Doug Spooler dresses professionally with a suit & tie. When you call his office HE answers the phone! I had a problem getting roof coverage on my homeowners insurance. Doug got me fixed up, answering every question - he listens to you. He makes sure you understand what he says. He saved me money on Auto and Homeowner both. Yes, we switched to Farmers.

Doug is a hands-on agent and easily accessible. I appreciate his prompt and courteous service giving attention to all details.

I have been trying to tell this man that I switched agents for the last 4 months. He still sends me bills when I have a new agent and policy #. He went as far as starting collection action against me when I had a new policy with farmers for 2 months prior with a different agent. DO NOT USE THIS MAN. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

The person who is in the office is very patient and easy to talk to. He is easy to work with he explain things to you in terms that you can understand . He responds to text or missed phone calls right away when trying to reach him. And when you need him to mail you receipts or any type of paper work he gets right on it. He doesn't bug you about your payment even if you're a few days behind, because he know you'll come through. So I would recommend you guys to people who would be looking for insurance and I would let them know that Doug would be the guy to ask for.
