After our sump pump failed, both Randy and Kyle Crout from SERVPRO responded fast and handled everything with care and professionalism. Kyle's quick action and clear communication helped ease a stressful situation. He multitasked efficiently while keeping us informed every step of the way, and even followed up after the work was done to make sure we were taken care of. His friendly, calm approach made a tough time much easier. Highly recommend!

Truly phenomenal response from Kyle and His Team. Water line broke at water heater and flooded our commercial building upstairs and downstairs. They are doing the reconstruction, also, so we need to go to only 1 place, Servpro, and everything will be back to original.

I had a pipe burst due to failure of the furnace. Water coming out of the burst pipe went on for about 18 hours. There was quite a bit of damage to sheet rock walls in one of the bedrooms, in a basement storage area, and the bathroom. It was a fairly big project, but they did an excellent job and the communication flowed well. The entire process from start to finish wasn’twithout its hiccups, but the Servpro team responded every time to my concerns with efficienc and friendliness. I very much appreciate Servpro.

I recently discovered a dishwasher leak that had caused water damage over time. After consulting with my insurance company, I contacted SERVPRO of Mankato/Owatonna on a Saturday afternoon. Kyle, the project manager, and his team arrived within two hours, which I appreciated.

They worked efficiently to remove the damaged materials and isolated the area to protect my family from potential issues like airborne pathogens. Servpro did an excellent job on our basement, that had flood damage, they took care of everything from start to finish, very reliable, and top quality service, would highly recommend for anyone. Thank you to Linda, Logan and everyone on their team for a great job.

We had Servpro help us deal with an entire flooded basement due to a sump pump failure. They worked very hard and fast to tear out all of the pad and carpet, putting it in bags, and removing it from our basement. They removed wet baseboards as well. They set up 23 fans and two large dehumidifiers. They did all of this on the same day that we had the problem and we really appreciated their promptness and professionalism. We mostly worked with Kyle, one of the Servpro supervisors, and he was a true professional and gave us a lot of good advice and helped us manage throughout this ordeal. Without Servpro's prompt service, we would have had much more damage. Kyle is definitely as asset to this company and we appreciate him and his boss Randy.

The service I have received from Randy and his team is second to none. We were working through some water issues in my basement and he went out of his way to personally visit on a Friday evening and assess the situation to help me come up with a plan and give me closure with how to resolve my problems. After the heavy rain fall we had middle of April, My fiancé went to our basement to grab his golf clubs and was surprised to find 3-4 inches of water in our basement.
At 7:00 PM on a Saturday night, Randy and his crew came out to pump the water from our basement and start the drying process with no hesitation! It was a very smooth process and will definitely be calling Randy for any other water mitigation needs we have!
