Showed up at my house looked at my RV came back the next week and fixed the window seal for a very reasonable price.

RD was the greatest help, emec call on Saturday rv was not working slides and leveling system, cam when he said found the problem and had us on the road.

We can't believe what good service we received from the Mobile RV Dr. The afternoon before our 4 week trip out east, our slide out completely stopped as we retracted it, it would not move no matter what we tried. After frantic calls to find help, he was able to make it to our house in Schererville within an hour. He fixed the issue, preformed some tutorials on possible future issues, while being being professional and friendly. Big recommend.

Awesome experience, fit us in between calls and spent the time needed to find and fix the AC issue! Showed me as the owner things I can do to keep the system working properly!

We pulled into Indiana Dunes State Park on a late Tuesday afternoon. We have one big slide on our Class C RV and it would not budge. We got the names of a few RV service places, and called Robert first. He was busy on a job and couldn't see us until Thursday. He did suggest trying a few things in the meantime. We were unable to get anyone else to look at it, so scheduled a visit from Robert on Thursday morning. He arrived at 8 am and diagnosed the problem. He did not have the parts to permanently fix it, but was able to give us a short-term repair that had our slide working again. He also helped us with a water pump issue. He took the time to explain everything and was exceptionally professional in every way. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend the Mobile RV Doctor. We were ready to leave on our trip and had a problem with our going outlet. The Mobile Rv Doctor was able to come out the same day we called and fixed our problem.

RD took care of our electrical issue quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I felt secure with his work and explanations. I would call on him again as well as recommend him.

We called way past work hours about a problem with our slide out. He took our call, while he was out of town, and talked us through the steps we needed to take to troubleshoot what we had going on!! I could not be happier than to have the good fortune of The RV Doctor taking my call. I was a cold day in Indiana and my heating unit failed me. I called the RV Doctor, left a message, and received a return call shortly thereafter. Although he was about to leave for the weekend to attend a family function he had compassion for my situation, delayed his departure, and came to help me. He spent more time on the project than he had to give, but refused to leave until the job was complete. While repairing my initial problem he discovered another and ordered the part. Some weeks later when the part arrived he completed that repair and now my rv and I are in great shape. I couldn't be happier or more thankful. In addition, I genuinely feel that I had the opportunity to meet one of the absolute nicest persons around, and for that I am grateful. Thanks doc!!!!!

repacked the wheel bearings on a grand design traveler for us. we scheduled the work, he came out to our house, was on time, and performed it as requested. very pleased and would recommend to others!

A true life saver, had a Slide issue on my 2017 Jayco Greyhawk. I didn't have the desire or the time to go to the dealer and have my rig sit for a month and a half. He was very prompt, and caring. He came out "DAYS" not weeks after contacting him. In my opinion he went beyond the call of duty to figure out what the problem was. My rig was working like new in just a few hours. I will keep his number with Me and will gladly recommend his service to anyone that's in need.

Called and he was at our location in an hour. Installed our toliet in our rv perfectly. Also gave us great advice on a couple of items on the rv that we weren’t sure about. Highly recommend and will definitely call him agsin!!

He came out to trouble shoot why my electric was shutting off when the motorhome was shut off. He came out and moved fast he made every minute count. He found the issue and explained what was wrong and explained how to resolve the issue if it ever happened again I would highly recommend him! I would definitely do business with him in the future.

Highly recommend him to anyone needing work on their camper or rv. I will be calling him for anything I can't do.

Great Service I was driving a trailer where the wheel studs broke and left me without a tire. Luckily I was driving a two axle trailer so I made my way to a Petro thinking maybe they could work on my trailer as I had to keep moving to WI. I Called around for a good couple hours trying to find someone to fix the wheel stud issue and found no one who could do it. That's where the Mobile RV Doctor came to the rescue. Not only did he fix my issue but he made it to where I was and brought extra supplies I had requested. It was an emergency call and I have to say that he fixed everything on-site and perfectly to get my trailer back rolling on. I would recommend him and anyone looking for an emergency or non emergency trailer repair. I had so many people turn me down on fixing my issue and if it had not been for the Mobile RV Doctor I don't think I would have made it to WI on time. I was really satisfied with the above and beyond service. Call him you will not be disappointed...

I would give this guy 10 stars if I could. He came when he said he would. He found parts that were nearly impossible to find. Two of the three visits, he came after hours. The work was done well. He is clean and friendly and obviously cares about his clients and doing a good job. He even taught us a couple things to help keep things from breaking. I can't say enough good about this company.

We called on Saturday afternoon because our stairs were stuck out and would not retract. He came out within an hour and diagnosed the problem - the motor. Since he didn't have one, he said he would order one and come back on Tuesday so we could leave on Wednesday. He called back with the part on Monday afternoon again came within the hour and had it fixed pronto.

We couldn't be happier with his honesty, promptness and courteousness.

Outta state, on the road in our diesel pusher and the next morning the three slides wouldn’t come in. Got a referral to call RD The Mobile RV Doctor out of Hebron. Quality. Says it all. Drove to the root cause then worked to see what would be a solid fix without doing more than was needed. Said he was available after lunch and showed as promised. Would call him again in a heartbeat. Frosting on the cake was a military discount when he saw I was a disabled Vet. We need more business people like this!

Came to NW Indiana for work...got to RV Park and noticed bedroom AC making strange noise. Called The Mobile RV Doctor...talked through issues and noise. He was pretty certain he knew what issue was. Promptly came out and checked AC. His first guess over phone was correct. Changed out motor fan. I would recommend The Mobile RV Doctor for issues you may have with your RV.

Excellent service. We had a head scratcher of a problem and RD figured out the problem. Took care of a couple other little issues for us while he was here. Went above and beyond. A true professional.

I called this morning with an AC problem. He said he could make it out tonight but gave a few suggestions as to how to fix it. One worked and was a real help. Extremely helpful and would not hesitate to call again any time.

The Mobile RV Dr. diagnosed and repaired the gas line (so we could use the stove and refrigerator again), plus fixed the wiring on the slide out so it worked and got the water pump working again. He was professional, and kind. Since we are renting the RV, He took the time to speak with the RV owner to explain everything, documented it, and his rates were good especially for on-site repair. He repaired what was necessary and was honest about what could wait. We could not be happier about his expertise and service and now we are salvaging vacation!! Thank you Mobile RV doctor!
