SERVPRO of Beckley

After searching for contractors and getting the runaround we called ServPro of Beckley. I wish we had in the beginning. They are efficient and provided a detailed estimate. They have a good relationship with the insurance companies. They know what is expected by them. The workers were prompt and did a top notch job repairing our floors.

We had to use Servpro’s services recently and I would highly recommend them. The employees that showed up to our house were beyond professional. Also, the employee that was in charge of our issue was courteous, punctual, and kept us informed throughout every step. Servpro made sure our problem was quickly resolved and painless as possible. We were pleased with every aspect of this company.

I dropped 2 grand on these guys and they had to come back and go over what they done the first time because I was very disappointed in their work. I could be done a better job myself. I also wanted them to go back a third time because I'm still not happy but why bother, I took the loss, I don't want to be one of those customers. I don't recommend at all.

Great job in responding to our clients so quickly and for treating them so kindly . When our insurance clients have a claim it's a very stressful situation For them and to have it handled quickly and professionally is priority 1 and ServPro has certainly done a great job.

I called Servpro hours after my basement flooded due to a burst water pipe. I was told that Servpro was backed up with too many appointments and that I would be put on a "waiting list" for a call back in a few days. Servpro did not call me back, so I called them back, only to be told that there was no record of my original phone call. Once again, I was promised a call back in a couple of days. I received an automated email, but never any call. I called Servpro again and was told by a newly hired operator that I'd have a call back from a technician that day. There was never any call back. In the end, I had to do the water removal and mitigation myself with my own hired crew. Don't be fooled by the "24 hour service" slogan, that only refers to the operator who will answer your phone call 24 hours per day.
