Ask for Heath and Chino! We suffered substantial damage during Hurricane Helene in September 2024. A large pine tree fell on the house. We had to have 3/4 of our house repaired/replaced inside and out. Heath and his foreman Chino and his crew worked with us from start to finish. As in any construction there are delays and unforeseen circumstances, but they stepped up and made sure we were taken care of and were happy with the results. They were not satisfied until we were satisfied. Thank you to Heath, Chino and his crew for taking exceptionally good care of us.

Needed a solution for a leaky roof on an additional building on my property. From the first phone, to the salesman, to the workers that came out, everyone was super friendly and respectful. Hunter was my salesman and was very knowledgeable, honest, patient/understanding, and flexible throughout the entire process. I love that I was never pressured and that several options were discussed for a solution. The work was quick and efficient. The new roof looks great and hopefully will solve my issues. Anytime I see a 4 star review, I pass over immediately, because I rarely find an experience perfect, and sense most 5 star reviews are phony. But let me regress.
Last year, in the fall, after returning from a business trip to Wisconsin for a week, I noticed several neighbors next to me getting new roofs? My neighbor didn't mention anything out of the ordinary has happened while we were gone? Then , several weeks ago, Jared, with Jaco Company, showed up one Saturday and explained there has been a severe hail storm that passed through our neighborhood in September. After launching his drone, ha advised us that there was hail damage to our roof and would return on Monday for visual inspection....sand sure enough there was.
Jared and his team worked with our insurance company to get a replacement roof and gutters, after the insurance carrier originally denied gutter replacement. Their roofers had the old roof off, and new replacement roof installed the same day as to not disrupt our daily work schedule. After leaving, I noticed a shingle not laying flat on a "switchback" on the multi hip roof. The very next day, the roofing supervisor wa back to fix the shingle, and several we couldn't see on the back side of the house. Two weeks later, after working with our insurance adjuster, we had new, seamless, 5", matching color gutters and downspouts!
If I could, I would give Jayco 5.9 stars. The only issue was sometimes miscommunication...although Jared would return my calls within 24 hours.

COMMERICAL: Completed project without any business interruption. Replaced the entire roof, installed all new decking boards, completed the entire house one day, and scheduled gutter installation the next day. Also, completed exterior painting where needed to ensure nothing was left undone. 100% clean up all scheduled & completed on time.

I glad to see everyone happy with there experience with JACO. I on the other hand have not had any satisfaction. I’ve tried for months to get quotes on some work I needed. I received only a quote for the roof, and one for painting. I explained what we wanted to do with the esthetics other than just paint When I spoke with the representative about everything I’m needing a quote for, he either “misunderstood”, or will “need to look at measurements at his office and call me back”. He either never calls or calls to say he will call later. Never the least I still don’t have a quote. The last review he asked me to remove and he would take care of me. Well this one will stay, I’ll find another local contractor. I’m sure someone else would want this job worth several thousands of dollars.

I recently had a roof system installed on my three story townhome in Atlanta. I worked with Josh Southard, who provided exceptional service and ensured expert completion of the project from start to finish.

From the time I contacted Jaco, to roof install was approximately 1.5 weeks. I first meet with Josh at my home and he went over the quote (which happened to be the cheapest of three). He arrived at my home early and was very professional. It was at that time I decided I would contract with Jaco for my roofing needs. It wasn’t just the competitive quote, but his professionalism as well that led me to make the decision to select Jaco.

The install crew was professional and completed the job without issue. They not only cleaned up the area around my home, but both my neighbors as well to ensure no nails or debris in the area.

We contacted JACO when we had a leak appear on our kitchen ceiling. Hunter came to see us almost immediately. He attempted multiple times to work with our insurance company, but our claim was denied. He was willingly to continue to pursue the insurance claim withput compensation throughout the entire process. We decided that for our peace of mind to go the self pay route . We immediately were put on the next available date. Hunter assisted us in shingles selection without being pushy. The crew came today and worked like a well oiled machine. They were very professional in setting up and removing the current roof and putting on our new roof. They cleaned and put everything back in place. About mid March, I realized that my roof was leaking. I had two other companies to give me a quote. A few doors down, there were roofers working on a house. My husband went down to speak to them and was given Ben Wedges of Jaco Contractors phone number. We called him and within a couple days he came out and talked to us. March is a very busy time in Augusta because everyone is preparing for the Masters Golf Tournament! It’s almost impossible to get anyone to do anything repair wise, if you haven’t made arrangements early. To my surprise and delight in no time at all, I had a quote, a contract and Ben had his workers parked in front of my house with their equipment ready to repair my roof. Everything was professional. There was no mess and the job was done in no time. My husband and I are so satisfied that we’ve already gotten another quote for another job o be done in the future.

Although it's been a process due to insurance company this group will handle it all for you. Update after almost a year of dealing with the insurance my roof has been replaced. This company continued to work with the insurance company until it was handled correctly. Even more impressive was during this time my husband past away. Jaco sent me a condolence card. ❤️ Not very many companies would do that. The hurricane was devastating to alot of us but Jaco was right there to help and support in every way.

Great experience with David and Michael! They responded quickly to come out to provide a quote, once I approved the quote, they had supplies delivered a few days later and scheduled the work to be completed. Great communication and timely and quality work. Would definitely use them again!

Luke and the team did an outstanding job on our roof. Jaco Contracting is a great company to have your house re-roofed. Our Project manager was Heath Johnson. They are very professional and stand behind their work. I had my home shingled in November and in January we had an abnormal snow-icing event that resulted in a huge leak in my garage due to what they call ice-daming which almost never occurs in Griffin Georgia south of Atlanta. The leak caused part of the ceiling to fall in the garage. They not only came out and fixed the roof but fixed the water damage in the ceiling in my garage (new dry wall where needed and re-painting the entire ceiling). It is great to find a company that will stand behind their work and take care of you if something goes wrong.

Miguel Martinez was great. The same day I spotted a hole in my roof he was at my house in the afternoon investigating that was a Sunday. He walked me thru everything that needed to be done and had my roof fixed in a timely manner. After the repairs were complete he took pictures and explained everything that was done. I had Jessica Freeman come out from Jaco and give me a quote on a roof repair I needed done due to a leak I found inside. She was extremely thorough and found things that I didn’t realize were wrong and she sent me the pictures taken with a drone and explained everything in detail on what needed to be repaired and sent over the quote for me to review and had everything done within 3 days from the roof inspection to full repair. I would 100% recommend giving her a call for any roofing needs.

I called multiple companies but choose Jaco Contracting because they took the time to call me back, explained and answered all my questions, they came out and even met my insurance adjuster to see the damage, pointed out what they see, even what the adjuster didn't see which helped me get the repairs my house needed. Had a great experience with JACO and Kyle Boehm. They came recommended by a realtor friend who does a lot of work on homes. Kyle came out the same day I contacted him to check on a leak on our almost 20-yr old roof. He did an inspection for free and was honest that he couldn’t exactly guarantee what the problem was because the location was pretty inaccessible the way our attic was framed. He gave me some options and I decided to go with a new roof. He came out multiple evenings to discuss options with me (and my neighbors, who decided to replace their older roofs as well with Kyle), and within a week we were good to go.
