Excellent experience, my central air conditioner stopped working late Thursday evening, I called Mike at Sea Breeze Heating and Air Conditioning first thing Friday morning, Mike was at my home that very afternoon. Mike did an excellent job at keeping in contact with me during the whole process. My new unit was installed first thing Monday morning. Mike was even kind enough to bring me a portable air conditioner on Saturday (his day off) so we didn’t have to be in the extreme Florida heat all weekend with no air conditioning. I had three estimates and Sea Breeze Heating and Air Conditioning offered the best price, I highly recommend Sea Breeze Heating and Air Conditioning.

I was introduced to this company through an extended warranty company that didn't allow them to follow through with their recommendation. We ended up working with them directly and am so happy we did. When the system damaged a little later, they quickly got it repaired in the August heat. The owner stands behind his words and cares about quality work!

I purchased my unit through Sea Breeze Air a little over 5 yrs ago and have always had a great experience and excellent communication with Mike. Last night my A/C stopped working around 3:30 am. Left Mike a VM and he called me first thing this morning and was at my home by 1:15pm this afternoon. Now if that’s not great customer service I don’t know what is. Had I gone through my Home Owners Insurance the earliest someone would be able to even come by was Friday. Mike runs a great business and also communicates promptly. And very affordable. I would recommend to anyone that is either looking to replace their unit or having any repairs/maintenance l.

Mike (the owner) and Patrick were friendly, professional, and thorough. They determined that my compressor was bad, and needed replacing. To properly validate their 10 year warranty, it was necessary to replace the air handler and thermostat as well. Their fee was not only reasonable but they did a temporary install with a loaner unit to get me through the 5 days until the permanent unit was installed as I was waiting on financing. I highly recommend Seabreeze!

The service technician, MAVERICK, responded to an issue of insufficient cooling quickly, identified the problem, ordered a new coil - which came in a very reasonable amount of time, and installed it very efficiently and professionally. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and very personable. Maverick explained everything to us and patiently answered all of our questions. I had a last minute reschedule issue for my ac installation, and Mike was able to reschedule and accommodate me very easily. The actual installation was quick and professional. Mike and Maverick were very friendly and helpful. I'm not very knowledgeable in this subject and he did an excellent job at bringing me up to speed on the ins and outs of my new system. When I asked Mike if my ducts need cleaning, he was honest and told me I did not need to have that work done just yet.

I highly recommend this company for your needs, and will be contacting them in the future for other things that I need done.

They came in and changed out my entire system inside and out including all of my duct work. My roof is only a 2’ pitch so changing out all the duct work wasn’t very easy for them. They did a great job.

Very responsive crew for after hours services. Very technology prone and can do payments over the phone email receipts. They are the future.

My wife and I just had Mike, Maverick, and the guys at Seabreeze Heating and Air Conditioning install an entirely new system top to bottom including duct work. Their price was extremely fair and beat all other quotes we recieved by FAR. Throughout the entire process Mike stayed in touch with me calling me several times just to let me know he was on the way, we had to reschedule one appt and he promptly let me know so we weren't stuck wondering, he was very informative, professional, they were very neat and tidy, the quality of work was top notch. this company replaces my ac pump for my home warranty company and now it leaks like a stuck pig and it ran all the time told me it needed to have a new well put in . would not recommend ro any one never caee back a out the run all the time problem just told me they would get back to me on it after 2 weeks I gave up and well I fixed it my self it was a 13 dollar part alot they know. they may be good a putting in new systems but for fixing a old unit God help you if you call these guys

Mike and Maverick made this entire process a Breeze, literally lol. Good guys and very down to earth with a lot of useful knowledge in this industry. Taught us some things and made us realize how important it is to maintain your AC in its entirety. Very happy we chose them to work on our unit and ducts, it made a huge difference in our air quality. Honestly you'd be fooling yourself if you refuse to get your AC maintained including duct cleaning. I meet mike through a good reference , had issues in a older system that was creating bad vibrations. I choose to replace my new AC and Heat with a new Bosch system which have many good reviews. It’s a soft start up system that runs on a variable speed compressor which in my opinion it should last years to come. Very efficient system ! My last AC unit would run all day , now it actually stops in the middle of the day. Highly Highly recommend Mike’s work. His work is 110% and had a retired HVAC friend compliment on Mike’s work. Very competitive pricing too , It’s the whole package !!

Mike was amazing! My 12 year old AC unit decided to die on me recently. Mike provided information and assisted with helping me choose the right unit for my home. The pricing was excellent in comparison to other companies. He reaffirmed my purchase by putting me at ease and letting me know all about the features that came with my unit! He went above and beyond with the install, as well as reviewing settings on my wifi thermostat.
