Scott's Roofing replaced roofs on three rental properties following a major hail storm. Jess and the entire crew were extremely professional, great at coordinating the replacements for each, and were able to complete all three roofs very quickly. I would absolutely recommend Scott's Roofing for any roofing repairs/replacement.

There were a few bumps along the way, but ultimately Scott’s went all out to make things right and get my roof fixed. Joe and his team deserve a special shout-out for going above and beyond to find the issue. They were unfailingly professional, detail-oriented, and helpful and I can’t recommend them enough!

Jess from Scott's Roofing helped guide us on the process of getting our roof replaced after a bad hail storm in 2023. She did an excellent job working with our insurance adjuster and walking through everything with them. She was really on top of the whole process and helped guide us through.

More recently we are getting the house ready to sell and needed to get warranty documents related to the roof and Laura from Scott's Roofing collected all the needed documents for us to be able to pass on. Getting continued service and support from Scott's has been wonderful.

We highly recommend Scott's Roofing and J.R. Baird. Following hail damage, our insurance adjuster confirmed that we would need a new roof, as well as several new windows and exterior painting. The insurance company's vendor that links the insured with reputable contractors never responded to any of our requests for recommendations for weeks on end. However, our Collier's Hill neighbors DID recommend J.R. Baird and his team at Scott's Roofing. Not only did J.R. respond quickly to our request for an estimate, he engaged both a window replacement contractor and a painting contractor on our behalf, and he dealt with the insurance company directly and actually assisted us in supplying additional evidence of damage that the adjuster did not photograph in support of our claim. I join my neighbors in endorsing and recommending J.R. Baird and his team at Scott's Roofing. They are good communicators, responsive, reliable, honest, and professional. He was very knowledgeable in describing the entire roofing process, very committed in his effort to be present with those making the initial inspection of our roof, very flexible in arranging for our day of roof replacement, well informed in helping us choose the shingles, very thorough in explaining the work and costs involved, always patient and responsive to our questions, and very unhurried in his follow up visit to inquire about our level of satisfaction.

We were also very impressed by the team of roofers who were sent to remove the old shingles and replace them with the new ones. What a very hard job on a very hot day! Yet, the team members who served us were so skilled, so hardworking and focused, and so warmly interactive with each other as they diligently completed the job. Stopped by the office. The door was locked. As I was walking away a young woman came to the door. I explained my needs ansd received a prompt call from Reed. He said he would inspect the job and call me in a week. Two weeks have passed. I have called Reed twice with no response. I gave them two stars since I am a past customer. Perhaps they are closing.

A worker from Scott's Roofing came out to my house to investigate a leak on a Friday and told me he would get me an estimate over the weekend. After not hearing anything, I sent him a text on Monday and he said he was working on quotes and would get to mine shortly. After not hearing anything for a couple weeks, I sent another text and he ignored it. He also left his ladder here and never came back to get it.

They are unresponsive and unprofessional, don't waste your time.

We used Scott's for our hail damage from 2022. Awesome work completed! I spoke with the inspector and they said the roof was better than most, very good job. They got it all done in one day and I haven't found a single roofing nail in our lawn! Their contractors were awesome! I'm very happy with the end product and would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with Scott's roofing and their project manager, Reed, in particular. They helped us through a difficult emergency roof repair in the middle of harsh winter conditions and were always professional. The price was less than I had anticipated. Highly recommend.

I compared 5 roofing companies when I needed a whole house roof replacement. This was the first time for me, dealing with an insurance company for hail damage. The insurance company was awful, Scott’s roofing was amazing. He really went to bat for me from our first communication. He went above and beyond helping me attempt to negotiate with State Farm and explaining parts of the process I was ignorant about. At installation, he had venting improvement suggestions, and a lifetime labor warranty, that no other company mentioned. His care and attention surpassed every other company. Although the insurance company ultimately refused my claim (no fault of Scott’s) and he was not the cheapest bid, like most things in life, you get what you pay for! I strongly suggest you don’t waste your time with other roofing companies, and go with Scott’s.

They've come out twice and given me free honest assessments of my roof (in both cases nothing was found). The most recent was today by Blake, who was very pleasant and kept in touch with me to fit me into his busy schedule. Would absolutely call them again. Highly recommend Scott's Roofing!

Reed and the rest of the team at Scott's Roofing have been amazing. Reed has been more responsive than I can imagine and responds to my panic texts about water coming into the house, leaks, etc. He has made many trips to my house to help figure out what is going on. After making a roof repair, my ceiling finally stopped leaking during the heavy heavy rains we had today. I highly recommend Scott's Roofing if you want responsive and professional service and people who seem to really care about helping you out!

I had three companies look at my roof. The project managers for each one was professional. What I liked about Scott from Scott's Roofing was I joined him on the roof and the thoroughness of his explanation. It was a very old roof with wind damage and not an obvious slam dunk for an insurance covered replace. But Scott walked the roof and assessed it the way the insurance adjuster would. The other company PMs thought there was a 50/50 or less chance insurance would cover a replace. Scott was much more optimistic. When the adjuster came he walked the roof and pointed out what Scott had identified and after just a few minutes said they would cover a full replacement. The actual work was done quickly with some beyond scope items thrown in. I also appreciated that Scott's is a B Corporation, they are involved in efforts to reduce the material going to landfills, and the product they use incorporates some recycled content.

Scott & his team were great! We moved in to a new house and needed our roof replaced ASAP - Scott was professional, gave us a ton of detail about the process, and executed.

I just had Scott’s Roofing replace my roof in Lakewood after it was damaged in a hail storm. I was so impressed with their customer service and how they dealt with my insurer. The quality of work also exceeded my expectations and they managed to remove (2 layers) and and replace the roof in half a day. I couldn’t fault any part of my experience with Scott’s Roofing and would recommend them to anyone.

I hired them and they agreed for me to pay them from pocket money and I put in the payment that we agreed too. But they tried to call and find my insurance without my permission which is not business like. Also I told them not to contact my insurance which they did anyway which is very disappointing and a dishonest company.

As someone who has dealt with many contractors and countless big projects over the last decade, I can say with certainty that Scott's Roofing is one of the best in the business. From the very first phone call to the office, it was easy to tell they're professional and do things the right way. Blake managed the project by communicating every step along the way. Scott's is a great local company that I highly recommend. Like many in our area, our small HOA suffered from hail damage in the summer of 2019. We vetted several companies but chose Scott's for their professionalism, knowledge and willingness to help us navigate a complicated insurance situation. We didn't have the roofs replaced until this spring in the early phases of the pandemic but the crew they put on our job worked quickly and did a great job with the installation and site clean-up. The project manager, Blake was attentive to our questions and spent a lot of time advocating on our behalf with the field adjuster and answering our many questions.

My roof was severely damaged in the hail storm last summer. Constant knocks on the door and fliers everywhere. I just didn't want some one I didn't know handling such a big project. I had several companies come out and give bids. Blake from Scott's roofing made me feel completely at ease. He was here when the insurance adjuster came out. He went over everything in the claim so I could understand it. he contacted the insurance co when there were additional items that came up. I had the additional issue of solar panels and Tesla was months behind for trying to set a date. Scott's is Tesla certified so the ease of having both taken care of at one time was one less thing I had to take care of. So thankful for a business that truly cares about their customers. The job was finished very quickly and the constant contact with Blake was so reassuring. Great job with clean up and all those who worked on the roof were very nice and respectful.
