The house was sparkling clean when they were done and, more importantly, fully disinfected for my immunocompromised parents. Thank you for that peace of mind!

Dan Bishop was very helpful in getting our home restored after storm damage occurred. No project goes perfectly, but when issues arose, Dan was committed to getting the job done correctly. Consider ServiceMaster if you have an unfortunate event occur at your home, and be assured they will do their best to get your life back to normal!

We hired SM to move contents out of an attic. Initial estimate was fair so we hired them. On the day of the move SM sent three employees although the initial estimate was for four. Ended up not being a problem. The three employees who came out had the job completed in less time than had been estimated for the four. All three were very polite and respectful. They worked hard were careful not to damage anything and cleaned up when they were done. The best part was that SM adjusted the bill to reflect the time actually spent instead of the initial estimate. That saved us over 30% off of what we expected. I would definitely hire them again.

We had a water pipe to the toilet break while we were away. Flooded the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. Water was pouring through the ceiling in the garage like a huge shower. Ruined everything in the garage it touched. Brown stained water. It was a nightmare to us. The Service Master Team came in and took control. They handled everything. We worked together to get our lives back. Great group to work with.

We are very satisfied with the work done by ServiceMaster especially Quinton. In a stressful situation he was competent, skilled , reliable and pleasant to interact with. He was very respectful of our specific needs.

I want to compliment Chris, Sylvester, Will, and Sean on the excellent job they did removing the water damaged laminate flooring in my basement.
I have a built in book case and I had left the laminate flooring under it when I built it. Chris and Will were very patient and allowed me to work with them to surgically open the base of the built in to pull the flooring from under it, rather than tearing the book case out.
All of the Service Master team were very polite, fast and clean.
I was impressed with the tools and test equipment that were used to test and dry my basement.
I picked Service Master without a recommendation to do my emergency clean up and it proved to be a good choice. I will definitely recommend Service Master to anyone that has an emergency.
This company was fast, responsive, and they worked directly with my insurance company.

John Sandor & Daryl Butler were very professional. We had a hard time communicating with the actual workers, we do not speak Spanish & usually only 1 of the crew understood English. Keith was very respectful and informative during the water damage mitigation process. Joe was extremely thorough in evaluating an estimate, and brought with him years of experience; he was easy to work with, and found hidden damage that no one else had yet noticed.

There was a water pipe break a few weeks ago on my street, the day before the frigid cold weather started, and it flooded my garage, laundry room, and lower level basement. A wet, muddy mess was what I had to deal with. I called ServiceMaster n they couldn’t have been more helpful and reassuring about getting my home cleaned up. Brian Urey was my initial contact and he was great.
A dumpster was in my driveway Tuesday and the cleanup began. Keep in mind the temperatures were in the single digits and the mud had dried and was like concrete.
Don Gould and his crew worked in those frigid conditions and had the cleanup done and in a few days. They were there promptly in the morning and were very professional and responsive to my needs as well as my never ending questions.

When disaster strikes…. You want someone who makes things better all around. ServiceMaster made things better for me! I had water intrusion and damage from a water main break. SM arrived in under 2 hours and got right to work…and they kept coming back until the job was done and done well. Every employee I interacted with was as pleasant, knowledgeable and positive. Every single one of them made me feel so much better about my circumstances and assured me it would all be ok. They did a tremendous job getting everything cleaned up. Jim especially took time to talk me through things and explain each step - as well as make sure I was ok. He in particular was a bright spot in a big mess! Thank you so much!

Following up - I was so happy with ServiceMaster’s remediation that I chose them to do the repair works as well. I was able to customize what I wanted and add some additional work to the scope. Price was reasonable, work was done quickly and neatly. Staff was incredibly professional and polite! I would have them back for future projects and highly recommend!

Service Master did a phenomenal job fixing our home after a burst pipe partially flooded 3 floors. From the drying process through home repair, the communication was excellent. We did have a couple of hiccups with contractors, but our concerns were immediately addressed and corrected. We are very satisfied with the quality of work that was done. Strongly recommend!

We had ServiceMaster do the reconstruction after our water leak. Darryl laid out a rebuild plan that addressed our concerns and he got the insurance money to cover the restoration. John is someone you can trust to get the job done. He has extensive construction experience and he's got a great relationship with the subcontractors doing the reconstruction work. The various subcontractors and their teams (Nemy, Jason, Shawn, Kim and Junior) were friendly, easy to work with and answered all our questions.

Josh and his team did a fantastic job installing windows and a patio door! The products are great quality and they were installed perfectly! Thank you! I will definitely call again!

I recently worked with ServiceMaster Restore to remediate water damage from an upstairs bathroom that leaked into the living room ceiling/wall below.
Although my insurance company did not specifically recommend any companies, I was very glad to have found ServiceMaster who were very well versed at working through both the technical restoration process, as well as the logistics of working with my insurance company.
Brian Urey was my point of contact at the office who first responded to my call and did an excellent job explaining the restoration process and expectations. He was exceedingly polite and patient in every discussion we had (as were the rest of the employees I later encountered). I was very impressed that they were able to get a technician at my house the same day I called to start diagnosing the water damage and formulate a scope of work. They were available to start work the next business day. The software they use to generate the scopes of work gives a very detailed accounting of dozens of line items for the restoration, and not simply a rough estimate. I was able to see the exact figures they used to calculate the hourly and square footage costs.
Quentin was the lead technician I worked with most frequently throughout the process. He had extensive knowledge of the restoration process, and had an excellent demeanor and such a friendly attitude which was reassuring for such a stressful situation. The other team members Jeff, Shawn, and Andy, also did a fantastic job with the plaster removal, dust containment, sanitization, and dehumidification efforts. I was comfortable with them working in the house, and had no doubts that they were doing everything possible to be as efficient, thorough, and clean as possible. They take a very detailed accounting of the process with detailed moisture measurements and photographic evidence. I was very pleased with the results, and am confident that the area is disinfected and below the moisture thresholds for future issues.
It is very apparent that ServiceMaster places great emphasis on customer service with all of their employees, as each member of the team that I interacted with was extremely polite and respectful with my family, time, and property. They were prompt and courteous with notifying me of their estimated arrival time. They took great care to ensure that they were as minimally disruptive as possible, but kept me informed throughout the entire process.
In short, they did everything I could have hoped to ensure I was a happy and satisfied customer.

The crews were very nice and knew their trades. I really can’t complain about the quality and speed with which they completed each portion of the restoration. I would use their services again.

I had a plumbing catastrophe and had to have my floors torn up, subfloors sanitized, and basement cleaned up and sanitized. They did an amazing job.

Our experience with ServiceMaster was great! They were professional, quick and overall kind people. They kept everything black and white and really worked with us to get us the best price for the highest quality material. John, Logan and Darrel were all great to work with and we would recommend them to anyone! They redid our flooring in our basement and added molding around the trim as well as boxing in som unsightly steel poles in the middle of the space.

Once I identified my plight with a three day leak from my hot water heater, I first thought of a replacement for the tank then of Servicemaster. I’d witnessed their work in several instances.
The response was immediate, the remediation was spontaneous. My first contact relieved any anxiety. I pretty much left things in their hands.
I was fortunate to be working with highly experienced personnel who have previously worked with my insurance company; we all worked together to communicate all conditions surrounding the resolution.
The thoroughness and detail were exemplary in all the work. Guidance and corrective measures were explained in detail.
The performance by by several teams was well coordinated with minimal input or observations on my part.

I can't say enough good things about ServiceMaster of Greater Pittsburgh! They've helped me out on multiple occasions, including cleaning up after basement floods and most recently restoring my basement bathroom. The team worked seamlessly with my schedule, and they always made sure to clean up after they were finished.

I’m absolutely elated with how the bathroom turned out. I didn’t expect to care much since it’s just the basement, but they did such an incredible job that it looks fantastic down there! A special shout-out to Ron Cotyk, the project coordinator, who really went above and beyond. He coordinated everything smoothly, working closely with a subcontractor and keeping me updated every step of the way. Ron even came back at the end of the project to ensure everything was perfect—he cleaned up and installed the last fixtures himself.

We had a fantastic experience across the board. Jerry and Dan were great to work with and they coordinated all the various contractors very well.

The team did a great job with my construction cleanup. They had to return again to get my facility ready to open its doors. Our home was partially flooded due to a bathtub leak and ServiceMaster was sent by our insurance company to help with the restoration. We were extremely fortunate to have them help with this very stressful situation. ServiceMaster employees Quentin and Jeff went above and beyond our expectations. Not only were they very knowledgeable about how to dry and fix everything, but they were extraordinarily considerate of us having a toddler (helped baby proof things) and allergies. The customer service was outstanding! Quinten in particular was excellent in thoroughly answering all of our questions and always provided us with updates. I HIGHLY recommend ServiceMaster!

We came home from a vacation to find water pouring out of our garage. An upstairs toilet tank overflowed into hall, the kitchen and the garage. We called ServiceMasters after talking w a neighbor. They came immediately, worked w our insurance company, and explained the cleanup every step of the way. I had a leak from my upstairs bathroom down into my powder room below. My insurance company sent out Service Master to do the remediation work from the water damage. After they finished that portion up, I continued with Service Master to complete the repairs I needed in the bathroom. The crews were very professional, very nice, and very clean. The guys were skilled and they were able to get the bathroom back up and operational in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Service Master to anyone needing restoration/repair work, or any other general work you have. They were top notch, and I was very pleased with the work and the completed job!

My home suffered a serious roof leak, damaging ceilings, walls, and flooring in the kitchen, dining room, and den. The ServiceMaster team came out to assess the damage and worked closely with my homeowner’s insurance company to address the required mitigation efforts to dry out the affected areas. They spent about two weeks on those efforts, until the moisture content was low enough to initiate restoration. Their team was always polite, sensitive to our needs, entirely professional in their demeanor, and truly effective in conducting their work. I would certainly choose to use them again, should the need arise, and would recommend them to anyone else encountering damage from a leaking roof.

Following the mitigation work, ServiceMaster had a team working on the house over the next 3 months to fully restore all surfaces and functions. This included replacing ceilings, walls, and floors. It also included reassembling the kitchen, which had been almost entirely disassembled during the mitigation work. Without any hesitation, I would note that to a person, the ServiceMaster crew performed above and beyond the contracted requirements. They worked in close coordination with the insurance company every step of the way.

As a direct result of ServiceMaster’s work, the house is now essentially in new condition, not only physically restored, but clean and bright. I would give them more than 5 stars if that was an option. .
