I needed new windows and an Entry Door. I researched 3 or 4 window companies, and my wife happened to see a SEABERG CONSTRUCTION commercial on a local TV station. We gave them a call and arranged for an estimate. Jon arrived for the scheduled appointment exactly when he said he would. He was professional, courteous and above all, I could sense his integrity. The estimate we received was very much in line with what we expected to spend. The windows that Seaberg installed are PROVIA. I must say that the quality of these windows is outstanding! I really can't believe how easy the windows open and close! The door we choose was Therma-Tru. Again, the door estimate was what we had hoped for, and the quality of Therma-Tru is excellent. For all the Veterans out there, they even give you a Military Discount! On installation day, the crew arrived on time and ready to go. Dana and his crew were courteous and professional and ensured that they protected all of my hardwood floors before starting. I couldn't have asked for a better install crew! Top notch! Laura, the Office Manager, coordinated timely responses to any questions that I had. In all honesty, I am thrilled with the end result. I wholeheartedly recommend Seaberg Construction to anyone who is looking for an honest company, outstanding product quality and excellent customer service!

Our custom gutter replacement job went well, beginning with an onsite consultation determining scope of project, colors, etc. We received an official quote via email for service approval.

Once the weather permitted, we received a date for the work to be carried out. On that date, the company coordinated the crews to begin old gutter removal and new gutter installation. Job went well, clean and without any headaches.

Highly Recommend this company A++. From start to finish the project was stress free. We had rot and mold that needed to be replaced, along with the replacement of sliding doors, windows, and siding. This was not an easy job, but Seaberg made it look effortless. Dealt directly with the owner Adam, and their project manager was on site everyday. They kept us involved throughout the entire process. Would absolutely call them in the future. You will not be disappointed.

Seaberg was fantastic. They did a full roof replacement. They said they’d complete the job in one day, and that’s what they did. There was a crew of 10 people! They worked together as though they were performing a ballet. The cleaning up was meticulous. They had come recommended, so I hadn’t gotten other quotes. But several neighbors, with houses of the same size, had obtained quotes from various roofing companies, and Seaberg was in the same ballpark.

We had 5 companies come out and give us quotes on vinyl siding for our home, and i wanted some accent stone work as well. I can not say enough great things about this company. They worked with us to bring our vision to reality, and we couldn't be happier with the way it came out. Excellent continued communication throughout the entire process, answered every question we had, and worked around our schedule. They were also the most reasonable and realistic pricing. Never tried to sell us something that we didn't want or need. I know exactly who I'll be calling when we have any other projects. Just had a new Trex deck put on the house. Seaberg handled everything from permits, to demolishing the old deck, to building the new Trex deck. While there were a few bumps along the way, they were always on top of things and made sure it didn't affect the final result ---- A well built and good looking deck. Would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

I was going to give them a good review and overlook some issues until the last day of the job. So, first they didn't do part of the siding on my porch until I said something ( I think they hoped I wouldn't notice) . The electrician they hire to remove electricals from your house is awful. Finally, the last day of the job, they just left and none of my electricals were reattached, they put my downspouts back wrong and they wrapped my porch door and didn't bother to make sure it closed and didn't communicate when or if tge electrician was coming back to reattach my electricals or when their portajon was going to be picked up. They covered over a fan vent and I had to ask for a proper vent on it. They used good material and they did a nice job for the most part but the lack of communication and attention to detail at the end ruined my impression of them.

I had some siding repair done. I can't say enough about the phenomenal job that was done. They are promt and professional. The office staff is also exceptional.

Seaberg Construction replaced both my roof and siding which were damaged from the 18 August 2023 tornado. By word of mouth, I learned they were good. I dealt with Adam Seaberg and received a reasonable estimate for both projects. Materials were timely delivered. The separate crews and different Project Managers for both projects were fantastic! The crews in particular worked diligently with no issues. They started first thing in the morning with a short lunch break and continued until just before dusk. I cannot say enough about both crews. The roofing project removed the old and installed Certainteed shingles in one day! The siding project, also Certainteed product, was completed in 4 days, and included removing the old siding and substrate. I am fortunate that I chose Seaberg Construction but would be remiss if I did not mention Laura who is the Office Manager, very efficient and responsive to any and all questions. I recently hired Seaberg for a roof repair on an industrial vent fan, where the original sealant had failed and the rubber had dry-rotted. The initial consultation visit was very quick, within only several days of my original contact. We got set-back by inclimate weather but the job was finished as quickly as the weather permitted, with the office being responsive and easy to deal with. With the job finished, I'm happy to say that I haven't had a single drop of water come down into the building and I'm very satisfied with the work. I would highly reccomend Seaberg for any of your roofing needs, good people. Plus they have a doberman named Godzilla in the office, great guy!

After having both my roof and deck replaced, I can’t stop recommending Seaberg Construction to my friends and family. Even my dog loves them! I received their name from a family member so I did have an idea of the quality of work I would receive. Working with Adam, Jon, and Laura was easy and stress-free. They are responsive and accommodating to your needs and wants for your project. Like most homeowners, I did get multiple quotes. While those experiences were pleasant, the difference in level of professionalism was glaringly evident. You can equate this to your experience at Target versus Nordstrom. Target certainly has its time and place, for example, it’s my favorite post-Starbucks, Saturday stop; however, when doing a home project, you want it done correctly and correctly on the first time. Seaberg Construction was exactly that Nordstrom experience.

We recently had a slider installed by Seaberg construction. From start to finish it was a such a great experience. Jon came out for an estimate and got us the quote very quickly. He was extremely responsive with any questions or concerns we had. Eddie and his guys were sent out to do the job and had a smile the whole job. They communicated the entire time and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable having them work in my home. There was an issue matching the threshold piece on the floor. Jon went out and found what was needed and matched it exactly to my floor (which wasn’t supposed to be included). After they were finished they cleaned everything better than it was when they started the job. I am very picky with who works in my home and I cannot recommend these guys enough! My husband and I had our house re-roofed on May 8, 2023 by Seaberg Const. Their crew was about 4 men and 1 lady. They arrived right on time, took only lunch break, and worked steadily throughout the day. The roof was done in one day, and the cleanup was very good. The few times we did have to interact we had no problems being understood. We are very satisfied with the company and the job they did, and would have no qualms about recommending their services. I had been unable to find anyone who would repair a roof which they had not installed, but Seaberg responded the same day to my call and sent someone to check the damage. Within days the roof was repaired. I have no basis for comparison about value, because I couldn't get anyone else to bid. If the leak proves to have been repaired, I will say 'good quality'. After having so many siding and roofing contractors come out and giving us ridiculous quotes, we took the chance and reached out to Seaberg Construction as our last hope and all I'm going to say is one word: Wow!

Adam and his team are amazing! I, initially reached out to Seaberg Construction to have come check out the siding damage that was caused by a Verizon tech drilling into our main electrical line. I had the pleasure of speaking to Adam. He was able to come out to the property the next morning to assess the work that needed to be done. My husband and I had a great interaction with Adam and we loved the fact that he was straight forward with everything and was able to provide us insight on what needed to be done. 2-3 days after our consultation with Adam, we received a call from Laura informing us that we would get an estimate by the end of the business day. The estimate came in a couple of hours after the phone call. We were happy with the numbers provided. Upon agreeing to the project, Laura informed that the work can be done as soon as labor and materials are available. Tricky thing here was that my husband and I would be out of town for 2 weeks. Laura followed up with us during the beginning of Thanksgiving week saying that the work can be done Tuesday while we were away. My husband and I took the chance and let the Seaberg team do their thing. We asked Laura to provide before and after photos for the job as we weren't present. Suprisingly, the team did just that! Photos of the damages before, working during and after! The work was done and done correctly and efficiently. We came home to an awesome repair and the workmanship was immaculate. I had a relatively small portion of my roof that needed replacement. Seaberg was responsive, offered a reasonably priced contract, and did the job professionally and exactly on time. As an added benefit the company has one of the most efficient office managers, Laura DePaul, one could wish for.

From the start, Seaberg was clearly the right choice to replace our roof. Adam came to my house soon after I contacted them to give me a quote, which he clearly explained and which was lower than other companies had given me. I asked about payments, and was told that they wanted no money until the job was finished, they had inspected it, and we were satisfied. A week later, an efficient crew showed up, and they finished in a day. When they left, our property was even cleaner than when they arrived...no evidence they had been there but a beautiful new roof (and a dumpster in the driveway which they towed away two days later). I had been going through Angies List and had several companies call me with a sales pitch. Right before I went with one of the big guys, a friend of mine made a recommendation for Seaberg. I’m glad I called Jay. Such an easy process! From start to finish, the entire experience was straightforward, and enjoyable. We grew attached to the team on-site and we were sad when they had to leave. The sales process was stress-free. Their prices were competitive. The work was very professional. Even the payment process was easy. They did not ask for anything, not even a down payment - until they were wrapping up and making sure we were satisfied with the result. I personally thought that not asking for half down was a risky move on their part, but I later found out that they never had an issue with it in all the years they have been doing this. To me, this just demonstrates how confident they are that the house will look great, and the customer will be happy. We use Seaburg for snow plowing. At our request they shovel our individual walkways and the sidewalk that surrounds our property. We always wake up to a clean parking lot.
