Had a washing machine disaster on a Saturday evening. They came and started immediately after calling, then spent most of Sunday through Wednesday tearing out damage and drying out water, then checked on the remaining drying for 3 days before taking away their machines. We are so grateful for the quick and complete effort to fix this mess.

This company responded very quickly and was very thorough with their work. They kept a open line of communication and helped us understand what was going on every step of the way. ServiceMaster always does an excellent job with my carpets. Between ten daycare kids and a puppy, you can imagine how bad my carpet can get. After SM is done, my carpet looks brand new! They're punctual, courteous, and very competitively priced.

We are extremely pleased with the air duct cleaning service performed by ServiceMaster Cleaning & Restoration by NEK this month. When we had new flooring installed in our Lake Sherwood home, the original first level tile flooring and concrete removal made quite the dusty mess and left a lot of concrete debris in our air ductwork. We used another company who did not have the equipment necessary to remove the concrete debris and clean the air ducts properly. We HIGHLY recommend ServiceMaster Cleaning & Restoration by NEK for their very thorough and professional service!

The team showed up the day after our fire. They guided us through the process and took care of all of the cleaning and tear out. They even worked directly with insurance.

Everyone at ServiceMaster was a pleasure to deal with. A family member's home had mold growing in the bathroom on the finished side of the ceiling drywall due to a roof leak. I called ServiceMaster and they came out within 48hrs to do an estimate. The following day I had a detailed estimate of work. I was honestly blown away at the level of detail in the estimate, which included detailed room measurements, and per sqft of drywall they intended to remove. Their techs arrived on time and made quick work removing the ceiling with mold, then cleaning and vacuuming the demo area spotless. All the office staff were easy to talk with and great communicators. Overall an amazing service experience! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help solving a mold problem.

ServiceMaster has been great to work with! They were quick, professional, and took extra care of our contents. They really made things so much easier on us during such a stressful and traumatic time. Julie especially was super helpful, and even helped in dealing with our difficult insurance adjuster.

Upon arrival the team made us comfortable by explaining how they would access the air duct system and clean each register and return. They walked me thru how they would clean the furnance and the system. Due to covid19, they wore face Mask and gloves. They cleaned every area they worked in.
I would recommend their service.

During the drying process I heard updates from ServiceMaster every day . I trusted them and I knew they were doing a good job. My construction company and insurance company also trusted their work and talked highly about the clean up that they did.

We were very pleased with the response time of service master in our time of need. We had a frozen pipe break and the water ran all day since we were away from the house and the damage was extensive and effected all 3 floors in our house. They were very Sympathetic towards our situation and worked very hard to help restore the "normal" to our lives. I can't say enough good about these guys. We needed help and they took very good care of us. I feel they went above and beyond the call of duty and would recommend them to anyone. I know they did a fantastic job but was confirmed by my general contractor that followed behind them and raved about what a good job they did!!!

We've used ServiceMaster for a water issue and air duct cleaning. Both times EXCELLENT service. Courteous staff and techs. And they were available to answer all our questions even ones we missed at the time of service.
