It seems rather difficult to find a company and individuals that are respectful of your time, do not ghost you after initial communication and commitments, and provide exorbitant quotes.

We are very happy that we chose Allshire Building for our project. We wanted a bathroom addition in a tricky space that required rerouted as well as new plumbing, upgraded electrical, and reconfigured walls to go along with the usual tiling, painting and of course installation of the lighting and fixtures. Russ handled all the communications, permits and inspections; he also helped us envision the final layout. All the work was done with care and attention to detail. Allshire Building is a company of kind, hard working, honest people which as we know, is not always easy to find in the construction business. It is also not very easy to find a company that is interested in small to mid-size project in the Birmingham area which seems to be their specialty. We hired Allshire to renovate all of our bathrooms and kitchen and are extremely pleased with the quality of the work. We even visited a Kohler showroom together to select the shower fixtures and settle on a controller configuration.
