From the second we called during a crisis and couldn’t think straight, till the final moment when the job was done wonderfully, we had a great experience. Not only did they fix the water damage, but we had them do the whole repair job and just couldn’t be happier. Great communication, skilled workers, and professionalism. Special shout out to my new BFF Mitch, who was outstanding. I highly recommmend.

Trevor and James helped us out with a recent water incident. They arrived on site promptly, assessed the situation, and had the drying equipment up and running in no time. After a couple days, all the water was gone and we were able to avoid much more costly repairs! Highly recommend Servpro of Elk River, Becker and Big Lake... they were very communicative and personable.

While the city was blowing out the sewer lines, our main level toilet backed up while we were at work. We called Servpro of Elk River/Becker/Big Lake and they were very knowledgeable and explained the entire process to us! They took out the wet materials and placed fans and dehumidifiers until it was dry. They worked with insurance and made the whole process smooth and easy! Highly recommend giving them a call for your water and fire issues!
