Mr. Cruse and his team came out on short notice to give us an estimate for replacing and installing gutters around our house. He was very knowledgeable about the work and even gave us some suggestions on things to look out for. The price was very affordable and we look forward to using him again in the future for all our gutters needs. His worker was very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Mr. Shawn Cruse is the consummate professional true and true. From the initial contact with him to the conclusion of the job, he was exceptional and I couldn't have been more glad I went with him for my gutter repair work.

I reached out to Shawn for a downspout issue. Prior to get getting in contact with Shawn, I reached out to about 7 other gutter professionals. I ultimately went with Shawn because he was the most responsive. In fact, he was able to show up to my place on the same day to assess my situation and provide a quote.

I reached out to him on Friday evening and the job was completed Monday. I felt the price was in-line with what I wanted to pay for the level of effort. Shawn and is colleague showed up at the stated time, completed the job, and clean-up thereafter.

Throughout the whole process, Shawn was always professional and courteous. Most importantly, he demonstrated exceptional knowledge and understanding of gutters in general. Lastly, the quality of the work he performed was just as impressive as all other aspects of working with him.

I have only reviewed a couple of businesses before, but Shawn Cruse and his business Cruse Gutter & Repair deserve to be known by others wanting quality service at a very affordable price. Shawn replaced all the gutters on my house, installed leaf guards on the front gutters and repaired some of rotten wood. He was arrived exactly when he said he would, he worked quickly and the work was professional. He is detailed oriented and obviously takes great pride in the quality of his work. His crew cleaned everything up and he walked me through the project at the end to ensure I was satisfied. As you may be able to see in the photos, the house was not painted until after the gutters were installed. The painters bent the new gutters in one spot. Shawn came by the house, fixed the bent gutter and would not let me pay him for the repair or his time. Cruse Gutter & Repair provides old fashioned high quality professional work at a cost that was less than three other quotes I had gotten. Obviously, you can tell I was very satisfied!
