpro of Oxford/Batesville/Clarksdale!

The crew at ServPro was awesome. They communicated well and were on time. They cleaned many chairs and sofas. The fabric looked better than it had in years! They really made the process easy for me to get a quote, schedule a time, and followed up after the service had been completed. Very happy!

If you are looking for a cleaning company that goes above and beyond and who does an excellent job, without hesitation I would recommend ServPro! When we contacted ServPro for an estimate they came, if not the same day, the day after and was extremely helpful and understanding of what our needs were. ServPro shampooed our carpets, cleaned lobby upholstery and addressed some mold remediation. I cannot sing their praises enough!!

Steve and his staff were amazing. The water leak/flood in our home destroyed our first floor. Servpro showed up the very first day and was with us through the entire process. Our insurance company was terrible, but Servpro consistently communicated with us and them and also responded to and answered questions that we had. We could not have done this without Servpro! I hope we never need them again, but if we do...I know we will be taken care of!

Ethan completed the water damage cleanup in my condominium in a very timely and professional manner. He was personal and engaged in conversation while at the same time performing his work. The manner in which he went about his work and the amount of time that it took it, it was very obvious to me that he knew exactly what he was doing and what had to be done. I was pleased with the service provided by ServPro. Every call I made to the company and/or its representatives, the call was promptly answered. Ethan was a pleasure to work with and ServPro did a good job with the water damage cleanup.

Ethan and Coleman did such a great job at my house. They took care of the problem in a timely fashion and they were very personable. I loved having them here to fix my mold issue, and I will use this business again in the future and recommend it to others.

Business was able to come out in a timely manner when I called with my problem. They were able to quickly extract the water and pull up the affected flooring. They then placed fans to dry out the floor. Someone was able to answer all my questions and they were even able to assist with acquiring replacement flooring

When I called it was just after a holiday and Crystal Parrish answered all my questions and had someone out right away. This was a vaccant rental house and we weren't even aware of what had happened. I talked with Crystal several times during this process and she was always so pleasent and helpful. Thanks for getting us going in such a timely mannar.

The entire staff at Servpro were friendly and professional. We had a terrible odor coming from under our house due to a stray animal and Servpro quickly responded to my call for in inspection and a solution of the problem. They showed up on time and we noticed a difference immediately after they began the deodorization of the crawl space. I will be happy to use them again if I have any other problems in the future.

We were concerned about covid exposure so we called to get the store disinfected. We contacted Crystal, she was very helpful in scheduling around the store hours.

Servpro of Oxford, Batesville, Clarksdale years ago was a great service company to use when one had a water, fire, or cleanup need. Due to management and covid, the service has become worse than subpar. There have been several instances where narcotics have been detected and found in service vehicles and management/ownership ignores all evidence. Because labor is so hard to come by, ownership/management allows bad behavior, known alcohol abuse while on the clock, as well as misuse of time. This business is not in the business of helping those in need anymore, the bottom line is all that matters. My home and belongings are important to me, therefore, I will not ever call for assistance from this company.

We had a fire on Jan 25th, 2021. Mandy and her crew have been absolutely amazing. Going through everything we went through, and having Mandy helping us along the way has helped ease our worries so much. Thank you Servpro for hiring Mandy and having her take such great care of us.

I had a water leak go unnoticed inside my house for a couple of days, and I called Servepro as soon as I noticed dampness and an odor. Servepro was prompt and informative. All of the employees were kind and gave a status report after each site visit. The equipment dried out the carpet, sheetrock, and insulation. I would highly recommend them in the Oxford area!
