Following severe damage from a winter storm, we got our roof and gutters replaced by Scott and his crew! It was amazing to watch as they redecked our roof. The true skill and talent was very apparent as they measured, cut, and installed the wood that fit together like a puzzle piece. Our roof has a very steep pitch, which was no challenge for them at all. They did a fabulous job and the quality of their work shows. They also installed new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards which look and work well! During their time at our home, they were respectful, worked hard, and cleaned up after they were all done. We constantly get compliments from our neighbors about how nice our roof looks.
Then a couple months later due to high winds we unfortunately had a tree fall on our detached garage. I called James to see if we could do a patch repair. He came over right away to assess the damage and gave me an estimate. They color matched the old shingles and replaced the broken boards inside as well. Every interaction I have had with James for each repair he was very kind and prompt with returning my calls and texts. It is such a great feeling to have someone who is so skilled in their trade working on something that is so important to you. If you are in need of a new roof, roof repairs, gutters, or anything of the sort you will definitely want Scott Geboy and his crew on the job!
I usually don't leave reviews but I can't believe how impressed I am with Scott and James and their crew. It is amazing how they are such a well-oiled machine. meaning everybody works together and you can tell that they like doing what they do because everybody was in a good mood and it was like they were all family. Laughing, smiling just a great work atmosphere. Nobody needed instructions it's like they do this so much it's second nature. Anyways they arrived at my house at 7:00 a.m. And finished and had everything cleaned up by at least by 12:30pm. What's so amazing is they would have been done so much quicker if they didn't have to replace 13 plywood boards on my roof because they were warped. Scott was very truthful with me and showed me when the men were walking up on the roof how all the edges were lifting up and you can just tell The boards were warped because they were wavy. They even added two more vent holes on top so now I have four . This will keep my attic a lot cooler in the summer and prevent the boards from from warping. He was going to replace 20 boards but he knew my situation and some of the boards were only warped halfway so they actually cut the boards in half And just replaced half boards when he could. That saved me a lot of money and I really appreciate it, he knew my money situation and how hard it would have been to come up with all that money and he saved my butt. I wish I had more roofs for Scott and his crew to replace but I just have this one LOL. I replaced some windows in my house and I don't have a break so I couldn't wrap the windows on the outside with aluminum, guess who does that in the fall when it's slower? Scott and I guess they also do windows and I seen his work it's impeccable. I'll be talking to you in the fall Scott and James when you guys wrap my Windows for me. Very pleased with service of Geboy roofing. Very responsive and helpful via phone/communication and the repair work on our roof as well. Scott and Chaparro were quick to find the root issue, repair and explain all necessary and optional options. Certainly recommend for anyone needing their services.
