Imagine my surprise when I saw sewer water in my basement. I called SERVPRO and spoke to Ray. He made arrangements that day for Colin to come to the house, take pictures and calculate an estimate. This was Valentines Day and Colin delayed his plans for this visit, special thank you. The estimate was ready the next day, and Jayden made arrangements for the team of Connor and Alexander to clean up the mess. They were polite and would provide an occasional update. Would definitely contact SERVPRO again.

We wholeheartedly give Servpro a 5 out of 5 ranking. Getting us through the mitigation of all the water damage and then reconstruction of the basement, with sheet rocking, painting, putting up new trim and new doors, installation of carpet, resulted in a basement that is now more attractive and functional than it was before.
A special shoutout to Ashley and Jayden for always responding quickly to our questions, to Nick for staying on top of everything. The gentlemen that moved furniture out and back in were professional and SO kind and gracious. Adam stood out the most, working long days on carpentry, painting, and filling and painting the dings in the walls from moving furniture. Overall, we could not have asked for a better crew, all doing what they needed to do to create the finished job. We are extremely pleased with the results!

From my first contact when Randy came to do an inspection and give me options for the remediation of the smoke smell (due to a smoking oven) and the crew who carried out the ozone treatments, all were super professional, informative, prompt and accommodating . I would highly recommend Servpro for any of the services they provide.

Team Ray of ServPro conducted a mold test in my building. They were prompt, professional and courteous while doing the testing. The results sent in a very timely manner. Good company and easy to work with!

Kyle came in and did an awesome job explaining everything that needed to be done after our water heater flooded our basement. He worked side by side with our insurance adjustor so we didn't have to worry about that as well. He's team was outstanding! Conner and DaVince came in the next day and reviewed everything they were going to be doing with us. They even packed up all our stuff and hauled it up the flight of stairs for us. We didn't have to do a thing. They spent 12 hours here making sure everything was cut out and drying properly. They hauled all the wet drywall, doors and flooring out too. Our experience with Servpro was excellent and took the pressure off us in making sure everything was done properly. We Highly recommend them!

From experiencing an upstairs bathroom cracked toilet tank with a lot of flooding at 3am to blindly calling Servpro and being able to begin the process right there and then since Randy answered the call. I called the insurance company 24/7 call center to submit a claim and by 10am, Randy and two of his staff (Alexander & Giovanni) were at our house working to get the cleanup process underway immediately. Over the next few days, three more of his staff (John G., Connor, & Joe) were over to check on things and complete the first stage of the process.

That said, it has been an extremely professional and competant experience so far - I could not recommend Randy Ray Servpro with more conviction should you ever find your home in a similarly miserable sitatuion. Thank you. Tony Welch

Grace and Dave did an incredible job of cleaning up a terrible mess in our basement after the sewer line backed up. There was 5 inches of sewage in the basement, and when Grace and Dave where done you couldn’t tell anything had happened.

We were given ServePro’s number by our plumber after a water leak in our bathroom. Ashley R. assisted with getting someone out to look at the damage from this incident and 2 others from earlier this year involving water. Given we have an infant and there was worry about growth, Ashley R. and Ashley D. worked quickly to get Colin over to inspect everything. Within 2 days, Connor and his team were at our door ready to get to work. Gio, Jorge, and Connor worked all day to get our bathrooms, kitchen, dinning room, and basement opened up to begin assessing the damage. Connor and his team were great and very respectful about working around our baby’s nap schedule (starting with the basement so she could keep sleeping). Connor and his team kept me informed about what they were doing throughout the day. They moved our belongings carefully as they worked. Randy Ray was quick to schedule a time to come out and continue assessing the damage after everything was opened up. Nick, the senior construction manager, quickly arrived after Randy Ray to begin talking about the rebuild on, what feels like, our huge project. The communication with ServePro has been fantastic so far. They have been wonderful to work with. While this project feels overwhelming and scary, my anxiety has been significantly decreased as it’s clear ServePro is here to help us manage the insurance company and get our house back in order. I have appreciated everyone and the way we have been treated. It feels like they truly care about us. I definitely do not feel alone heading into this project and look forward to working with them in the coming months. I HIGHLY recommend this ServePro team!

I was very impressed with Servpro. We called and that afternoon we had someone here. David and his team immediately went to work ,checked everything over, ripped out the wet carpet from sewer water and got several fans going. Conner and his team came on Friday to check it over and were able to take the fans away and start tearing out some tile flooring. They sanitized and hauled everything out. They were very easy to work with, fun , knowledgeable. If they didn't know the answer they asked the boss Randy, who was also great to work with. They were as neat as could be considering the circumstances. We were impressed with all 3 team members and would highly recommend Servpro if you need water clean up. Thank you Servpro. !!

Randy and his team are the epitome of professionalism. They came out in the middle of a rain storm at 9pm to help me with my flooded downstairs. Our septic system backed up and left a mess in the basement. They were very prompt in replying to my request and have done very good quality work. I am confident that they have gotten everything cleaned and sanitized. They have kept me informed every step of the way. If I ever have a similar problem again I would not hesitate to call them.
