SERVPRO of Lewiston / Auburn and SERVPRO of Oxford / South Paris

Servpro came out promptly in December after we called them. We called for a quote after not seeing it, was promised it’d be done within the week. We never got a quote from them for the soot damage in our home. Thankful that after messing around with Servpro and waiting for 3+weeks, ServiceMaster was able to come out the next day, get us a quote in 24 hours and get started on our $16,000 project immediately. We never saw a quote from Servpro which is unprofessional, unresponsive and not how business should be handled.

I’m so impressed with ServPro. Tanner K was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. They cleaned up the damage from our flood quickly and efficiently. The crew was prompt and did a fantastic job. This is a company you can trust to be honest and fair!

Showed up at scheduled time and day. Removed all water damaged areas. Crew was pleasant and professional (worked their a***s off). Did a ton of work in one day. Cleaned after they were done.
Thanks for all the help! I would recommend them in a heartbeat. BTW Service Master never returned my call.
