Oscar, Caesar, John came out to inspect and repair some storm damage on my roof, attic, and master bath. They did a great job and I have no complaints about the work. I would use ServPro again in the future.

In early November I came home to water pouring out of my bathroom following a leak and stopped drain overflow, I immediately called Reta at ServPro and they sent a crew out within three hours. Lawrence and his team dried everything and then the reconstruction team was so thorough and polite. In one of the most stressful moments of a homeowners life, ServPro eased our minds. I cannot recommend Reta, Lawrence, Oscar and their teams enough. If you have water damage and need help, call ServPro!

ServePro helped repair my garage ceiling after some water damage. They were responsive and remediated the damage quickly. Oscar and Jorge did a great job and were helpful from start to finish!

Oscar and Val were very understanding and helpful during the restoration work on our house. Whatever road blocks we had, we discussed with them and resolved it in a professional manner. Bathroom downstairs flooded and called Servpro and they were quick to respond. Very professional and cleaned up and dried out everything like it was brand new. Would highly recommend should something unfortunate like this happen to you.

I am the Director for SAFE, Services to Abused Families and we are a non profit, we had a water damage at our facility and called our rep Reta, they were on site within an hour and Lorenzo and his crew got us taken care of very quickly. Servpro is great, but they don't follow up with the client or the insurance company to continue the work that needs to be done. Or they call you asking do you still need the work done. You were contacted by insurance company to do work, so I don't think they would use multiple companies. They have done a great job so far, which consisted of completing the cleanup after the ceiling fell in my bedroom and pulling up carpet. That was a week ago. Waiting for carpet and ceiling to be replaced now. Guess I will end up contacting Servpro or insurance claims or both very soon.

Laurence and his crew worked very fast! I had wet carpet from flooding and they quickly removed the carpet and bad tiles! They have done an awesome job! I really appreciate their hard work and dedication!

I had water damage in my house that affected my ceiling, wall, and the entire living room floor. Servpro of Culpeper & Fauquier Counties came highly recommended to me, and I could not have been happier. Every person I dealt with from beginning to end was extremely polite, knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. They communicated with me throughout the process to let me know their timing, and what would be done each day, etc. I can't think of anything that I would say they could have done better.

This office of ServPro came through for me at a very difficult time. My grandmother died of COVID-19 on May 2 in the hospice section of her retirement community. She had, until 10 days earlier, lived in an independent living 2 bedroom apartment. The retirement home required that we have it professionally cleaned by a certified company. Given she spent 5 days in the apartment with COVID, I was very concerned about the virus given it was found 17 days later on cruise ships.

The crew actually arrived 20 minutes early while I was still trying to get through security (questions, temperature taking, etc). They called to tell me they arrived and where they were. Once at the apartment, they walked through the process. We discussed what needed to be removed in hazmat bags (my grandmother was diseased at that point), and how that would be handled.

Afterward, I did a walk through in full PPE (they wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied and that my grandmother's valuable antiques were safe. All three members of the team were professional, caring and respectful of my grandmother's apartment.

All ServPros are franchises and the quality of each is dependent on the employees and management. This ServPro is the the best on all counts. I would strongly recommend you use them verses any other in the area or any other company.

Russ Cram is a no nonsense guy. He knows the ins/outs of his field and can speak to it. In speaking with him you know, he knows what he’s talking about. I had several quotes - but my gut said Russ was who I should go with. The team was very professional, polite and more than eager to answer all my petty questions. When the job was completed, there was one area they needed to return to do (it was wet and we had to wait for it to dry) most would have procrastinated to come back. I texted Russ told him the area was dry, his person called me, set up the appointment and the team that came were again very professional and polite. Job well done. Couldn’t be more pleased.

On new year’s eve we had a failure in our sewer line causing a massive backup into the house. Our insurance company dispatched Servpro to assess the situation and perform the mitigation and clean up. The crew came in short order to start the process.

They were professional and helpful. We were given a summary of the process and Ammad helped us understand what needed to be done and when. They also understood what to expect from the insurance company. The job was complicated by the need to abate asbestos and they were well equipped to handle this. The work was done quickly and professionally.

We selected them to perform the reconstruction work because of our positive experience with the clean-up. The reconstruction work was completed professionally and exactly on the day they promised.

I would not hesitate to recommend Servpro.

THANK YOU SERVPRO of Culpeper & Fauquier Counties for your quick response and assistance!!! We came home at 2am from a trip to find our basement flooded - their wonderful crew came out to our house by noon the following day to start the restorative process.

I recently had this ServPro location come out and do some remediation in my house due to a slow water leak. They were very prompt in writing the estimate, arranging everything with my insurance, and getting the work done. I was very impressed with the professional quality of the work and having everything explained to me up front. The only area that I felt they lacked in was communication during the dry out period. I explained to them that my wife and I work full time and would need to know in advance if they needed access to the house. On multiple occasions I was called and asked if they could be there in the next hour or less to check how much longer the fans would need to run. I was also told multiple times that someone would call and schedule with either my wife or myself for these check ups. Over the course of about a week and a half, neither of us were called and we had to call to set up inspection times ourselves.

Overall I am pleased with the work that was completed but feel there should be better communication between the office and their front line employees, and between the office and their customers.

Promptness, efficiency, professionalism at it's best! We had water damage from a bursted pipe and our house got flooded in less than 1 h on a Saturday night! The Servro Team came fast, managed it all and we had our caspets dried and our floors restored in no time! Highly recommend them!
