Jamie was so helpfull answering all of my question. All of my work was done pretty fast and it was quality work done. I highly reccomend them for you roof.

Our roof on our brand new home was destroyed after a major hailstorm came through in late May 2024. Thankfully we had Aspen Contracting LLC help us replace it. The entire process was seamless and our representative Jamie Yoshida did an exemplary job helping make it very easy and going through the details explaining the processes and upgraded materials that would be used. I'm very happy with their work and would highly recommend them.

These people are a NIGHTMARE. 0 communication. Months with an unfinished job. Don’t let them fool you. They are GREAT sales people, but terrible at the job and the follow through. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Save your self the money and the headache, go with a company that will actually do the job they are contracted to do.

I highly recommend Aspen Contracting. Excellent service though out the process. Efficiency at all levels. Roof completed in one day, clean up was amazing, I have yet to find a nail in the yard. A screen was damaged in the process and was repaired promptly.

Aspen installed a new roof on my home following hail damage. They made the whole process very easy for me. Every interaction I had with them was positive, and my new roof looks great!

Professional and fast. Troy was easy to work with and very responsive. Although they didn't find all the small pieces (nails, etc.) during cleanup, they were much more thorough than any other company I've seen.

Highly unprofessional. Ignored several no soliciting signs. Left a door hanger. When asked to take back his door hanger he refused. Do not use this company.
Additional information. The salesman that I already encountered, came back to my home and put another door hanger on my door. This is turning into harassment. Do not use this company

John was very attentive, took care of our needs. Addressed my wife"s concerns always called if the workers were going to not come on the scheduled day. All in all we were pleased.

Troy Pierson was very helpful explaining the insurance claim process and helped get additional funds from my insurance company to cover replacement costs. He was always responsive to my calls and work was done on time as promised with good quality.

We had a great experience with Lewis of Aspen Contracting. He handled all of the contact with our insurance company, who initially denied our claim entirely. He managed the solar de-install and re-install as well, and replaced our roof in a timely manner. He was so pleasant to work with, and made our lives very easy through the process!

Highly recommend Aspen Contracting and, in particular, Lewis Johnson. He provided exceptional customer service, a great price, answered all of our questions and followed through on what he'd promised. We ended up with a higher quality roof than we'd had before at a fraction of the price others quoted, no money out of pocket and an excellent warranty. The guys doing the installation were great, and once the job was complete and payment submitted, he and the people at Aspen responded immediately to get the paperwork my insurance company required for our homeowner discount. He was even out last week to make sure we sustained no damage from the most recent hail storm (we didn't). Roof was installed a year ago and couldn't be happier.

We had a new roof put last year. All done with with excellent communication and follow-up! They were easy to schedule with and got the job done quickly and safely with their roofers. They also came out for a complimentary check on the roof this past week after the hail storm to make sure there were no issues with the new roof. Lewis in particular works his butt off for the company and the customer!
