Throughout, his crew worked very diligently. They came shortly after 8am everyday and worked until 7-8pm. While we would have liked to sleep in on those days (haha...), we appreciated that they kept the project on track without our involvement. Eugene also set the expectation upfront. In addition, he sent us updates during the day so we could see how the project progressed.

One thing that we really liked was that they cleaned up well at the end of each day. This was especially important since we had to live in the house while it was being worked on. We didn't want a construction zone.

Eugene and his crew worked very well on this project. During the wind storm, a tree fell through our bathroom remodel project. Damaging 5 trusses. The old roofing was outdated and needed an upgrade. We needed a whole roof replacement and sheathing installation. We work together as unit, to demo the damaged roof, to rebuild the trusses and his crew reshingled everything! Everyone was professional, kind and hard working! The project was expected to take 7 days but was finished in 4 days. Pretty impressive! I’m a local property manager and I have been using Diamond Roofing for several years to do repairs and re-roofs. I recently needed their services to replace a composition roof and a detached garage torch down roof on a personal property of mine. I found Diamond roofing through google review and I hope my review here could save others some time finding the right contractor/company for their roofing project. Here is my story:

Shortly after contacting for a free quote, Eugene showed up and went through our project. Unlike other company’s salesman, he inspected around the house, and explained the process with professional opinions including potential saving points. Once the quote is out, he answered all my follow up questions, and revised the contract for multiple upgrades upon my request. All the communications are in-time and clear, the quote price is pretty good compare to other competitors, and I decided to sign the contract with Diamond roofing.

The work started on a Tuesday morning and completed by Saturday. Throughout the week, Rene and his team members always started work early in the morning. Unfortunately I have to stay at home during the project and hear the noises. But this also gets me the first-hand experience to share that I DID see the crew worked so hard and paid attention to the details; Rene was on site all the day and supervised team member’s work from time to time, and Eugene followed up with me for questions and shared tons of photos everyday.

A specific thing to call out is about our skylight. The original skylight is not the standard size and model. Eugene and Rene figured out a solution quickly and explained to us for approval. The solution requires additional wood frame to support the skylight. Rene painted the wood frame to match our dry wall. Check my photos, it is beautiful and looks like an original design. In the end, our skylight got upgraded to these fancy ones with remote controller, and my kid got very excited about it.

Once the project was completed, Eugene took a final check of the roof and reminded me multiple times that once the trash bin is removed from our driveway, I shall sweep the driveway again in case any nail was left.

I do not have the expertise to judge if the quality of their work is really good or not, only the time will tell. But for what I experienced so far, the team is professional with their on time work, rationale to pay attention to details, in time response, and clear communication. Our new roof looks beautiful and I would recommend Diamond roofing for others to get their premium service.

I work with Diamond Roofing over the years. I’ve never been disappointed. They really know what they are doing-anything roof. This is including specialty type of roof like mine (flat roof). Eugene the owner is very professional and he does train his crew very well. They start the job on time, well done, and cleans after well. If I could give them 6 stars, I would!

I contacted Eugene and Diamond Roofing to come out to take a look at a leaking, flat garage roof that had caused some interior damage. I had gotten a quote earlier in the same day from a different company, who told me that they weren't able to locate the exact source of the leak and recommended replacing the whole roof, which would cost ~$9,000.

Eugene was up on the roof for about 5 minutes, identified the problem as a completely clogged drain pipe (I'm a bit embarrassed), snapped some photos to show me, cleaned it out, and explained how it had caused water to get inside the garage.

He saved me from an unnecessary and wasteful $9k replacement roof, additional debt, and a lot of stress. That kind of honesty can be really hard to find, and is a stark contrast to the other bid I got that same morning.

The owner, Eugene K, did a great job explaining the options and promptly provided a very reasonably priced estimate. Eugene's crew began the work several days later and did an excellent job, finishing the project in 2.5 days. Eugene and his foreman checked in with us each day to update us on their progress. We are 100% satisfied with every aspect of the project!

I normally don't write reviews but was so pleased with Diamond's responsiveness and professionalism I felt compelled to. Eugene was quick to put an estimate together which was very competitive and they were able to fit in a fairly sizeable flat roof repair job on short notice. There was a lot of extra rot damage that was not initially discoverable and the cost for the extra work required was very reasonable. The job site was left spotless. I would definitely use them again.

Diamond Roofing is an awesome company to work with. I called and asked for a quote due to the reviews I read about the company. Eugene responded within a day and I got the quote within a couple of days. The estimate was right in the ballpark of others and lower then some.
My roof was old and I lost many shingles due to the bomb cyclone in November. I had hoped they could start soon. Sure enough Eugene was able to put me on the schedule for the following week.

I got 7 quotes over two weeks and decided to go with Diamond Roofing. My project had quotes ranging from $16,000 to $32,000, which really shows the huge spectrum of prices that will get thrown at you, and the range in quality. Their offer was best priced for the quality - provided the best shingle (Malarkey Legacy), and said that they can do any shingle I wanted, giving me quotes for other shingles such as the Northgate Certainteed upon my request, with no bias on their side. I added on new 6K gutters and downspouts, they removed an unused and ugly chimney at no extra cost to me, and kept me informed every step of the way. No hick-ups, top quality, and 15 year warranty.

I recently had roofing work done by Abel and Max, small torch down roofing. Eugene the estimator arrived on time to the appointment, later same day I received and estimate. We had a reviewed to the estimate, detailed and transparent estimate, and we got scheduled a week after.

Our HOA had a fantastic experience with Diamond Roofing! Diamond replaced multiple roofs in our community this past summer and the entire process was positive and seamless. Their pricing was highly competitive and fair and Eugene’s exceptional communication and responsiveness really set Diamond apart. I really enjoyed working with Eugene and his team on this project and would readily work with them again.

In addition to replacing multiple roofs, Diamond also replaced all of our gutter systems, vent caps, skylights, skyhooks, multiple fascia boards, and multiple soffits.

While here, Diamond discovered several builder errors that Diamond then remedied. The original builder had failed to install any flashing on the roofs or fascia; had improperly vented multiple ducts on one building; and had failed to install the proper venting structures throughout two of the buildings’ roofs (which caused mold). Diamond corrected all of these issues. For the latter, they collaborated with our mold remediation company to install the proper venting structure design to create proper airflow.

Eugene was on site almost daily to check in with his team and with me to make sure everything was going well. He was generous with his time and was happy to walk me through the elements of the work when I had questions. He sent me photo updates regularly of the work progress, which was awesome because I could then send those photos to update everyone. This was also great for transparency. We didn’t have to wonder what quality of work was being done, because we could see it.

Diamond’s bid was accurate and the project completed within budget and on time! Diamond was early or on time each day, and cleaned up at the close of each afternoon. Eugene maintained excellent, proactive communication throughout the project and was a fantastic person to work with. Our roofs and gutters look amazing! The other reviews are spot on. These guys re-roofed my house and did an awesome job, on schedule, and at very competitive price. And unlike some of the other companies that quoted us, they chose the best materials and approach for each aspect of the job. Communications from the owner were great from the start to the finish of the job, and we received photos daily of progress from the roof. Once the job was done, they left the property exactly as they found it. Overall, highly recommended.

Eugene did a tremendous job on our roof!! It wasn’t your typical reroof. His crew had to replace a lot of plywood and fix rotten roof joist. Most impressive is they did the job in less than a week !! I’ve been in construction for 30 years and have seen alot of good and bad. Diamond Roofing if definitely one of the good ones !!!!
