We finally replaced two chimneys on our house due to years of neglect and are beyond happy with the finished product achieved by Seci Construction. They took the time to match my other brickwork, were there when they said they would be and came in on budget. My rep was on top of the project from start to finish. I recommend Seci Construction for any work to be done on your house. (and that’s coming from one picky customer!)

SECI did my roof in 2020 . Excellent work and no issues . I had a small leak issue in June 2025. When I called and spoke to Karen , she was friendly and addressed my concerns promptly. A few days later , my issue was resolved . Not only do they do a great installation but they stand by their warranty and that’s the Gold Star Standard !

Highly recommend this company!! Had them out to provide initial quote and that day they also put a temporary seal on a leak I was having from roof vent. They completely removed and installed all new plywood and shingles in one day!! From the project manager to every worker on site, I can't thank them enough for what they did for me and my house. Replacing a roof is a very daunting and pricey experience, but Seci Construction did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them.

We used SECI Construction, Edi, and Egli for our new roof and have nothing but good things to say about the entire process. They gave us a reasonable quote within hours of inspecting our roof. They took pictures of everything and explained, in detail, what work needed to be done and why. When an unexpected issue arose, they informed us immediately. They broke down the additional costs in layman’s terms so we could understand exactly why the extra work needed to be done. We would gladly use them for other projects on our home and will gladly recommend them to family and friends.

I’m writing this to warn homeowners about my extremely frustrating experience with SECI Construction.

We were originally quoted $11,000 to replace the roof on our modest ranch-style home. But once the project began, the company suddenly claimed to have found damage and jacked the price up to $70,000—with no written change order, no documentation, just a verbal explanation. To make it worse, they rushed us into a loan application through their financing partner, and the total cost of the loan would have been over $100,000 when interest and terms were factored in. That’s over six figures for a residential roof. Completely unacceptable.

After pushing back hard and facing the possibility of going to court, the CEO of SECI Construction eventually came out personally. Following a heated debate, we were able to negotiate the price down to $25,000. While still more than double the original quote, it was the only option we had short of legal action or walking away with a half-finished roof.

On top of that, while installing the roof on our garage, debris fell and damaged the garage door. They tried to fix it, but the repair was sloppy and didn’t actually resolve the issue. No proper replacement, no professional follow-up—just a poor attempt and a shrug.

The roof seems structurally sound so far, but the way this company does business is shady, manipulative, and borderline predatory. The financial practices, the pressure tactics, and the complete lack of transparency were exhausting and completely unnecessary.

If you’re considering SECI Construction, get everything in writing, don’t sign anything under pressure, and be prepared to fight for a fair deal. We’ll never use them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone without serious caution.

The company was great super fast. Egli was very informative, answered all my questions. Will definitely be hiring them in the future.

Seci installed our roof and two skylights. This required complete removal of the 100+ year tongue and groove nailed to the rafters as well as an aluminum subsurface over that. From quote to completion, Edi was trustworthy and helpful. He took me up on the roof, showed me the layers of old dilapidated roof that had to be removed, and explained everything clearly. Agli and the guys removed multiple dumpsters full of old roof and installed everything professionally. Being the crazy person I am, I went up on the roof after installation and couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. The shingles and flashing were perfect and the install was clean. After shopping around, I am happy I chose Seci and will likely use them again. Thanks guys.

Very professional and showed impressive attention to detail. Had an issue with the pricing after the roof was already torn off but Cobra and Rob was able to reach an amicable solution where both my husband and I and seci construction was satisfied. Egrys stayed and worked with the team from start to finish providing updates along the way. The weather and the negotiation process played a role in the length of time it took to complete the job, as the initial 4 days turned into 5. In the end we are very happy with the way our roof turned out as its an older roof. THANKS SECI CONSTRUCTION and special thanks to Egrys and the team that manned the job!

Work done in 1 day this company left no mess at the place cleaned after work , blow the yard, , dumpster remove a day later after work done use top materials , i am so happy with the project manager who's Cobra installation done in one day , i will recomennd this company to any one who wants to do replace/repair . My roof was done exactly as told by Andrew who was very knowledgeable, he brought to my house all parts and materials. I was sold, the roof installed is excellent and completed in 1 day.

Seci did an excellent job with my roof. They took care of the HOA application on their own and I barely had the get involved. They showed up on time. About 8 workers worked all day. They looked very skilled and were very efficient. They got it all done in one day. The roof looks as they had shown me in the pictures. They left it all very clean afterwards. They were very nice, attentive.

ALERT!!! BEWARE!!! Seci Construction did such a good job on my roof that people started knocking on my door asking who I used. They installed a beautiful 50 year roof on my home, worked with me throughout the entire process & even make sure I was fully satisfied with everything before leaving. I recently had Seci Construction to replace my roof and rear siding. I am very happy with my choice and the job was completed satisfactorily. The people I worked with (Mandi (sales), Egli (production) and Sami (office)) were all very nice and professional. Mandi provided a very reasonable quote and was very responsive to all questions and requests. Egli was on site during the whole time overseeing the project and ensured everything was done professionally. He also has some brilliant ideas to overcome some challenges during the process. The team they hired is also experienced and professional. I highly recommend them for roof and siding projects!

We Started having interior water damage on the ceiling. Seci Construction was quick to respond and came out the same day for an inspection. Last year I needed a new roof, they came out and gave me a quote, the sales-person Mike explained everything and the roof was done the following week and It was finished in one day.
Now the details...
Always do your research, the plywood on my roof was very bad and thats something you cant see until the shingles are removed but he did say there were some soft spots when he went on the roof so he we had quoted it per plywood board as needed I didnt think it would take 60 (4' x 8') planks for the entire roof but i decided to replace them all instead of just the bad ones so it increased the price significantly but that was my decision.
I must have called Mike like 30 times or so as I was dealing with an insurance claim and he got back to me promptly every single time, even after the job was done until I got paid back.
About a year after, I had a water leak and I called Mike, again he got back to me right away and put me in conact with Sami at the office who was very nice. They sent somebody within the same week, David who went on my roof and in my attic found the leak which was a vent pipe that wasnt part of the work they did, it was leaking from an elbow and he fixed it anyway.
I recommend Seci construction, they stand behind their work and they are very professional.

They came, they did the garage and house. In 2 years I found 3 nails. Perfect job, nice clean up and Adi was the maestro to get it done in a couple of days with ALL new wood. I'm still happy as a lark.
