I cannot say enough good things about this company. We had pretty severe smoke damage from a furnace fire. Patrick from Servpro GP came to our house within one hour of us calling him the day after Christmas. He was so efficient, honest and communicative. The entire restoration process took about a month. He walked us through every step of the way. There was never a single time when we contacted him that he didn't get back with us within five minutes. It is honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced and even better since it was such a terrible thing to have to deal with for our family. The entire crew came every day - under Patrick's direction. They were considerate of us and our home. When we returned to start moving back in, the house was turn-key perfect. Better than before the fire. The sub-contractors Patrick used were timely, efficient and so courteous. A very bad situation was made tolerable because of Patrick and the entire Servpro GP crew. After waking up at 4:30 in the morning to a broken pipe and a flooded kitchen, I cannot say enough about the response and the quality of service I received from SERV PRO Grosse Pointe! Mentor was here at my home at 5 AM with vacuums, mops, and huge fans to get the drying out process started. Sadly, the water damage was so much that it resulted in a complete gut job and remodel of my kitchen. Patrick and his team came in and meticulously packed up
everything in my cabinets, including all of my crystal. They had amazing organizational skills, marking each shelf and each box so that it could be put back into place properly. Then Mentor expertly organized and handled all the other trades to come in to remove the appliances, the cabinets, the countertops and get everything into storage. They did this so efficiently that I was beyond impressed! They could not have been any nicer or more professional and truly put my mind at ease during such a devastating situation. We are still working on the renovation which should be done soon, and I will be having SERV PRO grosse Pointe come back to move me back in. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would!

My mother had water damage in her basement so I convinced her to get Servpro since my brother and I work. They came in and did an estimate. My mom put half down and they came out. They didn't remove some of the shoe molding, they cut the drywall, then mopped the floor without vacuuming the residue up. It was left dirty and nasty. So on my days off I had to go over to her house remove the shoe molding that they didn't touch, and remove items they left on the floor. I then had to sweep and mop her basement. They then called for the other half of the money. My mom told the receptionist that they didn't clean well at all. She then told my mom that they were not a cleaning company. So this whole thing is costing $2500 and they didn't mop it correctly. I saved all my pictures of the dirty swiffers and dirty buckets to show people what a waste they were.

Our home was badly damaged by a summer storm in 2023. The team from ServPro Grosse Pointe came out of day 1 to manage the damage and subsequently re-store our home. The team lead, Mentor, was fantastic! He calmly and thoroughly let us know the extent of the damages and what was needed to be mitigated followed by repaired. Our family is forever grateful!!!

They provide great service and are very prompt when we have emergencies with flood issues. Definitely recommend them for flood cleanup or carpet cleaning

Patrick Beckman and Paul Patrico did a great job cleaning up a destroyed covered boat well building at Lambrecht Marina after a suspected tornado hit on May 7. They came out the next day and had a crew onsite the following day. Our boaters were impressed that we got the debris cleaned up so quickly. Use these guys when you have a mess!

A few months ago I had flooding in my basement. I was glad that I called Servpro of Grosse Pointe. Mentor was very professional, and honest.

ServPro of GP, and its owner, Mentor, were very professional and straightforward on their estimate of the demolition project I had them do for me. The crew was very helpful and their manager Patrick, made sure that the project got done with very little inconvenience. The made sure that the tarp protected the rest of the house from dust and helped us with our small details. Mentor followed up by coming to the premises few times till the project got done. All around a great experience from everyone involved. Can't thank them enough for everything they did. Definitely on the top of my list for future projects.

We walked into a flooded kitchen and basement two weeks ago, and after filing our claim, we reached out to ServePro of Grosse Pointe after seeing how attentive and professional they were for work done at our home church a year ago. Patrick and his team arrived that next morning and immediately began helping to get our home dried and impacted materials broken down and removed. They were efficient, knowledgeable, respectful of our space and we had absolutely no issues with their service. Our home is now ready for rebuilding and I can’t thank Patrick and his team enough for their excellent quality work.

Kevin was helpful, attentive, informative, understanding and patient (to name a few). From making recommendations to listening to me vent his demeanor was always friendly and compassionate. He accommodated my requests and went above and beyond to work around office equipment and phones, allowing my staff and I to continue to serve our patients. Not a good choice to use this location. First time here was last Tuesday. Supervisor was Patrick Beckman. Terrible job, they actually left mud and dirt behind. Wednesday, a manager, Kevin came back with a helper. This time they actually cleaned. Now, still waiting for the photos they took to reach my insurance company. I'm not saying do not use Servpro, I am just suggesting a different location. Good luck!
