Schwanz did a great job repairing & painting my home. They are extremely organized and their communication was excellent throughout our project. I recently recommended them to a friend who is now also scheduled Schwanz to paint their home!

Schwanz Construction was very responsive and worked very quickly. They provided pictures of their work and were responsive to questions and requests throughout. They were also very affordable. We will use their services in the future, and appreciate the hard work!

I used Schwanz Construction for a project a few weeks ago. Called to get a quote, they were able to show up two days later. Promised me the quote in three days, but gave it to me the next day. They were able to start the actual work a week later. Work was perfect. Even had a crew come in a few days after to verify my satisfaction. They are reasonably priced, started the work quickly and didn't disrupt my house. Would use them again and recommend them to everyone.

This company came to our home, scraped and painted all of our exterior woodwork. They did a fantastic job. We did a walk around and found a few spots that needed to be touched up. Without hesitation they set some guys by to do the touch ups and it looks fabulous. Great company to work with, and we will use them for future projects.

They were on time and work very hard each day. They were very friendly and wanted to do the best job they could. Clean up each day before leaving for the day. They did a great job and we are very happy! Thanks Frank

They did a good job on repairing and painting the exterior corners of my house. The price was right and the painters are the right people.

I highly recommend this company. Pedro was great to do business with. He was very helpful with my color choices. I was having difficulty coming to a decision with choosing a color for the main living area. He recommended Impossible White and I love it. The crew was very professional. They were vey careful protecting my belongings. Everything went smoothly and they cleaned up after the job was completed. I am thrilled with the results.

Hands down the best contractor that I have ever dealt with, and we have owned our 50 year old home for 17 years. We just fenced in a half acre lot that was a 7 month nightmare, and we were skeptical of hiring outside again so soon. We were in need of painting the outside of the house, and had gotten many estimates.
The pricing was perfect, and the quality of work was excellent. The most impressive part of Schwanz is their level of communication. From the very first day until the project was complete Pedro has been a complete professional, and super responsive. His crews were really friendly, and great to work with as well. We were really impressed with how quickly they were able to get the job done. I am trying to hire him to do some more work around the house, and would recommend Schwanz Painting and Flooring to anyone that asks. It has been a long time since I have been really impressed with a company, but this one is certainly above/beyond what I had hoped for. If you need some work done, you will not be disappointed.

I had laminate flooring in the main living, both bathroom showers and flooring, and tile flooring came out perfect. Exactly what I imagined it to be.

Pedro and his crew were very professional - went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The company fixed trim work did painting and repairs, patched walls and did an amazing job staining out stairs and building cable railings .

My project entailed 37 shutters and 3 doors!! Words can't describe how pleased I am with the end result. I normally get 3-4 quotes but didn't fir this project because the quote Pedro gave was a VERY REASONABLE PRICE. I doubt I would have found anyone to do it for less. Great job guys!!

Absolutely recommend this team. Had my front deck and rooftop redone, with excellent results. Good communication via email and anytime I wanted a phone call. Accomplished the job done quickly. The price was the most competitive of the various quotes I received. I would personally use them again for future projects.

This is the worst company ever do not hire them.

He left bumps on the ceiling bumps in the walls and the ceiling. The quality is poor.

They don’t return phone calls they don’t finish the repairs. In addition they damaged my home.

They damaged my sink in my bathroom. They went to the outside hose and turn it on without telling me, and flooded my kitchen with 2 inches of water. And they ruined my TV stand Cabinet.

They never offered to pay for the repair for the flood in the kitchen l, they never offered for paint for the repair for the damage in the bathroom l, they never offered to pay for the repair for the TV stand.

He promised me appears never showed up didn’t call didn’t return emails to return text messages waited for days on and taking time off and work and they were new show no call.

Do not hire this company it’s the worst mistake you’ll ever make.

Pedro was communicative and professional. His team painted some of the exterior of my house as well as the inside of my screened in porch from floor to ceiling. Pedro made sure I was satisfied when the job was complete.

I called for an estimate. Pedro made an appointment that worked for me. He actually showed up when he said he would. ( unlike 3 other painting contractors I had contacted) He worked up an quote. He showed up with his crew when he said he would. Workmanship was top quality.
He did not leave until we were both satisfied with the work. I knew thet were going to be good when I saw them bring in the drop cloths, the sand paper, the caulking and caulking gun.
I highly recommend SCHWANZ Painting.
