We were billed for an entire room that only had water damage to a very small portion. Beds, dressers, couches, and desks that were heavy were not moved and cleaned under but we were billed for that also. We were also billed for steam cleaning that did not take place. I was ok with the team not moving the large furniture because it wasn't wet under all of them, but I did not know that we would still be billed for it. Since we were paying out of pocket instead of through an insurance company it is something my family and I will remember for a long time. We were told up front that billing would be based on the time they spent in our home, not based on square footage and it turns out that they bill for both and they err on the side of mansion and forever in both measurements. 8k for 3 hours of work.
Had a supply line in my bathroom on the second story go and flooded my kitchen and basement below and was absolutely devastated. Servepro showed up and alleviated alot of the stress I had built up after finding my kitchen ceiling caving in... would highly recommend them to anyone I know in a similar situation.
