When we hired Level Up Construction, we thought we’d just get an average remodel—but what they delivered was legendary. When they started, our basement was a realm of nightmares: exposed beams, freezing concrete, and spiders so big they might’ve had mailing addresses or pursue world domination.

Then Level Up arrived. Like the heroes of folklore, their crew tackled the chaos with skill and precision. But what really set them apart was their dedication to professionalism. They were perfectly scheduled—showing up Monday through Friday like clockwork—and were incredibly courteous of noise, keeping disruptions to a minimum. Despite all the dust and debris a job like this entails, they kept the site impressively clean, respecting our home as if it were their own.

Throughout the process, they listened to every bit of input and correction my wife and I had, always eager to adjust or improve based on our vision. It felt less like a contractor-client relationship and more like working with a creative team who cared as much about the outcome as we did.

The results? They transformed the cold void of our basement into pure magic. The lighting they installed was flawless, illuminating walls painted a rich green and white that exudes warmth and sophistication. The carpet they laid down feels softer than clouds underfoot. And the bathroom? It’s a masterpiece: a vanity straight out of a luxury spa and a shower so incredible that I half-expect it to open a portal to paradise.

On New Years Day we had a water issue in our facility that flooded our fellowship hall, nursery, office, etc. Requiring total put down of new flooring in those areas as well as hallways, some painting, base trim. While on the remediation we decided to have Toby and his crew tackle a few more projects for us in our stairwell and bathrooms. To say these guys are professional is certainly the right description but it just doesn’t seem good enough… everyday I came to the office and our building was clean and taken care of as if it was there own. The team always showed great respect and tremendous work ethic. Without question I’d recommend the LEVELUP CREW for your construction and remodel needs. Hands down one of the best group of guys I’ve ever worked with!
