We had Mike and his crew transform our sunroom into a four seasons insulated room with new siding, walls, windows, flooring, HVAC unit, as well as a bumped out cathedral-style ceiling. Mike was great with communication throughout. Once they started they continued working until the job was done, with some time off only in order to source the right parts. Mike helped us save money by being willing to keep the existing roof, while many others we spoke with insisted on taking the whole thing down, starting new, and charging more for that. The crew was also helpful in making changes, like lowering windows and fixing molding to our specifications.

Looking for someone to do my porch, I was very reluctant, due me being scammed so many times by different contractors. Mike assured me that he would take on my job and complete it. We definitely had a great experience with Mike and his son and his whole crew. Great guys, showed up when they said they would, really did a great job throughout, cleaned everything up and didn't damage anything. They were beyond solid and professional and we're pretty picky. But we did our research and Mike gave us a really competitive price with a couple of options which is all we wanted. So I don't really know what else we could have asked for other than not having to pay for a new roof at all but since we did I'm glad we found Mike to do it. I woke up to a leak in my ceiling. I tried calling a few other companies, but they were booked up. Mike made time for me in his busy schedule to come by the same day. I originally reviewed over a year ago, but one of the tenants just notified me that the tub reglazing was severely pitted, (sent pics) done 1.5 yrs ago. Poor workmanship! Had another tenant contact me last week, two years ago, the plumbing that was supposed to be corrected was a mish mash hodgepodge and they used silicone on a copper pipe to stop the pipe from leaking instead of replacing the pipe. That slowly started leaking again, and when the ceiling fell in, it was discovered. Now we have much more expensive repair.

Installed basement bath with exhaust fan. Did not read instructions given for install by Rental Inspector. Gave bid that should be inclusive of permits. Bid accepted. Did not get permit prior to doing job. Tried to back charge double the cost to owner for permits and second inspection, after the fact. Is not licensed for electrical.
