Thank you Service Master for your help restoring our home from the water damage we had throughout the house. Aaron, Devin, Owen and other team members were on site within an hour. Disappointed!! Carpet cleaned May 18, 2021. Job scheduled early spring completed May 18th. Terrible cleaning job! Carpet left with streaks, dirty areas. We were hoping to get cleaning redone, but no luck with request, so much for satisfaction guarantee. Offers to spot clean only and told... it's your carpet, huh?Strange ServiceMaster cleaned carpet 2020, looked like it was brand new. Tried to to work them, but no results

We had our basement carpeting cleaned. Al did an excellent job. He was on time, very professional, and did the job quickly and efficiently. The carpet smells very nice. He removed stains that I didn't think could come clean. I will use ServiceMaster for my next cleaning. Very reasonably priced. We recommend them highly. Thank you Al for a job well done. Linda D.
