My technician Christopher was A+++ when he looked in my oven he knew right away what my issue was. Diagnosed and fixed right away.

The technician came out just as he said. He found the problem and fixed it right away. I think he was an excellent technician.

Very personable and adapt his work, did a firing job in a short time. Would love to have him back anytime that I have a problem.

It was scheduled for the 3rd of December but he was able to come today which made me very happy. He called this morning to tell me he'd be here in the afternoon and then he called me when he was about 30 minutes away. Very courteous. I was very pleased with the service. He's the five

Quick and knowledgeable. Matt was great. The scheduling was horrible. One appointment no one ever showed. The other was cancelled without explanation on a Saturday. Matt questioned whether they even work on Saturdays. Not Matt’s fault

Blake was very professional and knowledgeable during my service call. He got me up and running in record time. Blake took the time to show me how to change my bulbs also.

We are renters. We called and scheduled a service for our broken dishwasher to be looked at, per our landlord. It was hard to schedule a service, the first person I spoke to in the phone was pushy with their protection plans for kitchen appliances I told him several times I didn’t want because I don’t own them.

Moving on, turns out we needed a part for the dishwasher, making the total for everything ~$450. Our landlord instructed us to pay for it out of our rent, so we did. After sending him the invoice, he was unhappy with the price and told us to call and get a refund.

I called and navigated through their impossible automated system until I finally reached a human. She spoke broken English, where I believe the miscommunication happened. I told her I needed to cancel my upcoming service and the part order, and that we needed a refund. She tried to hang up on me and the call was very frustrating. She claimed she canceled it, and gave me an email to request a new invoice.

I noticed today that the charge went through instead of being refunded. I called again. MY SERVICE AND THE PART WERENT CANCELED.

Now, because the part is in transit, we have to wait for it to arrive and send it back with a tracking number before we can get refunded. I don’t know about you, but I sure don’t “got it like that” and $450 is a lot of money. That’s our rent, and we likely won’t see it back for weeks. I’m incredibly frustrated, and the woman I just spoke to on the phone again, could barely understand me. I hope it actually got canceled this time. I’m livid.

I wasn’t present when Chris got there but he treated my mother respectfully and kept me informed on his route to our home. Thank you Chris for your help.

The technician was very knowledgeable and honest. He was an excellent representative for Sears Home Repair and has my highest recommendation.

They was very clean and informative. He knew what he was doing, it was very hard to get to anyone to get anything done.

This service person who came out is very knowledgeable and professional and quite polite. Explains the problem so you can understand and then fixes it.

The 2 Sears technicians are very very professional, extremely helpful and now my dryer works. I am very happy and will insist on Sears technicians in the future!
