Overland Roofing recently replaced a roof one one of our buildings for us. Out of three bids Overland roofing offered to add new scuppers and metal edge around our perimeter for the same cost as the other bids that did not include that in their scope. I hired Overland to do my Patio and Roof. Not only was it done far cheaper than other companies I looked in to but they finished the job much quicker than I thought possible. I've hired Overland Roofing and Remodeling for numerous jobs. They did a roof for me a few years ago. It still looks great and I've never had any issues. They also helped out with my basement remodel. Bob and his foreman Mario were a pleasure to work with. They did duct work, carpentry, drywall, and painting. Everything looked great when they finished and I'm still happy with everything many years later. When people ask, I definitely recommend them any chance I get.

I have had multiple projects done on my properties over the years by Overland Roofing. Bobby, Tommy and their crews have done great work on all of them at a reasonable cost. The most resent project was a full gutter job on my residence. The workers showed up at the scheduled date and time, and they got the entire job done the same day, no leaks whatsoever. I hired this Overland company replacing roof and gutters on my home.

Bobby Overland the owner answered the call . He told me to come look at the job and made an appointment. He didn't show up and didn't call either. Called him again next day he was sorry and said he attended to his boy basketball game ?!!( Seriously) . Anyway he came to meet me a few days later ,was late again. The estimate was reasonable so I gave him the job. Apparently, the installers did not know or did not care to do a proper installation ~ the gutter was installed improperly (unbeknownst to me). It took some time for me to become aware of this as the evidence took a while to present itself to me in the form of a soaked interior wall. Water has seeped from outside inward due to improper placement of the gutter along the back of my home.

I contacted this company and all I got voicemail and no return to my messages. Finally I called from my work phone and "Bobby" was an abrasive attitude and repeating the same statement over and over "Our work is only guaranteed for 1 year".

I've written the owner twice and as yet my communicatuons have been ignored.

My house will require hundreds of dollars in repair/replacement of my daughters bedroom wall and that is only IF there is no mold.

If mold is present, we are looking at thousands of dollars.

My next communication is to Channel 12 news , the Better Business Bureau and to the Wisconsin Attorney General.

He doesn't care enough about his customers to fix this mess that his workers made.

He doesn't deserve any of your hard earned money.They do not even need to be in business and take our money for horrible job they did.Go hire a dependable company and pay more with piece of mind.

I DO NOT recommend OVERLAND COMPANY unless you are looking for half-ass, lazy copouts. What a nightmare !!!!!!

We had a flat roof leaking into our breakfast nook. We brought Overland in to help. They recommended we replace the roof, including the deck underneath, in case there was water damage to the deck. Eighteen months later, the ceiling where the water leaked in was noticeably worse. We called Overland and they said they would come and caulk it. Why wouldn't simple caulk have worked the first time we called then? Why replace the whole roof? They also refused to check the deck under the roof for water damage this time, now that they were on the hook for it.

Also, when I tried to get them to actually come and caulk it, they dodged my calls. For *weeks*. Sometimes they'd answer the phone, and even tell me they'd send somebody to the house the next day. And then nobody would come. No phone call or anything.

We ended up paying another company to fix our problem.

When you hire somebody to do skilled work for you, there are two things you have to take on hope (or reputation): That they know what they're doing, and that they'll do right by you. Overland failed us on both counts.
