Mike Smith, the owner of Service Complete, and his son came out to give us a quote on finishing our basement including a kitchen and bathroom. Mr. Smith stated that he would give us a quote for the project the following week. After a week we did a follow up phone call and he said it would be another week for a quote. Then a week after that, another follow up phone call and he said he didn't have the quote yet either. We asked if he had taken any other jobs during the time, and he said yes he had taken a lot of other jobs. He didn't need the stress of providing a quote for us. (I didn't know providing quotes was stressful!)
If you are looking for a company that will not follow up with a simple quote, use Service Complete. If you are looking for a company that will not do what they have promised, use Service Complete. If you are looking for someone that will not do the job, use Service Complete.
If you can't even provide a simple quote on time, can you trust them to actually do the work? I don't think so.
