Tim Rosello and his team (A.J. and another excellent technician) replaced a built-in Sub-Zero side-by-side refrigerator-freezer with an updated model. Removing the old one proved to be a challenge, but they were up to it and found a way to do it without damaging the existing paneling. They installed the new unit, making adjustments for the space limitations, instructed us on its operation, and made certain that the kitchen looked good before they left. We are very pleased by the quality of their work and would use them again with confidence.
Terrible company---had a range delivery. First, asked appliance to call them day before to confirm time as energy company had to also be there for hook up. Seamless called at 6:15PM night before---after energy company working hours. They claimed they were never contacted. this was not true. Second Seamless brings in range, their tech breaks one of the burners when changing out the gas jets. Then upon inspection, range is damaged further with broken switches and dens ts. to obtain a replacement I now have a 3 month wait and an 18% higher product price?
On top of this, Seamless now wants 2 additional delivery fees! One to pick up the damaged item---one to deliver the new range (when ever that arrives)---a total of 3 delivery fees due to their own incompetence. Now that's a business model---mess things up and get 3Xs the fees! Avoid Seamless!
