Jerry was my technician for my annual termite inspection. He touched bases with me when he was on his way and gave me my options for inside and outside inspection. I expressed a concern I was having with a particular insect. He bagged and tagged said insect and sent it off for evaluation. He was very reassuring on the phone. He was efficient and communicated very well! I have been using them for several years and I do not have any complaints! I love that they do their job quickly and professionally.

They Honor everything they said they would. Do they have gotten rid of my roaches problem? And my routine problem? I've been very happy with our services for years. They are a good honest company to deal with. I think you all at century pest control very much.

Didn't knock on my door to let me know they were there. Took literally 2 minutes to spray and the next 5 mins they smoked a cigarette and chit chatted outside my home. Usually they knock have me sign but not this time. They were there before 8:00am and pulled out my yard at 8:04. Like I said the guy without the hat sprayed while the other stood there. Then when the guy finished spraying they sat there for couple mins smoke a cigarette left the bud in front of my house and drove off. So unprofessional. Should've never asked me to do a review. You guys should've done your job correctly. Hopefully, I'll get someone different that does their job right.

I had Sentry Pest Control come out to my house today to do a Flea spray under my Mobil Home. "Dillon" was the Technician, and he did a great job. He went over and beyond to ensure to help me with my flea issue.
I would highly recommend Sentry for all your pest needs, they are very Professional...and courteous and proficient.

The annual service provided this morning by Dillon was first rated. The gentleman was several minutes earlier (this is before 8am) and had pretty much completed his inspection by 8 am (appointment time). He was thorough, courteous, professional and engaged in all matters of the house under service. I am a very happy customer….

Every time I call Sentry Termite they arrive at the specified time and kill all the bugs I asked them to kill. They also do other stuff which is helpful to keep my home bug free. I have never had a reason to complain.

We moved from PA and Sentry has been so kind and knowledgeable! They have helped during inspections and now monthly. The techs are so thorough as they go around inside and outside the house. They always answer the phone during business hours. Young lady in the office is quite knowledgeable and very efficient. They do the job well and I’ve had no problems.

They gave me their card and asked me to call them if they could help me. I’ve been using their service since 2005. They treat their customers like family and go over and above to satisfy everyone. Also, as a real estate Broker, I have referred many of my customers to them and all feedback has been extremely positive. They practice honesty and integrity and follow the golden rule.

Sentry has serviced my house in Palatka since I bought it in 2019. I can't say enough good about this company. They have a dependable system for scheduling appointments and invoice follow up, respond quickly and thoughtfully with any questions and concerns, and go above and beyond when help is needed. Owner Adam Hemphill is very knowledgeable and stepped up during a recent difficult situation NOT of their making to help bring a smooth resolution. Kellie, Jennifer and other staff have been super. It's been a pleasure working with them all and I'm grateful to know they are taking care of business. (The only time we see insects is when we miss an appointment so we're committed!)

Both Ron and Jerry were very knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. Super amazing service and would recommend to anyone. Great price too.

For customer - Patsy called and said she doesn't know how to do the google review but Jerry is wonderful, always does a great job and she gives him 10's all across the board. She said she loves when he comes to do her service.

Our dog was contained in the back yard and technician left the gate open. Our dog escaped and ran down the road. I politely addressed this with a supervisor and was told there was nothing they could do about it. This seem very unreasonable since the gate should have never been left open by the technician. The lack of professionalism has been noted. We will not use Sentry for their unprofessional services in the future. We live on a busy road and this is very upsetting since the technician left me with a loose dog.

Our termite tenting experience was great! Our house is a 2 story with attached garage and the price was quite a bit lower than their competitors. Working with Adam, Theresa & Jennifer was a pleasure… never had trouble reaching anyone, all questions were always answered to my satisfaction and since I didn’t have a printer, they mailed the contract no problem. The team that did the tenting were prompt, professional and thorough. I highly recommend them!

After many years and dealing with many big branded companies we struggled. The technicians at Sentry cared and went above and beyond to get rid of the problem. We have been with them for years and my family enjoys a better quality of life because of them. I couldn't ever imagine them not in our lives and hope I never have to.

They are awesome!! I've used their services for about 5 months. During that time they've been back 3 extra times because something has dragged the bait boxes they put out around my yard. They are so kind and patient and they go above and beyond. Example-- I mentioned that I was having trouble loosening the oil filter on my riding lawn mower--they loosened it!!! Great people!!!
