We had a huge water issue at my business and a quick phone call to SERVPRO & they were out in no time! They even did readings on the baseboards to make sure there wasn’t any spots that may mold! So thorough and incredibly professional! Thanks guys!!!!

Excellent company. They showed up quickly and set up the equipment to remove the water from our downstairs before it could soak up the walls or let mold/mildew set in. They came everyday to check the progress and reconfigure the fans and dehumidifiers. Everything was removed promptly and hauled away..Jordan kept me informed every step of the way and communicated with the adjuster to make the process seamless and easy for me. Very happy I called them!!

They didn't finish the job, are rude, don't call back, don't do the full work, are not worth it even if your insurance is paying.
We still have feces and toilet paper, not to mention things that needed to be thrown out because of sewage. They are not professional, will cut corners at every turn.
If I could say harsher words, I would.
THEY ALSO LIE. EXAMPLE BELOW. I NEVER GAVE THEM ANY POSITIVE ANYTHING.

We’re truly grateful for the work ServPro performed in our home. Our master bedroom suffered a decent amount of water damage and working with one company for the mitigation AND restoration was a HUGE plus.

Stephanie was very thorough in investigating what the god awful smell was coming in from my attic. Lo and behold, she unveiled a family of large rodents that had taken up residency in the hot box located above my home. Servpro was quick to clean and sanitize my attic and make sure I would never have to deal with possum corpses in my place of comfort ever again. 10/10 would recommend again.

Nick and his team were very responsive from the outset of my project when I discovered I had standing water under my kitchen sink which led to the discovery of black mold in the drywall and essentially, renovation of my kitchen. Nick was extremely patient throughout the entire process and explained the insurance process thoroughly. He worked with me to figure out my budget for some additional upgrades above what the insurance would cover. I am extremely satisfied with their services and would utilize them on another project.

I used Servpro of Eastern Lake County when my rental home was flooded and they were so easy to work with. With us living in a different state when it happened they stayed in communication the entire time and were fair priced.

After waking up to water damage stemming from a bad wax gasket around our upstairs toilet that went through two floors to the basement, SERVPRO fit us in their schedule same day and immediately began restoration. The staff is super friendly, highly trained, professional, and very knowledgeable about restoration. They were very prompt and on-time everyday when coming to check on status of humidifiers and fans. Had water in our basement due to a failed sump pump. We couldn't be more happy with the emergency services provided. The techs were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Just got passed by a Servpro truck in a 55mph construction zone and the driver was doing well over 90mph blowing black smoke all over the highway like the fella had something to prove and this is how you will get a bad name as a company license plate on the truck was TK755LBB seems the driver needs to be a passenger or needs to retake his license test

Servpro has helped us out in a pinch more than once, when it came to selling our house. They were able to come out fast and fix the issues without costing a ton! The entire staff has always been friendly and very helpful! I definitely recommend Servpro of Eastern Lake County!!

Would not recommend. Water heater leaked. They were called by insurance to clean and make better. Happened Dec. 15, 2018. Came, set up fans for few days, put holes in my walls and pulled up parts of carpet. Never came back to fix anything and never returned my phone calls. Left my house a mess.
