Luis is amazing! We had an issue with a roof that needed immediate attention to prevent leaking during monsoon season. Luis made time to take care of the problem the very same day I called. It wasn’t because they needed the work. They were swamped, but he made it happen. I was shocked and so very relieved. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From communication, to professionalism, to reasonable pricing, Serenity by Santiago is my go to for any type of housing repair or handyman services.

Luis and his team worked on my home for several months to completely remodel two bathrooms and renovate the laundry and living rooms. It was an adventure as during the process problems with sewer pipes were discovered that were a ticking time bomb. Luis was very communicative with me throughout the entire process. When the project ventures in to areas they don't cover themselves like heavy plumbing or masonry, they have a network of other contractors that are just as great to work with.

Luis was great about listing to what we want, making suggestions, and ensuring that we were happy with the results, and didn't complain about us being active participants in the project. In the end we were very happy with the results.

Prior to Serenity I tried working with several other contractors. They all ghosted me after a couple phone calls or even after showing up and giving me initial quotes. I even had one start and abandon halfway through one small part of the project. This was never an issue with Luis. Though sometimes the crew would need to take a day or two off from my job to do some warranty work on their previous jobs. This gave me confidence to call Luis up when the inevitable crack or blemish showed up after things settled. They showed up and made it all right at no additional charge. They really care and I can't recommend them enough.

I hired Serenity by Santiago to replace all the exterior panels on the backside of my house, reroute some exterior plumbing and then paint the entire exterior of my home. The work was done to very high standards and completed on time. Luis does an excellent job of keeping clients informed; he returns phone calls; he and his crew consistently show up on time and display pride of workmanship in everything they do. Luis and his crew are a pleasure to work with. They are easily the tidiest construction crew I’ve ever encountered — at the end of every workday, all equipment was put away, power cords neatly coiled and stowed away, the entire work area left swept and clean. As a homeowner I certainly appreciated such respect for my property. I have since hired them again and have recommended Serenity by Santiago to friends and colleagues.

There is no one I trust more than Luis and his team. I have been working with Serenity by Santiago since 2021. They've done a bath and closet remodel, a new roof, painted my home exterior, and completed several smaller projects.
