Noam and his team have been amazing to work with. After getting so many giant and complicated quotes for our siding project, Noam was a breath of fresh air. He came in and gave us an honest assessment with ideas for how we can even save money. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! Once they started, he walked us through every stage and we couldn't be happier with the work.

We were expecting our second child during the build. Covid-related supply chain delays for ordering doors, windows, and materials. We got hit with a snowstorm. He had great input and helped us get an overall better result, making great suggestions along the way but also keeping things practical. We had our house resided, soffits replaced, and insulation updates. Everything was to our satisfaction or beyond. I worked with Noam to do an overhaul of the siding, trim, and gutters on my Ballard craftsman home. I am one of *those people* -- I'm very particular, know what I want, and have high standards. Noam and his team didn't stop work on the project until I was completely satisfied, including a number of very nit-picky items on the punch list.

Noam was also extremely helpful when a contractor I hired to do a roofing project threw an electrical issue at me that their referred electrician estimated would cost $9K to fix. I called Noam in a PANIC and he advised me that he thought I was being fleeced -- he connected me with his (very knowledgable) electrician who estimated the project at less than 1/3 the cost, including permits/inspection/reconnection/etc.

Noam is a man of his word, I'm glad to have worked with him.

We are so pleased with the work Noam and his team has done, replacing the siding of our house and 2x4’s that bordered our bathroom wall that had water damage. We were pressed for time and Noam and his team arrived earlier than scheduled and finished the work quicker than expected. Additionally, to help us save some money, Noam gave us tips on how to demo the bathroom ourselves (as we’re remodeling it due to the water damage) and his team hauled out all the demo garbage from our bathroom, including our bathtub. With some of the leftover siding, his team also identified other spots of our home’s siding that could use some repair, and they replaced those for no additional fee. Seattle Builds did high quality work, quickly, professionally, and with care. Noam always responded to our calls, and we always felt he had our concerns in mind. We will definitely call on Seattle Builds again for future needs!

This company is very professional, and on point!
We struggled finding the right company for our first big project , but I can tell you we felt such a good rapport with them that we chose them over the others even though they gave us a higher bid. Rest assure that the job was well done, they stud behind all deadlines and fixed and issues that arise.
